LOL Christie, that's hilarious! They both have buttons, windows, won't roll off a counter, but other than that... hmmmm, you just need a better look at it maybe? Here's Todd's take, with several different gennys/attys on it. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UD8rd2vFvMg

My First Real Clearomizer Moment- Vision Nano
Uma replied to Thesheepdog's topic in General Vaping Discussion
WTG Sheepdog, I'm so happy you finally found a better clearomizer for your setup. Sweet isn't it! My first clearomizer from Brian, at the VeteranVaper and I still for the life of me can't ever remember what it was called, so to me, it is and always will be called, the clearomizer thingie. -
Great comparison review CE, thanks!!! I still aim to pick up an RSST, I'm a huge flavor nut, yet I keep getting distracted. arrgh. You and Rixter get to battle it out for comparison reviews now. duel! You're both great at recognizing the pros and cons of each that you've worked with. I wonder where's Danpio and MSE are ... quiet as clams these past few weeks... must be busy trying all the new clones and various ways to wick and coil I betcha. Oh, btw, The Richman's wickhole needs drilling out, it's so tiny for such a huge base. Whatzup widat? argh. I still haven't set it up to see if it's difficult for my me personally or not. (I wrap the wick, insert into wickhole, and then tie off the ends). I'll have hubby drill it out once he finds his bit.

Little girl plays original BLACK METAL SONG!
Uma replied to IMEDICx90's topic in The Vape Lounge - Off Topic Chat
Amazing, powerful, and downright freaky even. I hope she still has a voice at age 7. -
Sorry to hear that. Did the Vinegar do that? I've used vodka on mine, before, then after dried, lube it with non-flavored vg. Glad you found an even better replacement though!!! Ha! All good things come to they who vape.

SWEEEET FIND!!!! i'm so behind in all the new things coming out. (been drooling over things like the Pandora, Prometey, Nahual,). New styling even... looks fantastic!! I want one. Did you get it yet? Please update as soon as you set er up. Is it easier? Is the wickhole the same size or did they increase? Great price for titanium, and glass too... Loving it. OK now hear this: Rixter, you're now the official Clone shopping guidance counselor.

Once it's shipped, it takes only 2 or 3 days to get to America. Once it hits America, it lands in Customs. Customs will hold it anywhere from 7 - 14 days, typically). Once Customs releases it, you'll have it the same or next day or two, depending on the road trip it has to take.

Nice first kit!!! I've heard a lot of good things about the MVP. and I'm excited to hear the MVPv2 will be out soon too. Never a dull moment in the vaping world. If you need the 24mg for your cravings, you might want to pick it up in a heavier mix of VG. 50/50 or even 80/20 (vg heavy), in order to mellow out the kick to it. Boba's Bounty at alienvision is a good one for the stronger mg's. You can also go to places like ECBlends and order your flavors with the vg/pg mix ratio that is good for you. There are a lot of places that sell sample flavors too, if you're looking for different flavors. These usually come in 3ml to 10m size bottles. I really like the 555, Ry4, Swagger, Honey Flu Cured Tobacco, and of course, others. There's a wide range, from nutty taste to banana to apple tobacco's to plain. Don't be afraid to mix a fruit flavor with a tobacco, it makes for a great after desert cigarette flavor.

Perfect clearomizer? 1. Flavor. 2. Easy refilling. 3. Easy coil changes 4. adjustable air hole size.from 1mm to 1.5mm (most 1.2 are too airy for me, some are just right). 5. Vapor (this is adjustable with the adjustable air hole) 6. Higher base or one piece construction so that it doesn't come apart in your pocket. The clearomizers to date, have too short of a base that holds the tank in place. The tanks are too easy to tilt out of whack and then they spill out all over your pocket or purse. Eliminate the tilting possibility and I'll kiss ya. 7. Optional pyrex tank styles for cracking flavors. 8. Protective covers for the pyrex tanks so they don't break when they topple over. 9. Did I mention Flavor for # 1 most important spot? Worth mentioning again. (adjustable airhole plays an important part with flavor too, as well as with vapor).

Reos Mods also has new ReoMizers too. (Rebuildable atomizers for the bottom feeders only).

