I want to do the same thing. So now I have to go fumbling thru the suppliers and find one that sells adaptors AND something else I want, since paying for shipping on one little adaptor would not be that smart. It's very interesting how the 510 and the 901 attys affect flavor. I figure my 901 PT must give about the same power as the Ego, so in my case I'm thinking it isn't the power level. I may get a 510 passthru at some point because A: saves battery life on my beautiful Ego and B: The 901 PT is acting up anyway. And thanks so much about the "talking".! It's the closest I can come to the GREAT AMERICAN NOVELIST I was once going to be. Until I discovered that creating a plot and then FOLLOWING a plot is really rather boring. LOL So I stick to chatting and poetry. Get your point across and get OUTTA there. LOL

I noticed the flavors seem rougher or / stronger on the 510 atty. I can't STAND ry4 on the 510 but I luv it on the 901. Even my banana seems less sweet on the 510, so I think what you are talking about. In my case, I've gone from the 901 kit to an Ego, so I don't have any adapters to test the theory. (scratches that down on shopping list) INNNNNNNTERESTING...

My mother died at the age of 50. It was a combination of factors with her, however, not lung cancer. I turn 47 this week. But when I hit 50, I'll still be a zillion times healtheir than she was. Today I got my order from Awesome Vapor. As usual Arno went a step beyond. I'd ordered my usual 24 menth and then a 36 flavorless, and he threw in some bottles and pipettes for me. Gotta love that service The Ego has me back to a couple of cigs a day already. I'm trying to think up something with a huge TH for those times I think nuttin else but a cig will do. First thing in the morning is usually when I run for the analog. After I've had it, then the th on the Ego and my menthol is just fine. Maybe I'll try a cough drop tomorrow .. maybe that would "tune" my throat the same way without the tar. Hmmmmmmm I'll try it. Either that or I have to find a juice that I probably won't like EXCEPT those times of day. It's very odd how I just don't wanna let go of those 3 analogs lol

Yes way cool. We were building shelves to put our stuff on today, so I set the charger right where I could see it. Got the gorilla rack up, threw stuff in it and VOILA time to take it off the charger. No whining here. But BOY if you don't realize yer juice is low and hit a burn vape oooooh la la is THAT strong LMAO I'm really liking the blue foam just as a filler (not plug in other words) I have yet to flood with it.. soaks it right up, but lasts musch longer than anything else I've used before having to refill it. Not the tastiest stuff if you aren't paying attention tho LOL. The cigarette filter works good for one, maybe 2 fills. Then it's saturated and I might as well be dripping or using the poly. The PTB mod works longer, but more work when I DID have to replace them. Was making hubby swim in tea to change my carts. Came home with the foam yesterday and been vapin the same foam all day. My poor DSE is untouched today. I will probably put them up, clean up the carts with alcohol and have them ready for son's next visit. Or if it won't be soon I'll box em up with some instructions and juice and mail it up. (Sneaky Mom, aint I?) At the very least it can show him what is possible.

Oh yes backups are way good!!! I don't expect them to last days or anything, I'm just amazed that the one lasted so long. Granted some of that was sleep time, but I'm usually going to sleep, so that's okay. Even if they lasted the 5 of the 5-10 hours they list - I'd be thrilled so I'm definitely not disappointed!

Just changed the battery. Vaped wonderfully right to the blinky light all done thing. So yeah, totally loving this. I don't know how many hours since 5PM I actually vaped, but it was a lot LOL - and I can tell I won't be using up batteries before the spare is charged.

