My father in law uses an inversion table and swears by it. I'm not sure what model he has but I heard it works well.

Simple and a good idea although I don't usually take my atomizers off my unit. I suppose this could be good for those of you that use multiple atomizers.

Well Electronic Cigarettes are digital because many of them contain small chips used for the button or to control the cut off time etc. In the beginning we where not sure what to to call e cigarette usage. Some terms used where e Smoking, then iSmoking, then digital smoking and finally vaping. All related to technology terms in some way. Someone started calling normal cigarettes "analogs" (analog video vs digital video for example) since then it has stuck.

The 510 should really help turn things around. I've yet to hear anything good about Blu's products. Just pick yourself back up and try again, that's all you can do! Don't be so hard on yourself

That's why the atomizers sometimes come a little wet. The manufactures add 0mg unflavored liquid to it because SO many new users try to puff on it without anything in the cartridge. I'll be honest I did the same thing back when I first started.

Honestly for the most part ecigs are pretty low maintenance there isn't much you need to do to keep them running well. Your atomizer should be treated as a disposable part of the ecig and needs to be changed every month. If you want to keep your atomizer longer then a quick run under some water will do the trick. (Just make sure to let it dry over night) Other than that not much else you need to do

It's mostly throat hit and vapor. A 5 volt will give you more vapor and a MUCH stronger throat hit. Some people like it some don't.

Well every year I'd say I wanted to stop smoking, now it's becoming healthier. I gave up Soda for the most part last year, this year I think I'll move to less Junk Food and lowering my nicotine level. I already managed to loose about 30 pounds and I feel a lot better!

The KR cartomizer tend to be hit and miss, sometimes you get a really good cartomizer and sometimes it's just ok. Taking a few "primer" drags will normally help.

Totally wicked use glass bottles and so does Johnson Creek but I tell you what it's much messier. The problem is once you take the dropper out of the bottle it's easy to spill the glass vile. If you where inside your car and you use the dropper you would need some place for the vile to go. You could place the vile in the cup holder but I guarantee the moment you had to hit the gas that sucker would spill.

Joye 510 is probably your best bet and it's what we recommend to everyone who starts. The 801 atomizer is great but only when you use it on a custom mod, the 801 starter kits are just ok. Why they asked you to stop smoking? Is it because of the nicotine?

Dulcis is much sweeter, it has a toffee like taste to it.

The thing to keep in mind here is that the higher the nicotine the higher the throat hit. (nicotine is what actually causes most of the throat hit) If the throat hit is to much you may want to move down to a lower strength. My sister in law just moved over to vaping and I started her with 24mg (it's what I was using at the time) and it was much to strong for her, I moved her to 16mg and she hasn't looked back. Going on a week now without smoking

Well we're going to tell you what everyone else will, start with the Joye510. We say that model because not only is it small but it's a manual battery. So if you choose to direct drip in the future (and at some point everyone does) you have that option. Automatic batteries are great but they die out very quickly because the juice enters the battery. You say you only smoke a few packs a week so I would start with 16mg for strength personally. Again though it's always easier to start low and move up and the start high and move down. As for feeling confident, well in time you will see! This is not like the patch or the gum, this alternative will have you off analogs in no time Welcome to the forums!

Without seeing the unit it's a little hard to tell. Not all cartomizers are the same, the threads are different sizes. If you post a picture of the battery and atomizer we can to help ya out a bit
