I just think we're weakening ourselves with all this over sanitation. Just like the over prescribing of antibiotics has made us immune to their power when we actually DO need them. As to the kids, yeah, gotta agree. The rule of thumb seems to be the kid has to be the center of the universe or it's abuse. My kids were a huge part of my universe, and I sacrificed often for them, but they also learned right from wrong, and CONSEQUENCES. I found the corner to work wonders, and later, chores chores chores. LOL Grounding them was waaaaaaaaaay too hard on the MAMA. However there's always a floor to scrub, or toilet, or YARD WORK. It worked, and I didn't have to bruise my hand spanking them LOL. My kids never had the latest and greatest, but they were clothed, fed, and by the time they were 3 I'd learned that getting them what they WANTED usually fell flat.... so I got them what they would actually USE over and over. LOL They want what is on every commercial, but what they would USE after the first week were things like the etch a sketch, and other toys. Not necessarily less expensive, just more creative I guess. Even the Legos today are a pain. They come in kits....so you can build this ONE THING. That helps follow directions, but there is NO CREATIVITY there. I hunted for my grandkids til I found a couple of generic barrels of blocks and they make wonderful things out of them. We are weaning the creativity outta a whole generation. SHHHHHOOOOOOOOOOOT there's that soapbox again....how'd that get there? Shutting up now lmao

LMAO uh huh. I can believe it! Tho the passthru I bought last month don't um... always turn off. And it don't always warn me when it dont' turn off with the snazzy light.... so I've learned pull the usb between vapes or pay the price. SO I may have to replace it... but at $18 or somethin that I paid, it won't kill me.. I hope lol Then I gots the Ego coming in. THEN I'll have to get spares for THAT....THEN of course Juice MORE JUICE... I've done okay, but if I don't quit it I'm never gonna be able to say I'm SAVING MONEY lmao

FIRST... Rachel Ray video.... did you see the SECOND part on the carts? I seriously think that being germophobic is WHY we get sick so darn much. Third; POLYFILL for carts... is this the same stuff they sell at Hobby Lobby for like $3 a bag? If no one knows I guess I'll have to research what's in it. LOL Lastly I WANTS MY EGO UPS ......RUN RUN RUN AND GIMME!!!!! K now that is all off my chest, I feel Much better. I was terrified with my first. I was sure I'd be a lousy mother. I guess the fact I worried about it so much should have clued me in I'd be a caring mother, eh? LOL Best of luck. I'm guessing the 14th, only because that is MY birthday. But if she's anything like I was, you'll know, cuz she'll be NESTING - as they like to call it the day before. In other words, fulla energy and ready to put everything in it's place, so to speak. With my daughter, the day was gorgeous, and I went for a long walk. A gorgeous day in February was just too good to pass up I thought. That night, labor. LOL That little bundle is going to change your life in more ways than you can guess, but it seems to come naturally. It's only later you look back and go.. WOW. We all hope for healthy, happy, and colic free for you both!!!!!

I like my 901. The battery life is sucking, but I'm hearing the same about the 510. When my EGO gets in I'll be using the 510 atty but, as it will be on a battery from GOD i dunno if I'll get a good comparison LOL

When you ask for help around here you are bound to get a TON of it. Just be careful what you ask for he he you might get it! Dripping doesn't appeal to me... I prefer carts. I've been trying different fillers. It definitely takes maintenance, either way, but it sure helps cut out the analogs.

My daughter I caught smoking. She was not real good at sneaking lol. First clue was the way she SUDDENLY would come right by where I was smoking and complain about the smoke, hack and carry on. So I watched close. When I caught her then she was given chores. I was not a big spanker. Grounding punished ME more than the kid, although when they were younger the corner worked wonders. Anyway I made it so that it was not CONVENIENT for her to smoke. I am quite sure she doesn't smoke today because I caught her early enough and made a big enough impression. My SON on the other hand, had been smoking a while. I knew it when I caught him, because I caught him at my bedside table trying to steal one of my cigs. He hadda be desperate or think he was, because he KNEW I was a light sleeper. Thus nothing worked with him. He was already hooked. I didn't try to justify MY smoking either. They naturally asked why I smoked when they were younger, and I told them flat out it was because I was an idiot, and I was STILL smoking because I was STILL stupid when it came to cigarettes. ====I do go on don't I?=== So I had 50/50 success. Had I caught my son earlier (or hell maybe he got hooked fast, I don't know), perhaps I could have done a better job of steering him away. Who knows? Part of the "PICK YOUR BATTLES" thing, I agree with however. You can't treat forgetting to take out the trash on the same level as stealing or cheating or something. I had to teach my husband to chill a bit there LOL. But mostly it was a matter of reminding him he was dealing with children not short adults. LOL