S/o 's that still smoke - how can we offer encouragement?
Uma replied to Christie's topic in General eLiquid Discussion
Congrats for switching over to vaping from smoking. Hang in there, your husband will come around when he's ready. All good tips above, and more will be incoming. There are as many tips as there are individuals because we are all individuals afterall. Your hubby is tired of failing, just like many of us were. And, just like the rest of us, he'll try again, in the future, when he's recuperated his spirit from his last epic fails. It's normal. We've all been there so many times before to the point we don't believe anything anymore. Tell him he doesn't have to quit smoking if he's not ready, (take the self-imposed pressure off his spirit), but that for his sake and for yours, you'd appreciate it if he at least slowed down. Tell him you know how hard even that is, but that he's more than welcome to use a kit if he'd like to help ease the cravings. Once he accepts this as a tool for getting him through the mediocre cravings, and that he can smoke if he wants to during the cravings that drive even Hercules himself up the wall, he will relax even more. Make sure he smokes outside, not in the house. Before you know it, he'll be wide eyed amazed that he vaped through 16 hours without a craving for a cigarette. And then 3 days. and so forth. Like mentioned, (too), all the kits out there vary so much! They range from wispy 3.2volt clear up to 6volt wonders. Most of us enjoy the 3.7volt to 4.8volt to hit the craving spot. A Vision Spinner, goes from 3.3volt clear up to 4.8volt and all ranges in between. A good flavored eliquid can not be stressed enough. He'll need 2 and a charger made for it specifically. (one to charge while he's vaping the other). If he's a geek, if he loves his electronics and gadgets, check out the iTaste VV/VW V3. Hang in there, he'll come around when he's refreshed and ready to try again, and also when he smells some of the wonderful flavors you are trying. Mountain Dew, Tab, Ry4, Butterscotch Espresso, Caramel Cappuccino, Grape, etc... are a few of the interesting ones that beginners usually enjoy. Pina Colada is another. Banana this, banana that,... Oh, there are so many. There are many fantastic eLiquid blenders out there too, and I highly recommend trying one of the list that has recommended by others here at the forum. Good luck to you!! -
Hot dang!!! Good find!!!! I'm really looking forward to your uptake on it after you get a chance to set it up and vape it. I like the looks of it a lot, and the lightweightness etc... as long as we don't have to drill out anything to make it work better.
-
I agree, can't go wrong with the AGA-T-+ ... and there are lots of helpers to help you with their quirks or with the learning curves. What did you do? You made me go back to their site for a price check and I ended up noticing they had pyrex tanks in... I'm gonna have hubby drill the wickhole out in mine, it is too small.
-
Sounds wonderful!!! Good find there. You're so lucky to have a place like this so close to you. My bucket list used to consist of things like "visit Mt. Rushmore", etc... now it consists of "visit Vape Bar #1, Vape Bar #2, Vape...

I've used and enjoyed the Viva Nova's quite a bit off and on throughout the year. I've experienced one burning hit... yucccck.. but other than that, it's pretty nice atty/tank clearomizer thingie. The only real beef I have with these is how easy the tank separates from the body base. ugggh. But, it just means I have to be more careful with it. (I'm so spoiled with my all SS RBA's that can take anything I put them through). I haven't tried the ProTank yet, but have heard great things about it, as well as some quirks, and I try to relay the info whenever I get a chance, because it's a good vape for citrus, cinnamon, clove type flavors. The quirks are easy to fix too. Got a toothpick or a rubberband?

Like ViperRon, I have the Volt (x smokelessimage) sealed automatics for gaming and for those times I just need a a ciggie between my fingers reading the magazine times. The Volt is a league all it's own with the automatic batteries, unless the other places have caught up. (maybe they have?) Anyway, it is a regulated 3.6volt vape if I remember right, which is a darn good vape. The maunal batteries have more ooomph for some reason, and the passthrough one especially has lots of power for it being considered a 3.6 or 3.7. Anyway, back to the automatics. The Volts don't turn on in a breeze (wind might be different, I really don't know, cuz it was always cupped in my hand or in my mouth lol). Whichever one you get, make sure to take the carto/tank/whatever off the battery before refilling. Automatics like the Volt are sealed, but they are not completely totally sealed or they wouldn't be able to work. Some different brands of auto's are not sealed at all. I haven't tried the eRoll or others yet. I'm soooooo behind. I'm sure they're great though!

