  1. You'll be so stoked! I got mine last night and love it.
  2. haha, I was toying with a NOAA radio type ecig mod in my mind the other day. Great idea for emergencys, camping trips, and so forth. editing to include sugar cell link: Here's another idea. http://www.engadget.com/2007/08/23/sonys-achieves-worlds-highest-output-from-sugar-battery/
  3. Looks like I won't be hanging the wash out to dry for a few days. It appears that our new neighbor across the canyon, Tim the Vapeman Taylor (aka ddavelarsen) went and got himself a new VP/PT. Vape on!!
  4. Right on! If he can do it I know I can do it.
  5. Congratulations Nana!! I copy what everyone has said. You're truely a vessel of inspiration. Vape on!
  6. nahhh, the 6v isn't as good as the 5v. The 5v is the sweet spot, the right hit, the right flavor, the right everything. The 6v uses more juice (but you get to use a lower level of Nic), and burns hotter... which is why you have to use more juice... keep topping it off constantly. (from what I hear anyway). The Joker will be your portable VP/PT. Swwwweeeeeet. And it's classy. They should call it the Jewel. Your wife will be jealous when you tote that to dinner out. Stay happy.
  7. I didn't read all the posts, and I apologize if this has been stated already... but I just ran across this site. In the video section (how-to), she states that she sells the Joye510 for 20something bucks. You only get one, unfortunatly, however, just 1 will help you get started vaping while still buying that yucky analog pack at the same time. I've been told that once we start vaping, we won't need the analogs or need the analogs as much (it's all dependent upon the dependent). I wish I would have seen it sooner. I hope this helps others who are strapped, trying to buy a few extra packs as well as a starter kit. (that's where I was. but we finally got enough packs ahead to lessen my stress level and then we ordered the kit.). http://mstsbakery.com/beverages-c-34.html they also have some awesome flavors... but nobody can buy until after I've ordered or else!
  8. Battery charging question. Is there a trick to first charge? Some batteries require the 8 hr charge, take it off for 30 minutes, put it back on for however minutes... How about the eGo? Just put it on it's 2ish Hr charge and start vaping?
  9. Congrats DLynne!! And thanks for the confirmation on it. Mine will arrive today.
  10. Yes, and it's available in the cake isle. But, I also want the PG Zero Nic so I can dilute the VG zero nic... 90pg/10vg... 70pg/30vg because I understand the VG is thick and hard on the attys and things along that line. Edited to say: Where do I find the PG in regular store?
  11. Congratulations Dave! I'm happy you discovered the 5.0v sweet spot we've all heard so much about. I want one! Nana... You'll still be appreciating your 510 ... colds, flus, first puffs of the day, etc. Not to worry. The Prodigy V2 is a portable 5.0 and it has a drip well to keep your fingers dry. The Joker is also a 5.0... with the adaptablility of a 3.5 for those days when the throat is sore or you have a cold.... Oh my, here I go again, starting to list all the various toys. I'm hopeless. Apologies to all.

    7 Volt Mod

The GG is on my Christmas in July list. Dang what a beauty eh. The Autofeed rocks. The 7.0 will be awesome for when I'm down to ZERO Nic... I'll still feel the puff. (I imagine) Wondering if GG stands for Good Golly lol.
  13. Mine should be in today!!! We're in the same boat, I feel for you!
  14. Haha, let go of my ego! Love it! Big storm hitting our area, will be stuck at home for a few days. Hopefully it'll let up before my new toy gets here. They shipped it out a few hours after ordering. Which was fantastic!!! until I realized I forgot to order zero nic for diluting. lol But I'll live. Janty support emailed me this morning assuring me that the batteries and other accessories will be ready by the end of the week. (they're just finalising the pricing details). (apologies if this is already posted) Check out Mik's twitter comments about how long his Ego batteries lasted him. http://twitter.com/Jantyworld Speaking of batteries, are there any tips or tricks to charging the batteries the first time before using? Gotta pack up and head home. Hope your PT gets better Nana.
  15. Guess what Uma ordered in the wee hours of the morning after a sleepless night. Yep! A Janty Ego! I'm so excited... exhausted, but happy with my decision. A decision based on all the great reviews, the battery life, the warranty and more. Thanks guys! I can't believe I didn't get a purple lighted pv. hmmmm, I wonder if stainglass paint would work on that white window...
  16. Oh Nana, that is so heartbreaking, not to mention terrifying! I hope Chris can get right on it replace it so he can put yours through the battery of tests. Big hug for you Dearheart.
  17. You got it. Eka is short for the one 60-ish miles south of you
  18. Go here: http://www.avejuice.com/tech/ It's supposedly vapes like a 5v even though it's only a 3.7v. It has great battery life because of the Mah rating (I don't remember what it is, but it lasts the moderate smoker a few days). They recommend using a low level nic because it kicks butt. The guy is trusted by his peers, that's all I know about him. He makes them himself, by hand. No helpers. Everybody loves them, orders them, which has unfortunately made him way behind. There's a 5-6 week waiting list. He makes his own attys for it too. He claims they last at least 6 months each. So far, the only "problem" is that you can't buy extra attys yet.
  19. Aren't they great! They're not for beginners though... but once I'm a novice, I'm getting one for sure. Even the battery life is great, plus we can use a lower nic level. CC or EKA????
  20. Wow, great thread here! Hugs Oh,.. and add Cignot dot com to your list. They're having a sale right now, plus FREE shipping. I've never bought there, so be sure to get more feedback on them, but they have kits that even have PCC's and PT's and kits that are cheaper because they don't even come in a box. ($35.00 - 65). Best of luck to you!
  21. Wooohooo! Congrats Dave. Can't wait to hear your reviews on it too.
  22. "34 actual hours of being a non smoker" A big hearty Congratulations, Angel!! Glad to hear your tastebuds are already awakening too. You'll never know how inspiring this is for me.
