A Funky Thing With The Ego Battery, And Question About Eliquid
Uma replied to asmcriminal's topic in New Vapers Forum
Somethings wrong with your battery. I would notify the supplier and arrange for an exchange if it's still under warranty. Toss it otherwise. Yah, some of the fun flavors can get tiring. I like to use mine in between my tobacco flavored vapes. Once you build up a spice cabinet of flavors you can always add more of this or that to it and make it more to your liking for longer vape sessions. You'll get the hang of it in no time before you know it. -
After reading the docket today, it's pretty obvious (imho) that they're wanting to nudge the retailers out of business so that the big pharma can take over. this idea has been floating around for some time, from the past comments and nonsense the FDA has strewn forth. But now it's practically word for word. Big Pharma has lots of money to lose if they don't close down all the other retailers. IMHO Big Pharma will allocate our fix, dilute our fix, add crappioly to our fix, make it harmful in other ways so that they can proceed with the warning lables of using their product and sound oh so professional. Maybe we can come up with our own warning labels: Might cause happiness, a pimple or two, possible elevated blood pressure, possible racing heart alerting your body it can celebrate and cut back on it's nicotine level, might take away your wheezing because you're not inhaling smoke and tar anymore, and you might accidentally blow out a smoke... excuse me... a vape ring now and then. IMHO

Right on! Glad you're lovin' your new pv!! I'm interested, also, on updates throughout the months ahead.

Brief summery? The FDA wants to claim it as drug device so that the big pharma can monnopolize the industry. They don't like mom and pop stores rising up everywhere and stimulating the economy. They want control. Hopefully the next person reading will highlight the quotes and put them in their post.

Wow! That read like a tv show. Thanks for sharing! Our ecigs are cigarettes with all burning, tar, toxins etc removed down to the basic nicotine left. It's a reduced risk cigarette. Plain and simple.

How Often Do You Fill Your Cartomizer?
Uma replied to Christopher's topic in General Vaping Discussion
I switched over to the ego Mega Carto's and only refill 1-2x a day. Except when it's on my SB of course, then it's more often. -
I'm sure Bruce will honor the return/exchange. It'll drive him nuts if he don't! (he's a good guy). Good luck!

Aren't the dockets supposed to appear anytime after the 28th?

I remember, from many months ago, posters (over at the other forum) requesting suppliers to add this and add that to see if it could be done. Being caught up in the heat of the creative moment, some of the companies obviously did attempt requested recipes. Sadly, nobody thought about the consequences. They were just trying to please the buyer, and the creative input. As far as I know, they were labeled accordingly. Nothing sinister about it. (except maybe the posters... hmmmm... just who were those posters anyway lol)

AMEN!!!!

It's definitely a bad battery. I would notify your supplier and arrange an exchange for a good one. It's not common for this to happen, but it has a time or two. Janty had to deal with one or two and were more than agreeable to exchange batteries with the owners so that they could then examine the problem battery and prevent any future occurances. If your supplier doesn't honor the exchange, i would toss the battery and supplier both.

keep em coming guys, this is too sweet of thread to waylay. A while back my great nephew came to visit and as he glanced around the place in appreciation his eyes suddenly popped wide open as he exclaimed "WOW!! Your place looks just like that place on the computer... ummm... FARMIVLLE!!! It looks just like FARMVILLE!!" The other day I found a photo of me taken when I was around 6yrs of age. Naturally, I couldn't wait to show the youngest how adorable I was back then. He alternated looking at the photo and me, taking notes and just as I was about to explode with pride, he says "Yep, I figured it'd be old enough to be in black and white" and walked away. ooooouuuuuucccccchhhhhh! lol. Pride always goeth before a fall.

Human testing? Testimonies aren't enough... word of mouth. Yet symantics can get them banned. wait. Testimonies can get them banned too. No matter what is said or done, they can get banned. That says a lot about the politics of this whole thing.

I use the little ziplock bowls, they even fit in my purse. Just twist the lid on and out the door I go. But since going with the mega carts and cartos I don't need to take as many with me, so I stuff them in an Ice Breakers mint candy round and also in a mentos tube for traveling. I like the ziplock bags idea. Some folks ritz dye the condoms for color coding. (they stain ridiculously easy). That wouldn't work for me though, I'm not organized enough to make sure they went back on the right carto. But it sounds like a great idea for the more organized amongst us.

(please feel free to delete if this has already been discussed). Just found this on google while searching for FDA court cases + electronic cigarettes. Apparantly, (if I've understood it right), even the Snus and other types of less harmful than analogs types of nicotine alternatives can't claim that they are less harmful than analogs either. They mention the ecig in the article. What are your thoughts? http://www.thenewstribune.com/2010/09/28/1359688/firm-makes-itself-test-case-for.html

Juiceboxes came on the scene late 09 and they've been steadily improved with every modder. Some are tiny, some are huge. Some hold 3ml bottle of eliquid, some hold 6ml bottle and I think there's one that holds a 10. or more. Many vaporers have at least 2 of them, so that they can alternated their flavors easier (without having to change bottles and dedicated attys for that flavor). Mr Puffer, Carlos Juicebox, Mistys WetBox, Intergrity, GG/AF, and so many more out there. Personally, I can't wait til the GLV3 hits the market. That thing is beyond awesome. Hopefully more posters will chime in with even more juiceboxes to add to your surfing pleasure.