Ah but for a MOVIE you must SUSPEND your disbelief. You go back to being a kid and "Let's PRETEND". But yeah... at least a few times the world was going to end. 2000 was the latest lol It never occurs to some folks that the Mayan calendar may have ended on that day cuz um..... THE MAYANS ALL GOT KILLED OFF lol. So ya know... sooner or later someone wasn't WORKING on it anymore. LOL

OMG too funny. We were posting at the same time, both atomizer questions. The difference is you just ANSWERED mine, cuz I was asking if the DURA and the 510 are the same threads and use same carts... well half of it anyway... dunno bout carts LOL I don't know battery shelf life at all. Cars don't like to sit, the battery goes unusable and all kinda things ....no idea on regular or ecig batteries.

So I decided on the Ego. I It comes with ONE Dura atomizer, and a pack of carts..... way cool So I'm on dietsmokes.com And I decide I want another atomizer. But Now cart is all ready to go and ... I have a question. Does the DURA and 510 have the same threads and use the same carts? I'm only seeing pink duras and yuk.... and besides after all the raving I wanna try a 510 I sent an email to parked but I thought I might get a faster answer here depending how fast ya'll see my question.

Hiya!!! You don't have to drip to get the taste...but a drop or two on the atty when you start a new flavor helps sometimes. Some flavors are alos a lot more subtle than others. My banana juice.... mmmmm good.....my mango juice I can't taste at all.... RY4 is nummy. So in my short experience, it depends a lot on the flavors. As to recommendations, I can't really help there... I've tried awesome vapor's banana, ry4 and mango so far, and their menthol. But I'm sure you will get a lot of them quite soon, these folks rock!

You all totally ROCK! I've gotten such good information from you all, as well as good links, etc. I'm seriously thinking about the Ego, because from my forum searches and all, some of you have had them for quite a while and are still crowing about them. I'm summing this up here because sometime someone is going to do a search on these products. The DSE 905 reviews were mixed, which is normal, and Grimm liked the V2 better than the original, but didn't like the cutoff switch. There is a V3 out without the cutoff, and I ASSUME it's with the sturdier construction but haven't seen a review on it. There's also a review on making it a 5v and that at 5v it rocks, but boring the body out to fit the other batts is way beyond MY abilities thank ye kindly. I'd surely destroy the thang. LOL The Janty Sick v3 acts as a PT as well, I luv that feature, but I think I'd have trouble with switching atomizers. I have trouble holding a key straight to get it in the LOCK when I'm in a hurry LOL. That's a Teri limitation more than a STICK limitation, but . . . The Screwdriver is tried and true, but expensive (for me) out of the box. I can get 2 bodies at cavecom, but then I have to get the batteries and charger. If I already had the batteries and charger, THEN it would be great. And I suspect the shipping adds even more to the price. I can get the batteries and charger stateside, of course, as well as adapters and all as I want them. By the time I do all that I might as well get a VP or a Spade. I shouldn't be so concerned with the LOOK as I seem to be, I know, but the screwdriver LOOK just doesn't fetch me. LOL Sometimes I think I get so involved in the research (for my computer toys too) that I forget I actually want to BUY something in the end LOL. LOL I don't have a PROBLEM with having 2 bodies, just that I'd wind up paying the same or more once you convert the pounds to dollahs, and THEN have to wait 2 weeks or so at the mailbox. LOL If I wait for Arno to get them in see, then I get a good price AND once I click the button I gits em fast. It's semantics, I know... lol but once I hit the buy button I am in WAIT mode. If I don't hit the button then I'm in "still looking mode". It's all what's happening in my pea brain, as opposed to what is really happening lol

Well I usually go looking for something else, clean up the puppy doo, and make really bad jokes about it all! Then I treat myself to chocolate or whatever special coffee I have in the cupboard. ) If that doesn't work I watch a comedy LOL (after stuff is done, anyway)

Prayers going up. But sometimes work mode is a good thing, actually makes you concentrate on something else. It's difficult when you feel so helpless, I know. You have to keep YOUR spirits up to help him keep HIS up. It's hard to be a cheerleader when ya just want to lay down and cry. Music and reading have always been my escapes in such times, and when I come out of an hour of either one, I'm more able to cope with whatever is going on. Just a thought. I know how hard such long term problems can be.
