Can't believe that I joined just over 2 years ago, where has the time gone? Had a few hiccups the first year and was basically a mix of smoking and vaping, though definitely more on the vaping side. But have been smoke free for over a year now. And am still surprised. I am 46 now and smoked since I was 18 and joined the Air Force. Quit a couple times for a few months, but eventually went back. And even when I wasn't smoking, I WANTED to. It was a struggle daily. Not the case with vaping at all Still very much enjoying my hobby, though has gotten a touch on the expensive side, mostly for trying juices. Am still stuck on Boba's Bounty so other juices are by the wayside. Of course now I am on a Precise kick.... That gets spendy though have been able to justify it through a new job, and then a promotion. Not sure how I am going to continue it though Have done a couple juices reviews over the past year, would like to do more though. Am taking a bit of a break from that since my review puppy died I currently am training a new one. Just want to say thanks to everyone here for getting me started and answering all my questions. Have been way more active on twitter rather than the forums, but I still browse on occasion The one thing I absolutely love about vaping is the community and the help and encouragement that is given. I do wish that there wasnt quite so much drama around allegiances between various vaping networks but is to be expected as more people get into this. Thanks again! D

I Absolutely Love My Vapemate, Though Have Been A Fan Of Cartos For Awhile Now.<Br /><Br />I Have It Attached To My Omega With A Carto For Topping Off, And Have Had Very Few Issues With It<Br /><Br />One Thing I Have Noticed Though Is Occasionally I Will Push Too Much Juice In, And End Up Sucking Some Out Through The Mouthpiece. The Main Reason For This Is Due To The Fact That I Am Using A Pure Vg Juice In The Carto (Boba's Bounty) And It Doesnt Seep In Quite As Fast. So The Juice Is Pooling Near The Top When I Take A Drag And End Up Sucking Some In.<Br /><Br />Bit Of A Learning Curve And Something To Just Get Used To.

GrimmGreen and TheVapeBabe (and others) LOVE this juice.. it is very subjective though... but the thing that everyone has in common, is the fact that is does NOT smell very good in the room after vaping. i think the reason that it is getting bad reviews is that more people are giving it a try

is so far my favorite juice, though still go back to my VT TT, was a lot smoother than i thought.. some people have described a cola taste, but dont get that.. the taste changes at times though

Looks like I won the GGTS and AVS from the NVC raffle Was totally unexpected, and I actually forgot about the raffle, I had to be informed by friends on twitter Wanted to send a big thanks to those who organized the raffle and all of those who donated items to it. D

I may start doing that a little. VT tobacco is my favorite all day and evening juice but tonight I just got a selection of VT juices, and the apple and grape are a really nice change I can see myself vaping these more, perhaps I should try a good coffee flavor in the morning Though of course I drink coffee all day :-)

I have had a lot of leaking with the LR cartos... But I tossed the one, and not sure I will open another. The taste was too bad.. Basically using a regular carto during work with a drip tip, dripping a bit in every so often. Using the LR atty at home while dripping, but may just go to using the cartos exclusively Keeping the atty for when I want to test flavors. The regular cartos that I have are the silver threaded ones.. The taste is much smoother and consistent Now I was getting great taste with the LR atty with using a cart packed with the tea bag fill Am wondering if the LR cartos would be better if the filler was replaced, can you replace the filler in the same way as you would a cart?

I am agreeing with you about regular Cartomizers, I like them so much better than the LR cartos. As for the atties, the LR ones aren't too bad, though maybe I am getting used to them... They definitely burn a lot hotter. And this is at 3.7 Sometimes I get a lot of vapor, some times not.. Oh well may have a few things to toss on a table at a meet... :-)

Once I get lower on stock I will probably get some from the vt store But would be nice to find some that are consistent, perhaps the LR cartos that I have are okay but I got a bad one Will try at a later date, dripping is fine at home. Now just need a better storage unit :-) Thanks all

yeah, i am thinking that i will just get a pack of LR attys and drip the one that came with the ego was a 1.7 but it works really nice I'll just keep a cart on hand for those times i cant drip I am really not liking the cartos... even the regular cartos aren't nearly as smooth Edit: wasnt using a regular carto.... these are decent

.. between using a LR atty with a cart, and a LR carto with the atty and cart, i get a good amount of vapor, and it is very smooth with the carto, the hit is really harsh tasting, and in order to get a good amount of vapor, it almost always sends me into a coughing fit are the cartos usually that much harsher than just using a atty? i assumed that they would be very similar thanks Darrin

thanks guys... blowing out some excess liquid and making sure it was screwed in tight now seems to have done the trick... working much better now always something

Well it is gurgling a bit I filled using the condom method with it half full But I couldnt tell if it was full so used about that much again. And using a drip tip definitely was getting juice in my mouth Not tasty My guess is that I over filled Well, comes with practice. Was loving the LR atty with a cart though

I have been using a LR atty with a cart the past few days and it has been working out great. But I just got some LR cartos and after filling it just doesn't have a consistent vapor production. Or much at all Could this be due to over filling or perhaps a bad carto? Thanks Darrin

Just recently I recieved my ego. It came with both a regular and an a LR atty. Personally I am getting more vapor and a better experience with the LR one. Not sure of the lasting of one vs the other though as that will come with time. Though ordered a bunch of LR cartos after a day of vapimg with one

I agree. I don't really see juice drying up soon but I do see it regulated and taxed. Which really means we will just have to pay more to fuel our habit. Personally, I am not really trying to cut my addiction, but am looking for something safer. And if the costs rise I won't be happy but will probably pay it. I am not totally against regulation though, you want things you order to be somewhat safe. Personally I think they should legalize and tax pot. A heck of a lot safer than smokes, not into it but I can at least see that Have some juice on hand and will order more, not because I think it won't be available but I do think costs will rise I comend suppliers like VT that are at least doing what they can to label juice snd package in child proof caps Perception will carry a lot when the FDA decides on who to go after.
