I agree with MSE, and will wait until they're proved and tested more thoroughly. From what I understand, they don't seem to wick very well, and the vapers are drilling this and drilling that, to try to improve it. In the meantime, they are brittle, as was mentioned, and break way too easy. The last thing I'd want is a chunk of stone breaking off into my tank and plugging up my wick. Surely the crumbs fall in there too... They're not ready for primetime. Don't listen to the hype. The experiments are still going strong with these.

how many cigarettes in a 10ml bottle?
Uma replied to kishan1579k's topic in General eLiquid Discussion
LOL Jeffb, and quite true. Newbies don't inhale as deeply, don't take as long of draws of their eCigs. Why? Because their lungs are still too full of tar buildup. They'll be lucky to go through 3ml a day for the first week or so. The experienced vaper, one whose lungs have healed, can take those longer needed draws. Their draws now are almost equal to a real cigarette. They still, however, find it difficult to take a deep inhale like they did with their smokes, so they vape a little more often instead. The experienced Vaper will go through a good 3-6ml a day on average. This, of course, depends upon their delivery system. Sometimes 1ml of that is wasted in piddle puddles on the battery connection, etc... With that said, the Average ex 2 pad smoker now Experienced Vaper vaping 5ml a day to achieve the same nirvana as their 2pad habit, can say that 10 ml of juice equals roughly 80 cigarettes. But then, I don't do math, so I could be oh so wrong. I know I'm wrong. You know those 5 out of 4 people who can't do math right? I'm one of the 5. -
The BAM's is the same button, but it's super easy to press. I hear ya. I had problems with my 2010 SB when I first got it... hard to press far enough to make a good solid connection. I took it apart and cleaned everything right nice with Alcohol, and it's been working beautifully since. Not as beautifully as the BAM's, but beautifully nonetheless.

Yes, try the .M2.5 washers Congrats on your incoming AGA-T+ , Rixter! Start bottling up your extra patience, you'll need lots for the learning curves.
-
Happy Birthday pretty soon!!! Get thee to the hardware store and pick up some washers, to help set it up right so you can enjoy your birthday without hotspots. The info is in MSE's AGA-T+ thread. (including a picture of where to put em and why). just a headsup. Congrats!!!

Welcome JT! There are a lot of Provari users on board here, you're in great company.
-
I hope they do too, MSE. That's the only draw back of the kick... but not when matched up with a BAM or Stinger. Those are huge batts!

I just "liked" your post, Brian, with my invisible clicker on the invisible button. Sounds really nice. Hey Chris, why can't we "like" suppliers posts?
-
Yep, what Jeff said. I like to have a touch of 36 on hand for those times I can't vape at leisure... like for a work break or whatever... but I have to have mine in VG mix to tame the ThroatHit. The less nic you have in the mix, the more flavoring can be added...

Glad you like the tips! Bummers it's acting up again. They're probably as perplexed as you are. I had trouble with Smoketek or whatever that store is. I haven't gone back. Even if the problem is probably on my end, the hassle is so not worth it. Does it work at Altsmoke.com? Altsmoke and SmokelessImage are somehow related. Maybe they can arrange a middleman for you.

Right on Rixter!!!

You might be needing some new fresh o-rings on your tank. It sounds like extra air is circulating in there from somewhere, and my guess would be a frayed o-ring.
-
The Stinger is pretty darn cool! But I like my BAM better. :P It even has the same comfy button as the SB. Now that I have my clear BAM V1, he comes out with a Purple V2!!! arrghh. But, it doesn't ride in my back jean pocket very well, not like the SB does. mmmm, but then again, I could always go buy some baggy jeans or a boot holster or something ... (I don't have both the Stinger and Bam to compare, only the Bam which is great. It's also a can be kicked 26500 big battery mod. I can't let those guys get away with promoting bigarse mods without rivaling them!).

You're more than welcome! Looking forward to arrival of your new to you genesis, and we'll be here to help you with any areas you need. Just ask away! (barring crashing computers and the such, we'll be here lol).

Dulcis is great, it's more of an all day vape. Most of the others are good for a few hours only. (except the old Janty and I haven't tried the IKV and other one yet).
-
I've wondered that too, but plastic is a pretty quirky product.

Pixlejuice said that "if you change the red o-rings to the spare black ones that come with the Aga S, it may work better." Hope this helps to keep that cap on. .

Good news everyone! By the time you get back from youtube, there will be a new tutorial up on How to Set up the RBA, presented by CaseAce79, complete with pictures and perhaps videos!!! You'll be up and rolling in no time. I'll add the link here, as soon as it's up.

Wish I could help ya buddy. I haven't punched them in a long while. Are you setting the carto down on a brick? Or do punchers need bricks? See! I haven't done it since back in the old nail and hammer days lol. While you're waiting to get a proper answer, I can tempt you with yet another puncher. Just think! Pretty soon, if you keep this up, you'll become the famous puncher reviewer. http://www.atmizoo.com/shop/pecker/?lang=en

A question for vapers who have been at this awhile...
Uma replied to Tam's topic in General Vaping Discussion
It's exactly the same as the Mini DID, except with a bigger tank. Wonderful full, warm-bodied vape. And it looks better on the mod than off. (to me, anyway). Kinda reminds me of a coke bottle for some reason, on some mods. The DID20 is a cooler vape, but tons of great vapor. I like them all. They each have a place in the day's rotation. But, I confess, I love the Gemini the most, ... tastes as good as the Mini, but don't have to refill as often. -
Good news MSE! Pixlejuice gave me permission to post his/her washer pic here. He/she is looking for the info for the right size o-ring he used on his "S" model. He/she said it came off another RBA that wasn't in use at the moment. Notice how the washers now act as an extender of the center positive post. It's almost like we've moved the center post closer to the wick, like a good little atty should be. The wire is now just a tad bit showing in between the mesh and the new positive post current.

This is important for us to get to the bottom of. I'm almost convinced it's the latest batches from the factories. Have you contacted your vendors? They'll ask you questions like. 1. What PG/VG mix are you using? 2. What battery voltage are you using? etc.. The vendors need to know there might be trouble in paradise. Fortunately, most vendors will try to troubleshoot with you. I hope it's not another BogeGate... In the meantime, hang in there, hopefully someone will come along with a been there done that fix for ya.

Excellent points, Ace. I just direct drip a fresh dose when the flavor gets too dull for me. I rotate my attys throughout the day too, so it's not like I'm vaping only one atty 24/7. But, yes, even so, the flavor's not anything like a fresh new coil. There's a lot of little varieties at play. But, the cool part is, it's usually our own choice. We can go a week or we can go 3 months. It's all (mostly) personal preference. The coil will last that long, in general, but do you want it to? That's another question. But it's so nice being able to make the choice.
