You mean an empty pre-filled carto?? If so, you can (in all that i've seen so far) use a paper clip and pop off the white plug. Just put it through the hole that you inhale through and lift the plug off. I filled a menthol carto with vanilla and it honestly tasted great (IMHO). I saved a lot of money on cartos that way. As i fill them with the juice, if it starts to well up i put my finger over the 510 connector hole and shake it down a few times to get it to the bottom of the carto. Repeat this a few times and yer carto will get full. People talk about another method they call the 'condom method' but i like the dripping directly and shaking method better. You don't even need to shake it if you have some 12 hours to spare.

Hello and welcome to the forums. I also was a menthol smoker. Now I can't believe I was satisfied with the lack of variety in analogs. Tobacco or menthol was it... no s'mores or pina colada or even vanilla? So i keep menthol on hand but find i use it far less than the other variety.

I based my decisions off of what is important to me personally: Budget, battery life (i work outside), some kind of warranty, and compatibility (like the threading on the connectors) Even if my kit can be upgraded like adding a kick or something So i got something with a huge battery, a 510 connector, upgradable for a kick later, and a guarantee. I got a discount for a tank and some fun juice choices. Not everybody, however, wants a light-saber when they vape. There are plenty of juice companies that sell VG on the vendor list here on Vapor Talk or google... it's vast.

Here's an update in case anyone else ever runs into this situation. I was wondering if o-rings might fit over the base of the CE5. The reply came from the uber-helpful Donna at bluemistvaping.com: As far as the clearo, it sounds like you have a cracked base. If you examine it closely you may even be able to view the crack. You can try painting it at the base there with Sally Hansen Hard as Nails base coat. Once dry it will last a good while longer. If nothing else it'll prevent you from losing any more eliquid. Just got a new CE5 Clearomizer yesterday and the bottom part leaks between where the tank screws into the element. The juice seeps right between the threads. So I emptied the CE5 to check on the o-ring and whatnot and it seems up to be up to code, nice and tight and all. Re-filled it and it's still a steady and slow leak. Every half hour or so i wipe it off to make sure it doesn't get onto/into my mod but it's a steady flow. I see stuff on you-tube and even some posts here that people have leaking around the mouth piece, but haven't found anyone with leaking at the bottom. Anyone encounter this problem also? Do i need to contact the supplier? I hate complaining to companies over a $6 product but the painful part is the waste of my precious S'mores juice.

If i only had a sensory deprivation tank...

Welcome, i am not the only one here that would say it's no waste of money if it keeps you off the analogs. I am biased to my new Bombshell Stinger (26650 battery) from hotvapes.com i just got on Saturday. Just got a CE5 Clearomizer today and a 510-510 adapter to fit it into my mod also from hotvapes. I like the flavor i put in it even more than the clearomizer... s'mores. The only advice i give on product is BUY AMERICAN in case you need customer service.

I got vanilla flavor from my local mall. They only had 18mg nicotine which is really strong for me. I bought it anyway, so i'm flying when i use it. Gotta love vanilla flavor.

I had the same problem with 21st Century Smoke. The brand had that 'proprietary exclusivity' stuff. AquaVaporCig.com sells a 510 to RN4081 adapter. Upon arrival i'll have a new carto-toy for my Bombshell Stinger to eat. I filled a used menthol carto with vanilla... tasty.

I've gotta check out this White Rose Club since i'm a fellow South-Central-Pennsylvanian. I'm new to vaping and feeling lucky/grateful the local region has a vaping club. Thanks for the kind words. It's cool to have some positive feedback on my choice of mod. I think i set myself up for needing the kick because i got a dual-coil tank discounted with the sale of my kit. I hear those like some extra wattage for a good vape... I'll be finding out in a couple/few days when it arrives.

Vaping about 2 weeks and just ordered A Bombshell Stinger, the kick had to wait... I liked the battery, i hope it's safe to use when i work outside in the summer. Got some low-nicotine juice to go with it.
