  1. Ordering I think is almost as fun as vaping. It's like Christmas every week
  2. I agree you might want to start with something smaller and more simple to start with. But to answer your question I don't see why the LR attys wouldn't work. The rule of thumb is to keep LR atomizers away from high voltage units (5 volt and higher)
  3. No the eGo does not use pulse modification
  4. Lots of great articles to get you started. Posts are short and easy to read http://www.theecigguru.com/
  5. Take a look at this: http://www.theecigguru.com/2010/05/ecig-atomizers-to-clean-or-not-to-clean.html
  6. Sweet dawn for me And Pigeon, Wallace and Grommet are AWESOME!
  7. Well thank you! We appreciate the feedback
  8. HA! Could that be the first ecig joke?
  9. Just about everything is made in China and electronic cigarettes are no exception. There are some battery modifications (usually 5 volt mods) that are created here in the states. They're also much more expensive. Usually if it comes in a pretty box with a laminated manual it's from little china. 99% of all atomizers also come from China with the exception of the Cisco atomizer which I've yet to try. Generally Joye is known to create the best atomizers and I'll go into this a little later when I created my new blog
  10. This guys takes the phrase "when life gives you lemons" to a whole new level. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Lg9qnWg9kak
  11. Yes there is an import ban on electronic cigarettes in Canada. There is a risk of your product being seized but it's unlikely given how small the order probably is.
  12. ECF has been trying to do this for a while and has been mentioned before. The problem is sending him anything. He's one of the most protected persons in the world. It would be hard enough to send him a bag of chips never mind an electronic cigarette. Then again he may already be vaping in secret. Who knows!
  13. Welcome! Congrats on the switch. Next we'll have to work on your wife!
  14. Interesting article http://www.associatedcontent.com/article/2971360/help_america_keep_smoking.html?cat=5
  15. This is going to be tougher me to answer because we're now a supplier but I'll chime in anyway. SLB always did ok with the 901 but they did horrible with the 510. The batteries had issues at first which I think have since been fixed but they lack in the atomizer department. I get emails all the time about 510 atomizers not working well only to find out it's an SLB. The failure rate also tends to be higher. I'm not trying to knock on the SLB only that it just doesn't seem to perform as well IMHO.
  16. Uploaded about 6 hours ago....Wow. and another
  17. Ask me what your future holds. I'll tell ya for a dollar.
  18. what the heck is going on with the weather?! I'm glad you ok!!!
  19. The Dura and the 510 are the same models. The 510 WAS a Dura. Janty, after 6 month usually will release their models to other suppliers as generic. The Joye 510 is the "generic" Dura. The only difference is the warranty. The Dura should come with a 6 month warranty.
  20. Try clean the charger threads and battery threads with some rubbing alcohol and a Q Tip.
  21. Nice I like it! Perhaps these will end up on the VT office computers
  22. Yes the Joker will work with a high resistance or "high voltage" atomizer. It will NOT however work with low resistance atomizers. (This could cause ANY 5 volt unit to go boom)
  23. A low res atty will give you more vapor than a cartomizer but a cartomizer will give you more flavor. Cartomizers five you the benefit of lasting a long time and atomizers give you the benefit of better flavor and vapor.
  24. Only the most awesome members stick around But many come, ask, learn and leave. Just the way it is
