Krystal68 got a reaction from Bradb2014 in Best place to get diy supplies
I order my nicotine, vg, and pg from rtsvapes.com, and shop out my flavoring between several vendors.. I have many from high desert vapes, onestopdiyshop, ecig express, vaping zone, and diyflavorshack.. One you start, its hard to stop. For me.... its great therapy as well as my weekend entertainment Good Luck!!

I would recommend you try Koolada, High desert carries it, It is also known as "W3" is used specifically to give that "cold" feeling at the back of the mouth.

While I can and will accept any ones opinion, I honestly dont care who started what, or when or even how. I DIY and quite frankly try to mimic what I taste, there are only so many flavors out there, does that make me a thief? I think not, for me its flattery at its finest. I support many juice vendors and will continue to do so. I am a single mother, who owns and operates two businesses, I bust my tail to survive and dont have the time to worry about what others are doing, either personally or business wise.

How about Grandmas custard with a slight cinnamon hint on exhale...
I mix this @ 36 mg nic/100% pg base, with a target of 12mg nic, 70pg/30vg
Vanilla Custard 15%
Bavarian Cream 3.5%
eggnog 2%
graham cracker 1.5%
butter 1.75%
sweetener (by HDV 5%sucralose) 5%
+ 2 drops french vanilla
This gets better with a hot water steep, and a minimum of three days.. Although its hard to leave alone the next day!

Vaping is funny.. for me at least.. not funny haha but funny odd.. When I was a smoker, I smoked camels all day, every day, times 30 (pack and a half) I never thought about having another "flavor" .. I used to complain about how much they cost, and dreaded my daily trips to get my "last two packs".. NOW... I dont have a problem spending the money on batteries, tanks, attys, wicks, flavors, liquid nic, bottles, drip tips... you get my point... Now it seems I'm never satisfied.. Perhaps Im just filling a void. Perhaps vaping has made me a SHOPAHOLIC too.... I just smile, and hit the order button... Since I couldnt decide exactly what I wanted, at least not yet, I infact, just purchased two more twists, and 5 more attys this afternoon.... sigh... My name is Krystal and Im a vapaholic!!!!

I opened the fridge. The light came on. The beer was cold... What the hell is she talking about?

I started on your typical 808s and cartos, got bored, jumped to egos with many, many different clearos until I settled on the Vivi Nova Mini, but again....I found myself looking for something new and different... soo.. I went with twist/ spinners and atomizers (510s and 306s) But as you probably already guessed.. Im searching again.. I dont really know what Im looking for, I guess Im just easily distracted, and obviously suffering from vapers adhd.... So I'm wondering, given my info, what direction would you steer me? WWYouD? Evic? Robust? Vamo? Sell me on your favorite!

All good suggestions.
Personally, I would save up for a Mini Provari V.2 (the V.2 has stronger amps). The boys are right, you can't go wrong with a Provari V2.
If you also want regulated, you can always pick up a DNA12 Kick for your mechanical mods. Today they have a new DNA20 Kick that is kicking butt. The DNA20 Kick now comes in Box mods and in Tube mods, either one. (have to get on a list though). The original Kick, the DNA12, can still be bought at most stores (Altsmoke for instance) and DIY inserted into most mechanical mods. The new DNA20 Kick is difficult, not a DIY project unless you're a modder. The original DNA12 just plunks right in. Very user friendly.
The advantage of the kick? It lets you vape at your preferred wattage no matter the atomizer's ohms, and the coils will not pop. This is so handy for those who have stockpiles of odds and ends atomizers/cartomizers etc, hanging around.
It's also good for a satisfying vape. I love vaping with a fresh-ish battery, and the Kick lets me vape at that "freshness" until the battery is low, and then it quits. Without the Kick, the vape gets weaker and weaker as the battery gets weaker.
You probably know all this already, but ... well, we all know me. & my ramblings..

I use the 510 SR atty with my twists, and find it quite pleasing and reasonably priced.I think my sweet spot is right around 4 with most juices.. I also have a handful of 306s in 1.5 and 1.7's While the 1.5 is too cool of a hit for my taste I think the the 1.7 is a better fit, but again this is probably personal preference. As I mentioned to you previously, I think that once you grab yourself an atty, you will likely become obsessed and find that you use your tanks less and less, at least thats what happened to me.

