  1. Pretty close
  2. Don't worry we take good care of our customers We keep an eye on all of our packages moving around the country from the shipping master panel. If some take particularly long to arrive, we'll usually enquire about it. More often than not though, it arrives. We usually ship small orders to Canada first class which keeps the shipping rate low. I'll add a Priority Option for future orders which normally speeds it up a lot. But in all honesty, first class packages usually arrive pretty quickly. (We also run BeKuali America and send a ton of packages to Canada without issue) You can also call up Canada post and they'll probably have more info their system.
  3. Yea we ship a lot of orders to canada and many of them breeze right through and arrive just as fast as shipping something in the US. But every so often, like this order, it just sort of gets stuck. However other times it appears it's "stuck" but is actually on route then all of a sudden it updates to "delivered." That usually means they didn't scan it out of customs and it doesn't update till it reaches the customer's door.
  4. Woah so your order is taking much longer than it should have to arrive. If it doesn't arrive by Friday let me know and we'll look into reshipping your order. USPS pass over to Canada generally works well most of the time... however there are a few instances like this were it really lags for whatever reason. We were talking about this the other day actually and we might look at implementing FedEx as an option for our vapers up north. I know this doesn't help at the moment, but keep me updated and we'll make sure you're taken care of.
  5. That's likely Evan our Retail guy He does a great job taking care of the online orders.
  6. Moving to review forum
  7. If it's coil based they do "max" out at a certain point but what exactly is dependant on the device/coil/other aspects. What wattage are you running them out? So for example let's take my setup at the moment. I'm using an iStick 40w with a Nautilus Tank and 1.8 ohm coils. There are a couple of things I have to do to keep my coils long lasting (in my experience) The Nautilus coils have some large holes at the bottom. Though I may still have say 1ml of eliquid left in my tank, I need to fill it at this point because otherwise the coil can't pull in enough liquid. This causes it to run dry. And while it might not "burn out" it will taste horrible. Basically the coil becomes useless. This is the same for any tank, keep it filled as often as possible. Running low on e liquid is never a good thing. I'm not sure off hand with the crown coils/tank but each tank has a similar happy level. Wattage - I run my device around 9 watts in the morning and 10 +- in the evening. I could crank it up to 40watts but the coils would completely die on me. Basically, at least for me, I noticed these coils don't run well above 11 watts max. It starts tasting burnt so I know that's the limit. Your coils will have a similar limit, start low and move up slowly until you find the max wattage they can handle (There is probably a mathematical equation for this but, cranking up slowly works the same) If you're running them above spec they're going to die out. But, if you find that sweet spot (for me again it's around 10 watts) a single coil will normally last me a solid week. I can easily go longer (2 weeks no problem) but I find the coil just doesn't perform as well and gets a bit "stiff" over time. It's not that I have to toss it, I just prefer to change them out every 7-10 days +-. Edit: oh by the way, 0.5 ohms should be run around 20-40 tops. (Again find that sweet spot for your particular coil)
  8. Dude, a shout out? Totally going in the store
  9. I'm in my PJ's, so I'll repost my avatar in high res for the moment
  10. Look forward to your PM.
  11. Shipping is free sitewide on all orders Details in the footer of the store
  12. Got your message today on the support system First, no worries! And thanks so much for actually taking the time to give us an update. Generally speaking, any kind of request for product in the store is beneficial. Because if you use XYZ product, another 10 probably do also. Our focus is on bringing in new inventory and while you might not use this batch, someone will pick it up so it's no big deal
  13. Thanks It's currently up at $15 /30ml and we're watching to see how it affects the sales. We've also talked to our bottle supplier to see what other options we have (that glass can really affect the cost though I hate the plastic as I think it affects the taste personally..)
  14. By the way, as promised earlier in this thread (though slightly off topic) Here are the Vapor Talk Black Label eliquids certifications:
  15. True that. But you want a lady on the streets and rough in the sheets. She's doing it wrong lol
  16. In all seriousness though, time to trade that lady in asap. Violence in a relationship in either direction is a no go.
  17. Much appreciated. I cringe at the idea of watering down the Black Label liquids (I actually I just wouldn't do it to be honest) and believe it is indeed a premium line. Additionally certification puts our money where are mouths are. (Will post up on each flavor page shortly)
  18. So ideally then, what would you like to see Black Label 30ML go for? It's quite expensive to produce (we're getting ready to post certifications tomorrow which I'm stoked about) We might have to change out our bottles, toppers and things of that nature (I'm not going to sacrafice the quality of the liquid itself) but there's always room to work the supply chain etc to bring down the price. I also think we can likely bring in 100ml bottles no problem (along with the samples so there isn't the risk of purchasing a large batch you don't like)
  19. Lookin might good! Hope you like the Crown Jewels. It's one of the strong flavors and imitates basically Sweet Tarts (making a sourish taste is not an easy thing to do!)
  20. Unbelievable. It's really amazing to me just how cheap some eliquid is. The 15 range for 30ml sounds about right. But 40 for 340ml makes me wonder why/how it's so cheap. (Not knocking it by the way!!) I have a phone call with Roger this evening to discuss lowering the price of the black label. I think a good chunk of it comes from the fact we're almost TPD compliant and the facility is ISO certified. (Trying to make up those costs) but there is wiggle room to bring it down. (I hate charge more if we can charge less!) At any rate the feedback has been invaluable and I realize we're probably at the top end of pricing. There are many thing we can do to bring the price down (plastic rather than glass, different drippers things of that nature)
  21. Great suggestions. And we actually have some 2ml sample shots that are being made now. (Includes all Black Label Flavors) They're pretty cool looking actually. They'll fetch for bottom dollar in the store and will allow you try the whole line for practically nothing Sent from my SM-G930T using The Vapor Talk mobile app
  22. Prices have really really come down over the last year. I'm currently going through our e liquid inventory in the VT store (not just the VT brand) to see if we can't get our Wholesalers to come down and pass that through to the online and retail store. Also seems like larger bottle options should be available Keep it coming this helps greatly
  23. Hi Folks, I'd like to get some feedback from the community on what you usually pay for your favorite eliquid. We're going through our liquids and working with vendors to bring prices down and your feedback will greatly help! Please include price and what ML size you usually pick up. (Also Online or B&M)
