I was a menthol smoker for 33 years. I have purchased a lot of menthols in the past week and testing. Right now, my favorite is Jeff's menthol mix (wordupecig.com). I have a dekang coming, so I cant comment on that. Also, oddly, I have been hooked on this mix of menthol and cinnamon - http://altsmoke.com/altliquid/mentheliquid/sinthol.html . I cant seem to get enough. I'm not even a cinnamon guy. It's like this sweet inhale, and a menthol exhale. I cant describe it.

the only real way to test if it makes a difference....2 bottles of the same juice..steep one, leave the other alone....vape on the same device.

Firelight Fusion kit arrived yesterday. Not a huge fan of the pre-filled menthols.

Jeff has 18 different menthols (wordupecig.com). the MT menthol (in my case, 36 mg PG) is really good. I have a bottle of the 'Marboro Menth' that I like, but not as much as the MT. the latter I dont see him carrying anymore. I suggest trying a sampler pack of all of them (which is what im going to do right now!) .

I have read the same thing about nicotine staying in the body - roughly 4-5 days. I would THINK (and im not that bright, lol) that if I was vaping with e-liquid containing nicotine, it would show up in my test results, and I would wind up paying insurance as if I was a smoker. I was hoping someone went through this process....how does one prove your NOT a smoker, and yet still have nicotine in the body ? I'd think Ninjabat is right...vape with zero nicotine for a few days.

I apologize if this has been brought up before.... As we all know, when we were smokers, life insurance was very expensive. Has anyone gotten tested during the life insurance process and successfully been awarded insurance as a non smoker? Thoughts on the topic? Thanks in advance, Stu

I bought one yesterday...the menthol....i found it had zero throat kick and lacked anything close to a Newport or Marlboro green. The only thing i did like about it was the weight....so light it felt like holding a cigarette.
