  1. It could be the VG but I'm not sure. I hear VG makes the vapor much thicker, but I can't say from experience.
  2. If you don't exhale any vapor when using your 510 then something is wrong. I don't know what, but something. Maybe not long enough drags, old JC juice in the atomizer, atomizer bad who knows. But it doesn't sound normal.
  3. You have to remember that most of us are using models and juice that creates nice thick vapor. The original units that came out to the public created a little bit of vapor and had very little taste. Newer models are much stronger so yea there is going to be something in the air. Although I've never really seen it linger like you state. Are you mixing juice or just using standard ecig juice?
  4. Actually I think the 8084 is even shorter than the RN4081. It has a PPC for it as well, although I don't think it's sold in the states.
  5. Sean he is actually talking about when you pull the atomizer out of the Janty Stick and the side of the atomizer is wet. This happens no matter what and it's not condensation it's juice. It just sits there and looks....well juicy
  6. In an effort to work together in order to help save the ecig I have no problem with outsourced links.
  7. I don't see how it couldn't use carts. It's just a penstyle atty attached to his battery unit.
  8. Check our info area: http://www.vaportalk.com/forum/forum/index.php?app=custompages You will find FAQ's as well as a supplier list. We also suggest you check the video area and review area. We have LOTS of reviews and info which will help you find a good place to purchase the 510. The starter kit which you buy and some liquid. You use it to fill your carts. You can also drip right onto the atomizer. It will be easier to explain once you have your ecig in hand Buying liquid is much cheaper than buying carts. All starter kits come with 5 carts that should last you about a month. Just use the liquid you purchase to refill them. Well Vapor Talk sells it own juice so I'll let the members answer this question for you to fair Starting up should cost you around 80 bucks or so. And your going to love it!
  9. One thing about using an online forum can be the lack of expression. In other words we can't see each other. (Which I suppose is a good thing because I answer posts in the morning wearing only my boxers ) So how do we express when we are happy, sad and mad? Well, Emoticons also known as Smiles. The forums is growing and I thought we REALLY needed some more emoticons. So I added a crap tone of new ones. If you would like to see the new smilies create a new post and click the Smile Button to see all the new emoticons. What do you think? Enjoy!!!
  10. Yea we're pretty cool what can I say
  11. The 401 is create for it's size and starting out but the problem is if you direct drip on the 401 it uses the juice really fast. It also get VERY hot. So I'm not surprised they are crapping out so fast. Although 4 days doesn't sound right. Maybe 30 days but not 4. I would speak with JD and see about getting a replacement.
  12. The 801 actually has a very easy draw, if the draw is harder than the 510 then you must be using a 2 hole atomizers. The penstyle atomizers I use are all 4 hole. It's a VERY easy draw. The draw should be like sucking on an soda straw. (Obviously without the straw actually being in the soda ) I agree the Penstyle pass through is an absolute piece of crap, unfortunately you ordered it before I knew otherwise I would have warned you ahead of time. The cut of is so short it's stupid. The VP unit will really give you an idea of how much vapor the 801 atomizer can create. The only reason we don't recommend the Penstyle unit to noobie's is because they don't like the size. But advanced members always move over to the 801 one way or another. First timers always want something that looks and feels like an analog at first. 1. Any suggestions on a liquid that vapes really well and tastes similar to the Johnson Creek 'Original Smoke Juice'? Honestly no, they have a very unique flavor. It's to bad they can't get the vapor issue sorted out. I don't vape the tobacco flavors so someone else will have to chime in here. 2. Is there a good mod to increase the airflow on the 801 addy other than the VP sets? No, you will have to find someone who has 4 hole atomizers. I think Arno at awesome vapor has them as well as Parker from Dietsmokes and most other suppliers. I think Puresmoker also has 4 hole atomizers. 3. Is there any type of adapter out there that would allow me to use the 510 USB PT on the 801? Not that I'm aware of but once you get the VP unit in that want be a concern
  13. Well the prodigy is just a custom battery unit. The atomizers are the same atomizers that are used on a normal ecig. For example if you purchased the prodigy with an 801 atomizer, you would purchase Penstyle carts for it. If you purchased a Prodigy with a 510 atomizer you would purchase 510 carts. Whether you use cartridges or not is up to you
  14. Well there Janty Dura IS a 510 It just has more chrome and a longer warranty. As for whether or not an 801 or Janty Stick would be better it's also the same thing. The Janty Stick uses an 801 atomizer inside. There are also adapters available so you can use other atomizers with it such as the 510 atomizer. So which one is better? Well I'd say go with the Janty Stick. Why? because of the versatility and battery life. I'm also glad you created a new post it makes it easier for us to keep track of everything and keep threads on topic.
  15. I have a number of machines running in my office in which I vape around and have had no issues, they are all as clean as a whistle. Same thing goes for Royce and Sean's office. I never smoked in the house but I do work on various machines. I've seen machines that are so smelly and covered in tar you'd think it was their astray. As Compenstine stated there isn't much you can do about it, or at least no much that is worth the time and money. It's amazing how some people treat their computers. I've seen machines with food and ants inside of them. Then they wonder why it doesn't turn on anymore. I had one box I opened up that was about 5 years old and the amount of dust a crap inside was amazing. I couldn't believe the thing still ran. I'll have to post some of the pictures of I have of these computers. I remember one computer even had a couple of baby cockroaches inside, gross. I took that box outside right away.
  16. Well of course they don't. They would rather you purchase from them and only them. If you don't know the model number then you are locked into buying only from that supplier. It's usually the more honest suppliers that will give you the specs. I'm not sure why you want that model so bad. It's not a bad model but something like the 510 would work much better.
  17. As of monday which is now today.
  18. And if you ever start selling Juice I'll buy some too
  19. As the saying goes, if it's not broken don't fix it.
  20. Yup here you go http://www.njoythefreedom.com/contactcommerce/images/press_releases/Response%20to%20the%20FDA%20Summary.pdf
  21. Manual is the only way to go with most models. The auto batteries will get gunked up after a while and your battery will stop working. Which I suppose if ok if you don't mind buying new batteries every month or two. If your going to start using the 801 then look at either a Janty Stick, VP1, VP2 or a KissBox Set. Although to be honest if you don't mind the look I'd go with a VP unit
  22. Well I personally would have no problem giving you feedback on your juice, however for a video review I stated that I would not video review juice. The reason for this is because let's say I don't like your juice, new members that don't know me very well may say "well he's just saying that because he wants us to buy Vapor Talk Juice." I don't want there to be a conflict of interest. However that doesn't mean for example Sean or Royce couldn't review the juice as they are not part of the store. Sales don't benefit them in any way.