Jeezopete I'm still on the same battery. I have thought it was dead twice... turned out some how i unscrewed the atty a little while taking off the cart. Go figure. Be easier to tell without the atty color EDIT.. er I mean COVER END EDIT - but it is so perty lol

Yeah the garbage collection here I pay for too. There are days when I just don't know why either. LOL If you have extra garbage you have to schedule pickup for it. It's amazing.. up to TWO weeks it says. BEYOND amazing. The really REALLY amazing part is if I decide to go with an outside service that actually offers some SERVICE I STILL have to pay the city. "We don't discount" EXCUSE ME? How is it a DISCOUNT if I'm not using the service? LMAO I grant you it is only $14 a month, but that is not the point. The point is that I should not have to pay for a service I don't get. Oh and the OTHER point is it gives me something to whine about any darn time I want LOL

Was 2:30 AM when I went and had one.. made me dizzy as heck too rofl. Then this morning habit took me out with one...3 drags and then i was like WAIT WAIT my TOY is waiting! AHHHHHHHH yes. So I've been using this battery since 5:25 by the clock and so far vaping on ) Even if it had only lasted me 5 hours (manual says 5-10) I'd have been thrilled. I want an analog before bed.. that's the hardest trigger - but I've not had one since 1PM without a whole lot of thinking about it. Better than I've done to date. The 1PM til I got home to the Ego I was out shopping, and had my trusty DSE... used 2 batteries, but I didn't take any analogs with me. I usually have them along just in case they die on me, but I figured if I went thru all 3 batteries by the time I got home, I wouldn't be in OMG GIMME SOMETHING mode yet anyway. LOL So yes I am very happy with my purchase thus far. The flavors are a bit harsher on this, but that is actually a good thing, because I've been thinking all alone that it was mostly TH that was keeping me smoking a few analogs a day. So by my clock At 1AM I'll have gone 12 hours with no tar baby. So I figure I'll tell myself to wait until then, and if I'm lucky I'll forget about it. LOL If not, I'll have one and THEN forget about it. I tested the spare atty I ordered too to make sure it got heat, so happily I won't have to send anything back to Parked for replacement. DOA always sucks don't it? LOL So there ya go.... first half day with the Ego

THANKS! I actually wound up ordering an EGO lmao totally away from both of them.... but I will say that the DSE-905 has been improving with it's versions according the the reviews I've been watching. I just kinda fell for the EGO as I went wandering about. Got it today and am having a lovely time

I actually have a camera case. Same sort of thing. I'm thinking I may sew some loops in it to hold my toys in place, and apart, but so far I just wrap them in tissue. It did dawn on me that the RY4 was tried right outta the box, I mighta been tasting the PRIMER. So I may try those carts again. Also picked up some blue foam while I was out, so have been trying that, but as a whole filler, not as a plug. (Lazy me) But so far I've not had to fill it since the initial fill and nothing has flooded.

The battery I put on the charger only took an hour. So I figure it was half charged by comparing what the manual said. I'm vaping more than usual, which is probably why the 36 is feeling strong. New toys ya know. I get as much TH on this as I do my little DSE passthrough which is GOOD since the PT doesn't like to turn OFF lately. When I am using it I just unplug it after every puff. The blue light doesn't always tell me it's still on. I'll replace it eventually, but if this EGO is as good as it feels like I may wait until I can get a stronger PT LOL. The only reason I got a PT to begin with was because the little batteries need changin every hour on the hour (Not even that if I'm stressed) So far I'm quite happy. THANKS PARKED! I just have to remember quit doing UPS out of that knee jerk reaction I seem to have when given choices LOL. It was in Nashville in the Wee hours of Saturday. They don't deliver on Saturdays though (big frown) so I had to wait til today. Poor me.

Got home from Sam's Club, and there it was. Even with all the pictures I've seen, it is STILL smaller than expected. One battery went right on the charger, and the other one - did I WAIT til I could charge it? OF COURSE NOT. That would be way too patient for the likes of me. I had gotten a sample bottle of RY4 and liked it, but the RY4 cartridges seem strong on the EGO. So I took the empty cart and made a menthol one, and that vapes nice. Once the other battery is charged I'll make sure it all works happy, but so far, everything is doing just as it should. I'm glad I have some more 24mg menthol coming in tho, because all I have left is the 36 (I bought to cut with) and that makes me dizzy in the EGO. I also like the TH on the EGO (TH is Throat Hit for the noobies) I'm sure by tomorrow I'll have tried some of my other flavors as well. The reviews were right on though, feels nice in the hand. I'm used to the DSE901 carts, so the round 501s are different, but not horrible. Feels more like a real cigarette, but that part hadn't been an issue This is not a review it's a happy dance, so I thought GENERAL E Smoking was the place to put it.... You admin types can move it if I am wrong, I don't mind.

