The eGo uses a Joye 510 atomizer. Although it can use other atomizers with the correct adapter it isn't designed for that. (The cone wouldn't fit on another atomizer)

The eGo battery lasts a very long time. Usually the only issue is the button but if the button goes out it's usually within the first week. (And of course it's under warranty for 6 months)

It should be fine but it's suggested to use the wall charger. To be honest I'm not sure it matters. I spoke with Janty yesterday and they stated it should fine charging via the computer.

Also make sure the battery is screwed all the way down not just to the point the LED flashes. Most warranty issues are the battery button not normally the charger. I think you purchased from our store so if they both still don't work send the chargers back and we'll replace them

Currently the only flavors we offer in 0mg is Mentha as the demand is just to low. With that said however we do have Dulcis arriving in a week or two in 0mg. As the popularity grows we will add other flavors

Well I suppose this is an interesting way for customers to see the other end of things. I'm aware of this customer and had it not been for the rude tickets we received (this isn't the first time) I probably would have sent one of the extra PT's we had laying around. In fact I think this was the same customer who mass emailed 6 suppliers demanding we drop Janty products I believe because USPS delayed his order. (Not the supplier) Threats on multiple levels just isn't the way to go around doing things. This particular person has cursed out staff members here on the board as well. And calling the Attorney general? Great that's just what the community needs. I think that may be a little extreme but I suppose if that makes you feel better. Vaprlife works hard to create well built models and we have hundreds of happy customers all aware of the 3 month warranty which is much longer than any supplier would offer on Chinese products. I'm sure members here can attest that anytime a unit is under warranty we send out an RMA asap. Simply sending in the product for repair would have completely refurbished the unit. I know personally just this week alone we've had customers curse us out due to units not "creating vapor" only to find out they didn't know how to use the unit correctly. We're more than happy to assist in the processes but cursing myself and my wife out (or anyone else working on the VT Office) via phone or the ticket system will get you nowhere. A little bit of courtesy goes a long way. Moving on, I personally stand behind Vaprlife, Mary and Jeso 100%. If you don't like the warranty period don't purchase the unit. Threats towards suppliers just isn't acceptable. I would also like take a moment to thank all of our great customers who are always polite and courteous to us! We'll always bend over backwards to makes things right for you.

I assume you mean why was the atomizer moist? If so that's what we call "primer" it's actually unflavored liquid the factory adds to the device to protect the atomizer should the user decide to vape on it without adding liquid. (It's happens a lot) It's normal

Your eGo/Tornado/Joye eGo/Some other clever name should only take about 2 hours or so to charge. The eGo should be charged via the wall plug and not the computer.

I doubt it but the person could be sensitive to PG. I would try to hold in the vapor a little longer before exhaling. Better than your buddy complaining to the HR department

If you want something that feels more like a cigarette I'd go with the Joye 510. But the battery life is pretty low. (Normally about 2 hours at most) If you don't mind the look the Janty eGo will go about 10 hours on a single charge. As for cartridges there are 2 types. 1. Standard cart which can be refilled using liquid. Although this is an option most of us do not refill carts because it's just a pain. Instead we direct drip. To learn about to direct drip I suggest you take a look at this video: Click Here 2. Cartomizers - Now some people don't like to direct drip either because it's to much work or they travel/drive to often to direct drip. This is where cartomizers come into play. Cartomizer each contain there own atomizer. A cartomizer is filled from the bottom. They usually give out more flavor than a normal cart and last much much longer but is better suited for someone who has been vaping for a little while.

The best thing for this is to wait it out. Just like when eating garlic strong flavors can sting around in your lungs. So even though your mouth is clean the taste is still there.

Normally the eGo atomizers last quite a long time. They can die out if the atomizer wasn't moist enough. The members are correct, Janty Atomizers are warrantied. Send a ticket in and I'll have a new atomizer sent out to you first thing Monday.

Mentha comes in strengths all the way to 24mg but it's currently sold out. BUT I do have a few bottles left (We usually place the liquid sold out just before we reach 0 to prevent any over orders) If you'd like go ahead and place the order, choose whatever liquid the menu allows and place a note in the customer notes upon checkout that you'd like Mentha 24mg instead. I'll go ahead and make sure the Mentha is added to your order
