My computer (net) is too slow today and I can't get the page to load right. (all the songs are playing simultaneously). I'm sure it's not your site, because I even had problems earlier getting into this forum thread. I got to listen to them all a few weeks ago though, and Simplicity/Trudging is my fave. Nice work!!

Keeping in mind that we're all different, all vape differently, I would say yes. I get about 2hrs from the 65mm shorty and roughly 3-4 hours on the 75mm. I prefer the shorty for xboxing and have some soft rubber drip tips due in this week to make it even more enjoyable for xboxing even though it's fine without it as well. I'm so glad I have the PCC for mine. (I won the Premium Kit in a Halloween Contest!!) I'm curious what life span the others get from theirs.

Very nice!!! Oh! It would be a shame to not include this beauty in the " thread. (hint hint)

Thank You For All You Do And Have Done!

I'm pretty sure they're Regulated 3.6 volts. It's got to be the batteries are petering out from the zillion charges, or it's got to be the cartos are ... duddish. Which happens with even the Boges and others as we know. Awaiting word on the Vortex Cartos. Where are you finding these, and how much do they hold? Are they comparable to Volts and Boges in vapor?

You're more than welcome! I love how he mentions the Prohibitionists...

Welcome to VT!! You're making a wise choice to switch over to vaping. I echo the eGo suggestions. I've vaped for almost 2 years and still love mine. There's never a dull moment with an eGo and even when we "outgrow" it in search of the Tim the Toolman Taylor mods, like the 6 and 7v's and VV's, we still rely on our eGos for tasting new flavors, for easy transporting, for backup, for just about every reason we can think of to get still use it. I would recommend the eGo PT (passThrough). It lets you vape while it's charging, plus you can unplug and take and vape. If you prefer smaller type of eCig, I would highly recommend the Volt by SmokelessImage.

Your sister is one lucky gal! I think she'll like the Volt a lot. I'm like you! I love mine during my morning coffee and those times when a cig in hand feels so right. I find myself flicking the ashes even lol. I also love it during Black Ops!! My shorty died on me the other day while playing so I shoved the 75mm in between my cheek and teeth like a lollipop and almost choked on all the vapor lol. I tend to take small "gasps" when I run into a bad guy ....

Another place for good deals on batteries is RTDVapor

I remember the good old days when we used to wish for this tank. Sometimes wishes really do come true! Kenny made a carto TANK from a 6ml juice bottle.

Welcome to VT, Kevin!!

New York Times recently published a positive article about the eCig. The journalist actually researched wholeheartedly and reported honestly. This is a must read. Thank you John Tierney for being an excellent journalist. N.Y. Times Article

Yikes!! I agree with Joe. Cover it in rice and let it dry completely before trying it. You might want to change the rice daily as well. Good luck!

I agree, very nice. You say it's expensive... but I didn't see the price range. Wait! I gotta cover my eyes... okay,.. I'm ready... go ahead... tell me..

Please report back what you find, so other Volt users (like me) will know of a backup too. You said you've been using your Volt for quite some time.. and that some cartos work and some don't. All cartos, no matter the brand, come in differing ohms but are close to the goal ohm range that they are rated at. The ones that are working for you might be of a lower resistance which provides booster like results. With that said, it could be that your Volt batteries have petered out. You've gotten a lot of use from them, recharged them a kazillion times. It might be time to replace them. But the good news is, in a week or two smokelessimage will be handling even more colors... Neon Purple, Lime Green, GOLD, etc... It'll be a fun shopping experience.

Sorry I didn't see your post until just now, Bahamasboy. (gosh I hope I didn't miss any others, so sorry if I did!). That's so cool that it was like a movie for you. I don't know what to add, except that the eGo stayed beside me, never let me down. I went on to collecting more of them, including eGo PT, upon Nana's great advice about having backups. The eGo is so fast to charge which is important in my neck of the woods, plus it lasts me a good 6-8 hours. I've since also included into my off-grid collection a black Silver Bullet, Reo Grand, Copper Q2R3(sp), Old Goat BF, a beautiful pink ivory Mark Mod, and just recently a Volt kit. The Volt is good for those going out on the town days, not necessarily for off grid living. Still, it's a sweet one for my collection. We've also acquired 3 huge Array solar panels and the huge batterys for storing the energy. We turn our power off at night to conserve as much as possible for those weeks without sun, and so far it's working nicely. We also now have a laptop (asus) with a good 6-8 hr battery life and the internet service hooked up. (fiber optic). We hope to start building some kind of home this summer. Perhaps a strawbale, perhaps a flexible rammed earth, ... we're still studying and debating. The eCig is awesome, and I'm still excited about it even after all this time. I'm still dumbfounded whenever I see a review of someone sticking a pen in their mouth and blowing out vapor. It still doesn't want to compute. But it's real. It really works, and with fantastic flavors. Congrats on switching over to vaping!!! It's success stories like yours that warms MY heart. My heart is very warm today.

It must be a bad set of cartos, because I am exxperiencing the opposite and get to witness firsthand the awesome vapor these tiny things produce. It rivals my eGo by far. You should be getting great vapor. I

yep, mine is 12mg and just perfect for me. I love the way the flavor and strength is imprinted right onto the carto with class.

Congrats Grandma!!

I just received my Volt kit last night and haven't had time to experience any negatives as of yet. So far, the one carto I've tried is perfect for me, which means, it's probably on the low-medium end of the mg factor. What strength are you using? Have you tried a menthol type yet? Menthol has a nice TH feeling. I assume you know about taking the carto off the Auto battery before carefully refilling with your own e-liquid and mg strength. I'm curious about their carto flavors and mg strengths, as I will be stockpiling for those nights my daughter takes me to Bingo. Can't wait! I'll have my Reo in one hand and my Volt in the other. Wish I could help you. I'll keep an ear out and report back any tips for you if and when I find any.

I haven't yet used mine at 6v, but it's nice having the option.

I love the way it locks the chosen setting, as well as the looks and I sure hope they keep the price affordable. I'll pick one up in a few months, after you all have put it through it's paces.
