Well I'll be darned! I had no idea of the history of the missing RY4. I knew Ludo decided to change the flavor a bit, and introduced us to the new RY4... some liked it better, most of us didn't even try it lol and just bawled. We were furious! I am so going to try the new IKV RY4 Gold. It's at the top of my shopping list. Oh to find that miracle RY4 again. Does it smell like campfire roasted marshmellows with dry hits? I even miss that!! So does my family. My family often dictates to me what I vape, lol. Love the history, thanks for sharing!!

Nope, because the 28gauge is thicker, which changes the Resistance. The lower 28 gauge wire is thicker, there is more material for the juice to hang up on and linger, which keeps the flavor coming at ya, and the wick wetter as well. The 500 mesh has a stronger matrix which attracts and holds more liquid, so your mesh wick is always wet too. Taste is subjective, but, there is a slight difference for most vapers. If not today, then maybe tomorrow. Our tastebuds are always changing on us. Very true and :vapor: I'll drink to that.

It sounds to me like you might be allergic to something, either the PG, the VG or the Flavoring or Sweetner. Try vaping just pure PG (kosher, food grade), with no flavoring. (get empty carts, and fill with). Try this for a few days. If okay, then: Next, try vaping with just pure VG (kosher, food grade), with no flavoring. If okay, then" Next, try vaping with a 50/50 mix of NON flavored VG/PG. If okay, then, Next, add one drop, and one drop only, of a flavoring from your "stash" on hand. Any symptoms? If okay, then add two. .... etc... There's one thing you must know about us vapers. If something is not right, we brainstorm it! We don't "hide" it, we want to get things figured out. We are all individuals, we all have different reactions to the air we breathe, the food we eat, the lotions we dab... You just need to chill out and figure out what works best for you personally. I've heard that the Glass drip tips (trippytips for example), expand the flavors of a vape, that the vape tastes even better. I haven't yet splurged for one, but hope to this year sometime. Until then, the delrin is the most comfortable for me, but I enjoy buying and using all the fun ones the most. Skull drip tip, purple drip tip, tie dye, .... yep, I'm hopeless when the color muse strikes. For shape feel, I love the Vase shape. They're a lot like the Ming (which I love the looks of!), but are smaller. My next drip tip will be the Umbrella one at MMVapors, everyone loves them. I like the looks of them, and am looking forward to trying one. I don't know who else sells the umbrella ones. They're in SS. I like SS, they look sharp, warm up just right, and are so easy to clean. I remember just a few short years ago when the new and exciting Twisted Drip Tips came on the scene. (Nhaler?) We drooled for months, showed them off in the forum, , .... and now they're so old hat, but I still like them. Siam Drip Tip SS mods are awesome looking! Okay, so I don't really have a favorite.

Haha, I hear ya! I have one of mine, the Mini DID, set up with higher resistance, for more flavor, and the Kick is set at only 8 watts, which makes for a nice steady flavorful vape for the day. It serves it's purpose. I hope the new DNA20 will fit into our previous Kick Extensions...

My goodness how time flies!! I remember when you first came on the scene, you took to vaping like a duck takes to water. I was, and still am, so happy for you.... and now I'm ecstatic that you're into the RBA's and OMG!! Mods like the Poldiac. (GMTA!!) I love VT, it'll always be my first home. Lots of great people here, like you. Speaking of which, it's great to see you posting again more often! Thanks for the kind words, you just made my day. Yes! I couldn't agree more. I call my RBA the "Adjustable OHMs" atty. It's so sweet being able to tune in the desired results. So easy to do, with the size of the wire or wick or both, and ... so on.

You'd love the Temon RBA (you can buy the atty seperate from the set), and the Gemini! (MMVapors) They have the small chamber for the good warm vape, but bigger tanks. They have the Twist on caps, (precision airhole drilled to line up with wick), and don't ever leak. Save your pennies, they're worth it! Oh, and they're coming out with a new Temon with an even bigger tank in a month or two too. (always has something new coming out), but it will be like major all day outing size tank.

Congrats (soon!) to the both of you!! The P+ is always a good choice.. Anything built by Super-T is outstanding. You can't go wrong with a Super-T product. There are so many choices out there right now. I'll run a few of them by ya. The Piccolo The Temon (you get 2 tubes and 1 RBA 16mm size) The P+ The Fine That should get ya Googleing.

If it's too strong of nic (harsh, strong throat hit or makes you dizzy), you can easily dilute it by buying the same flavor in 0-mg strength and mixing it to suit. Try the tobacco flavors at Ahlusion and at HeathersHeavenlyVapes They excel in the tobacco flavors. (taste is subjective).

I bet Kitsune could figure out the recipe....

Good point CaseAce! And, also, the ATTY is an RBA (rebuildable), which doesn't break. You just recoil the wick, or replace a screw or post, but the basic atty never breaks. (if built of quality materials of course). It's an atty for a lifetime and a mod for a lifetime because they are both all mechanical nothing to break forever materials and craftsmanship and design and stuff. You pop a coil? Just take off the wire and rewire it with new wire. voila. Break your mod buttons spring or magnets? Just replace the spring or earth magnets. voila. (as long as you have something to vape while you're fixing it, you'll be more than fine. Some fixes take 2 minutes, some take a few days for the parts to arrive).

(((((hugs))))) I feel your exasperation. The Volts are great little ecigs, I agree. I still get mine out occasionally, especially during Xbox games. They're hard to beat. But, I must confess, I've never tried the V4L ones. It looks like maybe you'll be our comparison shopper. Best of luck to ya!
