Maybe not that dramatic but anyway... Everyone is doing the "I look like this famous person" deal on Facebook. BUT I don't have anyone yet. So I need your help, hook me up here guys. What famous person do I look like? Someone arleady said Hugo Weaving http://images.google.com/images?gbv=2&hl=en&q=Hugo+Weaving&sa=N&start=18&ndsp=18 My wife laughed because I always open the door and say "Mr Anderson" (I like the Matrix) If you new and don't know what I look like: http://www.vaportalk.com/forum/forum/index.php?/gallery/category/3-official-vapor-talk-album/

I would personally go with 24mg, I smoked about the same and that's what it took for me

Awesome! Keep it up, before you know you'll be reporting back here that you've been tobacco free for over a year

The reason was because there was already the VP1 and Vp2 units on the market. Most people purchase 510 adapters from the store and almost NEVER purchase a 901 adapter. We are thinking about carrying a 510 to 801 adapter for the spade. This would not only make the 801 users happy but it would give you longer battery life on the spade. (The resistance is higher on the penstyle atomizer so it doesn't use as much energy)

Well you seem to have the idea of how cartomizers work so I'll give you the benefits. Currently when you fill up a standard cart it doesn't last long, we all know that. However with a cartomizer if you fill it, it lasts about 100 puffs or so. There is also the benefit of not having to carry juice around, you fill up 3-5 cartomizers and your good to go for the day. They are fillable and they are also re fillable, BUT they can only be filled a few times, they are designed to be disposable. The other nice thing is if you go cartomizer all the way you don't ever have to purchase atomizers again because the cartomizer IS the atomizer. For the most part you get a fresh tasting vape every time no more burnt taste. The down side? Well they're a little pricey. There is also the issue with consistency, sometimes you only get 3 good working cartomizers in a pack of 5.

I'm an idiot. For some reason I thought today was the first. I'll open the contest back up!

Yup I also agree the 510 has pretty much set the standard

Q&a For Newbies With Grimm Green

BigXor really hit the nail on the head here. The one and only reason we decided to carry the VP units in the store was the safety. At the time nobody had really thought about it but us. We knew some day this would happen. Which is why we have never carried any other custom unit. When Jeso first created the VP units he was one of the first mod creators to use protected batteries. He also designed the units to turn only 1 1/2 threads. So in the event that a user with a death wish decided to either A. Use none protected batteries or B. Mix and match charged and uncharged batteries, there would be room for the gas to go, in this case through the bottom of the unit. Now of course this wasn't advertised because some nut job would give it a try. Just because you have an air bag doesn't mean you should crash your car into a wall. It would scare the heck out of you but you'd probably be ok. Another issue is the way modders place the atomizer fitting into the unit, most press the fitting into the unit. What does this mean? It means it won't handle much pressure, when a battery heats and expends and finally blows, guess where the pressure goes? You got it, right out the atomizer fitting. In this case it was the BB. While out in New York we pulled out about 40 units and placed them on the table and the first thing was said was, well, these are all pipe bombs just waiting to blow. We couldn't believe nobody anticipated this issue. Of course those with the knowledge like Bogxor warned of this but nobody listened. In the VP units case the fitting is of a threaded design, not pressed into aluminum. @kato07 - Exploding wouldn't be an issue for the VP passthrough because it's a straight passthrough, there is no battery inside the unit. So next time you decided to buy a unit because it's the "new" thing, make sure you keep in mind some of the saftey users. Ask the modder "what have you done to make this safe" any good suppliers or modder should give you direct answers about what they've done. We have answerd this question a few times. If they beat around the bush, ditch buying the unit, it's just not worth it.

As the members have said these are terms used to replace the filler that already comes inside the cartridges for a better filler. It's replaced so that the cartridge hold liquid even longer.

Battery Chargers Interchangeable?
Christopher replied to jnnfrlsw's topic in General Vaping Discussion
As Jeff said the chargers are not interchangeable each model comes with it's own threaded charger. -
It's pretty much just a penstyle version of the 510 created to hold more liquid. Because most of us direct drip there really isn't much of a need for it. Although I suppose if your on the go this could be helpful.

The nicotine is what causes the throat kick. So lower nicotine will give you lower throat kick (Some devices will give you more throat kick but that's only when it creates more vapor in conjunction with a higher MG juice)

Just a reminder there are only 3 days left before the Vapor Talk contest ends. Almost $200 worth of free stuff don't loose out! http://www.vaportalk.com/forum/forum/index.php?/topic/3254-vapor-talk-1-year-anniversary-contest/

As with anything in life you can't have good and cheap. You pretty much get what you pay for. It may be a little biased but you really can't go wrong with the VP units from Vaprlife. I'll let other members chime in on this though

This is very normal, the PG inside E Liquid can dry your throat a bit. Carry a bottle of water with you (which is great to drink anyway) to keep your mouth nice a moist Well for the most part you just have to listen to your body. Normally about 10 puffs or so is normal to a traditional cigarette. If you start to get a headache put your ecig down Yes after a while your mouth will adjust, but it's still good to keep some refreshments close to you. The choice is up to you, it's really a matter of convenience. If you don't travel often and work at a desk like myself then direct dripping is the way to go, you just pop off the cart and drip right onto the atomizer. There is only one type of PCC for the 510 so any one you want, take your color pick! Have a look at our supplier list. That may help you out Hope that helps!

Most of the pipes you see just use a Penstyle atomizer, they work about the same as any other Penstyle kit would work.

The glass dropper bottles don't work well at all. This should help: http://www.usplastic.com/

The look will be updated quite a bit as the site is still very much in BETA. I want it to say powered by Vapor Talk as it does now but still remain slightly separate so people from other sites feel comfortable posting with anything biased going on.
