I know Janty has been backed up with emails etc and a few people have complained about the long delays. What I can say is that they usually will replace it. It will just take a little time. The problem is the ecig is so new that suppliers are getting swamped with orders and they just can't keep up. I would wait a couple more days, if you hear nothing then post back and try to send another email. That's the only thing I can think of. Unfortunately there are no Janty owners who frequent this board.

I still don't know why your not getting vapor, BUT I did just run into some info that there are fake 510's being sold on the internet. I'm trying to find out more. As soon as I do I'll post in the general area.
-
I wouldn't say it's my number one but it's close, I love my 510 to much. But I feel the Stick and the 510 are on different levels. If your looking for something that doesn't"T look like an ecig, has long battery life and a good atomizer, get the stick. If you want something with great vapor, looks and feels like an ecig, get the 510. Oh and if your wondering the Janty stick is still working like new, nothing broke. If I was you I'd send a PM to Sean. (Go to the members link at the top of this page) He's used it more than I have and can tell you more.
