  1. Holey moley batman! Sorry for the delay. Not it shouldn't take that long. ok do me a favor, please give the Canadian post a call tomorrow (You'll need call in with your tracking) see what they say. If they're not able to locate your package we'll go ahead and assume it was lost. PM me after you've given them a call and I will refill order and send it priority mail this time around.
  2. It's gone a little quite, so I'll assume everyone is ok with those changes. I'll see if I can get to them this evening. Maybe but if anything it'll cause more posting on the forums. Especially if people are forced to build their own coils. (For example we're no longer aloud to build coils in store which is a bit ridiculous, so customers will have to start/are relying more on the forum & members)
  3. I think the entire Rebuildable Atomizer Systems sub forum needs an overhaul. It was created when it was just taking off. The issue is...sorting 6,000 posts lol (I'm going to do it, it needs done). I also think we need to add some moderators under the admins to take care of some of these areas and ensure topics are in their correct sub forums. (We need one for the newbie area too actually as half the Q&A don't have answers marked) Anyway I'm side tracking, how about this The Rebuild-able Atomizer Systems sub forum will become a dummy parent forum (basically it will just display topics from all sub forums) Then we nest the following under it: Rebuildable Atomizer Systems RDA RTA Coil Builds Wick and Wire Sub ohm Thoughts? and on that note, I assume we'll get a lot of picture in the coil builds sub forum, the forum gallery probably needs an overhaul too
  4. That's mostly what the "Member Tutorials" is for: http://www.vaportalk.com/forum/forum/203-member-tutorials/ hmm I wonder if we could wrap this in sort of a temp control/coil forum. We have the Rebuild able sub category buy perhaps we could make a wick & wire forum which sort of covers all coil builds (Otherwise teh forum might be a little empty for just temp control) thoughts?
  5. It would be nice to see the country focus on congress as closely as it does the presidential election. Then we might actually see change.
  6. At this point in the vape timeline, asking what tank to buy is a bit like asking what car to buy. The amount of options is staggering (even for us to carry) At this point I'm almost going to run my hand along the shelf and let it all dump into a bag and roll with it Seems TFV8 is a fairly solid choice and anything by Kanger (not surprising). I've used the Subtank and Nano and while they did produce huge amounts of vapor the heat was always a bit bothersome. My nautilus does get pretty hot to the touch but I find the vapor doesn't often come out all that hot (probably due to plenty of airflow) I think I'll grab a few tanks of the shelf and just see how it goes.
  7. Some awesome information to digest here! I apologise for not responding right away as today ended up being a long....long day. I'm going to read through each post in it's entreaty a respond individually as you all took the time to write out some lengthy, well thought out replies
  8. I'd normally call the store for this, but fak it. Time to really humble up lol How the hell does temp control work? I mean, if you lower the temp but up the watts aren't you sort of fighting one against the other?
  9. hmm can't we just have both I suppose if I had to choose... flavor probably. Believe it or not I've never actually given the temp control a go so to me it's an unknown (though plenty of the VT staff on the east coast use temp control coils/devices) I def don't want to deal with rebuilding as I'm usually to busy/lazy to deal with it. I'd rather screw on a coil and go. It might have been lol I was thinking about the TFV8 series as it's pretty popular through our store. But I like the idea of keeping my 510 tips (I actually like the stock tip that comes with the Nautilus though I'm using a Wood Drip Tip at the moment) The only down side to the baby beast is the low capacity. FYI Hardware wise I'm using an iStick 40w. Good size, though a bit small for my larger hands. (I could easily grasp two of these things) My wife is using a Pico Mega (not to derail) but I'm not a fan of the button placement. I've used a few RBA"s and I hate the amount of heat that comes through them
  10. Whhhat's up Vapor Talkers The founder needs some schooling. I'm feeling like an upgrade. I'm using the Nautilus Tank and I could sit here and open boxes all day, or I can see what the rest of you are using. I took a hit off the Cleito this afternoon my sister in law was using, not bad! (I hate the wide bore tips though) Once I burn through some of these BVC coils, I'm going to jump ship to another daily driver. I love my Nautilus, (I almost never get a dry hit from it) but eh... I just feel it's not pumping out as much vapor as it could/should. (Anything passed 12w and it gets a bit burnt) I was sitting in traffic on the 15 today watching some dude ripping clouds. I thought, I run a huge forum and I'm hitting my 40w with a natti Time to step it up and shop my own store. So, what are you all rocking (Coil based) Humbly awaiting your advice
  11. FYI Thanks for the heads up on these. Will be here next week. Not hijacking thread... Carry on
  12. ...You rang Neat! A wheel of fortune for coils. I haven't actually seen this before, I'll see if I can't track down the vendor
  13. That counts for almost any item in the store by the way, we'll usually price match (And everything is free shipping no minimum FYI)
  14. I agree with Cany, start around say 7 watts and move up slowly from there until you find what works right for you. If you notice the coil or flavor start to taste a little burnt/funky you know you've reached the coils limit.
  15. ok well at least know this, in the event it gets lost, eaten by the mail monster etc, You have my word we'll replace it. In fact I'll have Evan hand send it via FedEx if that happens so you don't have a bad experience left in your mind with us
  16. Bring some muffins and we can make the exchange in the alley lol (Blueberry, make sure they have evens amount of blueberry)
  17. Have you tried giving Canada post a try? They can often times track it better than we can once it's over the border. At this point it should have cleared customs I'd think without issue. (By the way I'm in and out of meetings today so if for some reason I don't get back right away, I will right afterwards!
  18. hmm and I thought I'd set those at a fairly decent price too. Who's selling them cheaper? (I'm about to head to a meeting FYI in case I don't get back right away)
  19. Thanks! I'm actually waiting for a couple to arrive myself (Even I shop VT
  20. lol I'm actually not a huge gamer but when I do, I admit the system really rocks even the most modern day games. (I'll usually play a little GTA, Hitman etc on the side when I have time) I also like to fire up MS Flight Simulator from time to time! Thanks for flying Vapor Talk...

  22. Tam...you can touch my computer anytime
  23. Hey Kelson, nothing worse than the frustration of trying to vape while it's leaking everywhere! I had this issue with my aerotank at one point in time and was baffled as it was generally considered a good device. (I like to rotate my tanks) Anyway turns out when I replaced my glass, the tiny O ring had fallen off. It was so well hidden in the crack between the glass and metal base you wouldn't notice. I found it, put it back in and all was good. Are all the rubber o rings in place? (Usually the main reason for leaking)
  24. It feels like a one man operation sometimes I also run a good 10-15 other sites (Chrisorah) on a daily bases as well as Vapor Talk China, BeKuali etc, so multitasking/red eye evenings are pretty routine. Another 10 years though and I'll probably burn out lol