I agree, just because you have a box, some wire, and some batteries, don't mean you are an expert modder. I wouldn't try it myself. My husband would be more handy, knowing the principals and all involved with power, however, no interest, so we're safe from that there direction. There is a reason that you are supposed to have an inspection of your house when you update your electrical system. It seems like a pain sometimes, but bad wiring can cause you MUCH heartache. Doing it wrong and it not working...that's the safest error you can make - it's when it seems to be working but it's wrong that problems can get serious fast. (that's the spiel from the non technical Teri Jo LOL) It's why I researched a lot before ordering .... tho I wound up getting an Ego which at the TIME wasn't even one of them I was thinking about. It helps a lot that we have people who know what they are talking about in this forum warning us of the dangers. I would have had no clue there could BE a danger without posts like this one. Price and vapeness and all, that was important...but safety is IMPORTANT. Having a cig blow up in my face, this would not make my day at ALL.

You are still addicted to the nicotine. Your delivery system is different, but you still want that nicotine. However, I know people who would do that over non addictive toys as well. A cufflink, for example. We are fond of our ecigs, how far we will go to retrieve one from a heater vent I think is as varied as we are. I hope the guy wasn't like... DRIVING DOWN THE ROAD while tearing out his dashboard, that would be kinda bad! However I've seen people go crazy with no addiction at all.. my son in law went on a highly comical hunt for a mouse a few years ago. Comical because he was yelling and dragging furniture about. I was like, couldn't catch a SNAIL this way bud! Myself I was on the floor dying laughing... he wouldn't quit yelling "There's a MOUSE in my HOUSE!" At any rate... if you'd do it to retrieve a cigarette, you'd do it to retrieve an ecig. That's my story and I'm sticking to it.......for now....

So I cheated. i cut a strip off a new green scrubby. (I should look and see what they are really called.) Rinsed it all perty just in case it picked up junk in the plastic wrap then made a plug like for the blue foam. Actually workin pretty good so far. I'm sure I'll have to clean the plug here and there...but better than wastin as much juice as i've done with poly, then PTB and other stuff. I have 901 carts on my 901 atty so I actually also have a piece of straw in there to hold my plug up. This attempt is only a few hours old tho....we'll see how long it works well before I have to clean OR replace the plug. If it lasts even half a day without futzing with it I'll be thrilled!

Well by shy I mean I didn't say anything I thought would get me in trouble. So never complained about food or bad service, etc.... but when something was wrong and KIDS were involved, forget about it, then I got all mean and stuff. When I was just learning the stick, naturally I had to stop on a hill for a bus. This woman drives up til she's ON my bumber, and I see her kids are flying all over the car. I put the emergency brake on, got outta my car went to hers and tole her I'd already written down her plate number and if she didn't belt those kids down I was sendin the law after her. And while she was at it she could GET OFF MY ***. Wasn't nice at all ... I figured the woman was at least as old as me, and should have more care for her kids. Nawty Teri.

Okay look here is a the cigarette i took out of his hand now WAKE THE HECK UP already. lol I went on a field trip with my son when he was in second grade to a dairy farm. One of his classmates was balance walking on the fence of a pigsty. I told him to get down. His mother comes roaring up and tells me I can't tell HER child what to do. I told her, if she didn't have the sense God gave a turnip to remove her son from harm, I darn sure would, because if he was crushed by excited pigs after he fell in their happy mud, it would traumatize MY son. Meanwhile the boy had gotten down and my son was nearly dying of embarrassment. I guess that is why he asked his Dad to go on future field trips? And THAT was back when I was shy. LOL