Ready to invest in quality e-Cig, Thoughts?
Uma replied to TheStyxCrossing's topic in General Vaping Discussion
+1 iMedic. PS. I forgot to mention that even thought the Provari is VV, it also has a Power Watt Chip of some kind in it that keeps the VV steady the whole battery life through. (the geeks can fill you all in on that, I just know that the strength never weakens as the battery is dying towards a recharge). -
* Not knowing where to start, when it comes to the millions of things I like about vaping. * The advancements of batteries, atomizers, tanks, RBA's, electronics, mechanicals, Chips, Hybrids, and more. * The assortment of wonderful gadgets that beginners get to start off today, unlike the Tea-bags and Fluval of days gone by. * My rosey cheeks. *. More hugs, and more lingering hugs from my family. <--- #1 ~!!!! aha! Now I know where to start

right on, Congrats!!!!! Whodathunk quitting (or even slowing way way down) on smoking could ever be so fun eh. Love it!!

Welcome to VT and VTM, Cheryl!!

Good luck!!! I'll keep an ear open for others that have been similar shoes.

Oh no!! Something is too hot, probably melting your insulators or tank. I've never used the cobra clone, I'm not familiar with it's quirks, (I only know it's heavy, unlike the real mcCoy which is made out of Titanium). I don't know if FastTech has their own clone version of the clone or if it's the same one being sold in most discount vendor's places this past year. I wish I "knew" so I could help ya. A vinegar bath is a great idea!! Also a Vodka or PGA (pure grain alcohol) works wonders too. In fact, many use the pga or vodka to get rid of the vinegar. Is your wick hole insulated? If so, I bet that's what's melting. Take out the insulator. The first year (maybe still?) of Zenesis had the same burning with theirs from their insulated wick hole. There is a better insulator material for the wickhole, something like PFTE or some darn thing, I'll have to find it.

Just got my new Kit really hyped and working great!
Uma replied to BleveRetis's topic in New Vapers Forum
Oh hey, now, guys, at first I thought he was a Vendor too, because the professional sounding intro, but that was soon quashed when the music drowned him out. Aha! Normal folk just like us. He then turned off the music and presented us with the goodies that most of us vets have been recommending. This guy obviously did his research for a few months (I know I sure did, what a trip that was!), prior to this video, prior to his vaping starting day. I'm willing to give him some slack, and see how his next video goes. hmmmm, I'm too late, he's banned.. lol. Oh well. Hey, though, I hope you don't mind if I share this video with newbies now and then so they can "see" what we're talking about. I mean, this guy even covered the carrying case, the lanyard, all from different places, including his BOTTLES of juice, iclear clearomizers, T2's... Twists... Pretty darn good info if you ask me. I know I know, you didn't ask me-eee. I still vote to give him another chance. He's new to vaping, new to making video's, probably doesn't understand the code of ethics of not hitting and running and spamming in several threads hoping you got the right one. He ain't no JC or Smokey, at this point, I don't think. But I've been wrong before... once... just once mind you -

Thank goodness we can chain vape through the Jonsies. They come and go, and they do lessen unless we stressin'. You might want to try a higher nic level too, for awhile or for those times of day that are the worst. I have to have mine mostly VG or kicks my royal. Boba's Bounty in 36 for instance, is a great one for those cravings. Did I hear you say pipe? Oh Lord does the vape world have some might fine pipes out there. I'm on the list for one of Stiff's Groove Pipes, in ambroysia burl wood. Here's a pic of one in a different wood, just to wet your whistle. He's not taking any more on the list as we speak, but there are other really awesome pipe makers out there too. Between the sites and the classifieds, I'm sure something will pop up for you. Hang in there! -
Gee thanks! I just placed an order for 4 pyrex tanks for it lol. Now I will need a Robotic arm to lift it lol. But, I'm looking forward to using MadMurdocks special mix in a glass tank. (citrus, plus bright green). (vaporwatch)
