  1. The KICK is kind of a fuse. You don't need another fuse with the Kick in place. The regular Kick only goes up to something like 12 watts. Most avg vapers are happy at 10 watts. Just take it all the way up and then back down one notch. If it's too high for you, then back it down another notch. rinse repeat as necessary. You'll enjoy a nice steady vape at that wattage.. until the last 2-ish puffs. That's what makes the Kick worth the while. There's now an even higher DNA Kick out there by eVovle. Dance the happy jig. The DNA 20. If you got the 20, just take it all the way up, then back down to half. (then notch it one way or the other).
  2. I didn't like that particular question, because it didn't really allow for various ventilation and such. It was either.. wide open spaces or all totally closed up in the same oxygen mask type of question. Nahh, didn't do it for me at all. But that's how politics is, it is what it is. Basically, if there's good ventilation, and space, I vape. If there's not, I wait, or I get out the shotgun and make some well ventilated holes.
  3. The NJoy King is the one to buy for emergencies, or to give out for others to try. It's not too bad, gets the highest reviews of the disposables. With that said, AG just did a review of the new Marlborough rechargeable one MarkTen. Summary. Save your money. Buy the Njoy King until you can pick up a proper kit (like the ego with T3 or something, dear lurkers). link in post https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HJma_T_ArqQ link in link icon https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HJma_T_ArqQ
  4. yep, it increases the wicking and flavor. The more wraps the merrier, kind of like the micro-coil principle, The drill is the best way to get that proper steady tension. I use a coat hanger, which works okay, but it's nothing like the good steady drill method.
  5. Absolutely gorgeous Mark!!!
  6. Welcome to VaporTalk. Congrats for switching over from deadly stinkies. What part of Cali are you in? I'm in NorCal. Howdy neighbor
  7. I wont be happy til i get my Nemesis, versa, & SDv2. and of course my Stiff-Nutz Groove Pipe. and of course a purple Marks Mod Holder to snuggle them in nice and sweet.
  8. Calif member here! Thanks for posting the survey/stories links! I just finished posting them too in new threads. GMTA! Did you know that CASAA is responsible for the awesome DREXLER(sp) study report? Well they are! WTG CASAA!!! I'll be sending money too, asap..
  9. Also, CASSA is also collecting success stories. Please share yours! http://fluidsurveys.com/s/THR-testimonial-CASAA/
  10. CASAA is hoping we will have this survey filled out and ready to go for their August 26th meeting with the FDA as well as for future references. It only takes about 5-10 minutes to tick all the boxes, fill in comments,.. http://fluidsurveys.com/surveys/casaa-Z/e-cigarette-use/
  11. That's it. Good summary Spydr!
  12. GMTA! I just finished watching Rip's tutorial. Good one to learn from, he did an awesome job of it, best tutorial out there so far. Even love his new (to me) background. Great editing skills there Rip! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jagnsVTWbdg I watched another vid by another kid, but it was 30minutes long, but he does use the SS cable, with a mesh diaper, and it works great (jfyi)
  13. Today i watched most of PBusardo's show on the 3 and i think he preferred the PT2 the most, if that helps anyone
  14. I was just about to pull the CC out for a V1 one ( http://www.digitalciggz.com/product-p/itaste-mvp-variable-voltage.htm ). Now I'm torn again.
  15. When I hear the term "Bottom Feeders" I automatically think of the awesome Reo by ReosMods, with a Cisco 306 or HH357 on top. It doesn't get any better than that. Carry on
  16. Oh for Heaven's Sakes . The innovations are too hard to keep up with. I've forgoiten more than you young whippersnappers will ever know. . Carry on.
  17. i agree!!!! A better one is the Kayfun Lite. Search youtube for vids Taifun vs Kayfun Lite. But the Taufun is sweet.
  18. WE WON THE BATTLE!!! Copied and pasted from CASAA UPDATE (8/14/2013): Today's hearing on SB 648 before the Assembly Committee on Government Operations was canceled just an hour before it was set to begin. Word on the ground is that SB 648 is dead until at least January. Those in California should continue to respond to this Call to Action Ever vigilant
  19. Tracking the normal packages is so hit & miss. Very rarely do they actually update the tracking. I don't even check half the time anymore. But, with that said, once you buy something from Greece, say a Roller from Atmizoo or a Poldiac from MMVapors, let's say, the DHL tracking is so much fun it's ridiculous. I feel like a kid tracking Santa's Sleigh at Christmas time. I only buy DHL shipped stuff now. lol.
  20. I'm so sorry to hear you're having a family emergency. When my hubby was in the hospital, I vaped happily away in the bathroom, and I vaped stealthily away while at his bedside. Just be sure to wear a blouse that is easy to blow your vapor into. Stealth vaping is a little bit hard to master, but so worth it in times like these. Make sure the drip tip lifts up into the inside of your upper lip (a little tiny bit), to catch the wisp before it leaves your mouth. Hold the vapor as long as possible, then blow any remaining inside your blouse. (take small draws, of course, so you don't cough or feel like you're going to explode your mouthful lol). I stealth vape now, even when I'm waiting for the Dr. for my own checkups. Just be sure to refrain when anyone is coming. Having a higher nic level on hand for times like these is priceless advice. I'm sort of going through the same thing at the moment, stress wise. Between the stupid nazi bill-SB-648 battle (WE WON!!!!! YAY!!!!! CORBETT DROPPED THE BILL AN HOUR BEFORE THE MEETING!!), and my oldest brother dying, the stress has been tremendous. One day this stress will pass. I am a Vaper, even if I grab a smoke here and there. I don't smoke the entire cig, just a few icky puffs, so, even if I go through a pack, only 3 puffs per cig were smoked out of the 10-15 that I normally would have otherwise. (what's the math here? 3 puffs x 20 = 60 puffs in all, instead of the 10 x 20 =200 puffs it would have been had I of not switched to vaping). Your body and tastebuds will tell you to "drop that sucker, it's awful!!". Your security blanket wants you light up another one. Take some super delicious flavors with you so you look forward to your vaping, not your lighter, and you'll be fine.

  22. The fight is still ongoing. Go to CASAA.org and find out how you can oppose the nonsense. NYC says they want to ban eCigs because the flavors keep people smoking. Say what? People vape so they do not smoke. What idiots!! But then, these are the same people who outlawed "super size" drinks, so that now the people have to order 5 drinks instead of one. :rolleys:
  23. So, Smittyg, from BillingHAM, are you the "inside man" who is ratting out some ecig company on Russ's clickbang show soon? I trust your facts are in order and that you can back them up in a court of law.
  24. We need Kitsune in here! Kitsune, where are you?? Mike??? Where is everyone? I'm still a noobie at mixing. I can't even come close yet. I've tried a few mixes, but they lack something fierce. I've been distracted with laptop/Tablet shopping too. Time for a new one, this one is a pain to write with. Did you know there are fun Android/Kindle/and Google players out there now? Ouya! (hard to keep focused on just laptops lol). I'll try BB again soon. I'm afraid our best luck is with iMedic, Mike & Kitsune. I'm still a newbie! But I search the net for recipes, that's my specialty lol. Hang in there!! .
