Well VG is a little thicker and the fiber wasn't designed with VG in mind. I'd personally try taking a pin and poking at the fiber, that should allow the PG to drop in

There is an adapter you can use but like Brian stated your better of just getting the entire kit. The eGo will give vapor production much the same as your 510 BUT it has much much longer battery life (12 hours or so) The nice thing about the long battery life is the fact the eGo can use the low resistance atomizers which give you a "5 volt" hit. So you'll end up with nice big clouds of vapor without having to shell out money on a 5 volt unit. Plus with the new jumbo cartomizers coming out for the eGo theres lots you can do with it And yes your not the only one that doesn't sleep This forum is my second home (Brains usually up as late us I am)

Well every so often you get a bad atomizer which may have happened with the second one. The reason the washed atomizer probably isn't working is due to water. You need to make sure the atomizer is dry before using it again. Try blowing throw the battery end and clearing out all of the water. Then add about 4 drops of E liquid until it starts vaping again. Have you tried direct dripping? It could be one of 3 things: 1. The battery is dead and needs charged 2. It's not Joye model. Boge tech for example creates a 510 model that has a 5 second cut off. This is a "Safety feature" built into the unit. When you take a drag for longer than 4 seconds or so it will shut off and the battery LED will blink. After a about 7 seconds you'll be able to take a drag off off the model again. If this happens it's not a Joye. 3. It's a bad battery

I just had a look at his site and it does appear to be a genuine kit. He's also been around for a while so it's probably just a defective model. As for cleaning I would suggest just sending it back. You can clean the threads with rubbing alcohol but even still it's no worth using a broken ecig. If the model is new cleaning it won't do much.

eGO all the way baby. With the long battery life, standard attys, cartomizers, low res attys, jumbo cartomizers and extra large batteries the possibilities are endless. Not to mention it's tried and tested. At least half the members here I think own an eGo now. If it was a total piece, someone would have called on it already I love my eGo.

Yes I would definitely send this kit back. It should not be firing up if your not using it. This actually sounds like an SLB 510 as the SLB's had this problem when they first came out. Ask e Cig Express if they are SLB 510's or Joye 510's.