You're a lucky mom to have such a thoughtful daughter. I'm glad you liked it enough to start researching for something that is more suiting to your needs.
The suggestions suggested are good ones.
I switched to vaping 3 years ago, with the eGo and today I use the eGo Twist and the Vision Spinner. They're all great little batteries. The Twist & the Spinner lets you dial the power up for more ooomph whenever you want to. Tork it or mild it, either way. You can vape your eliquid at 3.7volts (mild-ish) clear on through the numbers til you reach 4.8volts. Most of us prefer 3.8volt or 4.2, depending on our eliquid at the moment, or the time of day.
I like the Viva Nova clearomizer thingie on mine. It's easy to fill, provides great flavor, and you can get replaceable coils for when the coils give out on you. Great little gadget that holds quite a bit of eLiquid to get you through many many hours without having to refill.
The ProTank is a good one too.
I use to enjoy the Boge Cartomisers. You can even get these pre-filled at places like eCigXpress.com (they have empty ones too, for you to put your own flavors in).
The cartomisers are pretty easy to use. I always dreaded refill day though. Oh, it wasn't hard to do, I just wished to spend my time doing other things.
Today I spend hours with the RBA. Close your ears, you don't want to hear about these yet. But when you're ready for them, there's nothing better.

Krystal68 got a reaction from wallman in Natures Flavors.... issues..
I did recieve my product.. but wanted moreso to comment on credit card fraud.. I have been purchasing vaping supplies for almost 6 months..I shopped at over 30 vendors, In that time frame I have been hit by scammers twice... to the tune of a several thousand.. I was uneducated and didnt see aproblem using my bank debit card until my money was gone and my savings transferred / as overdraft protection.. It was mostly due to unsecured sites, (COMMON sites) 60 people + were hit with in the same period, given the postings on the internet..Needless to say, I changed the way I bank.... I dont NEED a $6000 a day spending limit before the bank contacts me.. I halted my overdraft protection, as In 30 years, Ive never had one, and.... NOW... I DO ALL of my online shopping with Visa/Mastercard gift cards.. I like the security in them, if the info doesnt match my registered info... its a NO go. Take that scammers!!

THanks Uma... Im trying to be patient, but its difficult when there has been no correspondence at all... My order in fact still shows as processing.. Ugh... I hadnt thought about the possiblity of them having issues, so will breathe and be patient a while longer while I dig deeper!! Natures flavors are organic flavorings, and are also sold by ecigxpress.... I however, stepped out of the box and was HOPING to try rhubarb(which ecig doesnt carry).. by making a ejuice custard, or cobbler etc.. I do want to thank you for your response, I appreciate your time!

If you're looking to push buttons and be way over the top, you should try ECF (unless they already kicked you off) We are a little more laid back and drama free here, so cool your jets...
Who flipping cares, as long as the juice, service, and prices meet your needs. And with several folks agreeing with Patricia, that have been here a while longer than you, I will just have to disregard your posts in the future as flippant...

VapeDudes is my go to place for liquid except Tobacco and could care less about whose flavors they are similar to. Most Ice Cream places carry the same flavors. I find this discussion and especially the correspondence a little unsettling. I have spoken with Jennifer several times and have the utmost confidence in them and their product.

I second everything Patricia said, their deals and discounts make it fun to order and I have done so, many times.. My favorites are their grape, mocha java drizzle, blue honey, cookies and cream.... come to think of it.. I havent received anything i havent loved. Most of mine were vapable upon arrival, a few required some steeping time. You do not have to search for flavor and their vapor rocks!! All of mine have been 70pg/30vg!!!!

Krystal68 reacted to DarthVaper in Looking for a Good Caramel Macchiato
Hi folks,
Since I'm not ordering from Juicy Vapor anymore (if you don't know, the co-owner was arrested and charged with some pretty abhorrent crimes. I'm an attorney and I resolutely believe in innocent-before-proven-guilty, but if he turns out to be guilty, I don't want to be funding his legal defense), I've been hunting for a good Caramel Macchiato or equivalent.
I've tried:
Vapor Talk (of course) - sorry Chris, maybe I got a bad batch, but it doesn't taste good and I don't want to bother you with a support ticket.
Virgin Vapor's "Organic Caramel Kona Milkshake" - the best so far, but a strong alcohol flavor mixed in that I'm getting tired of.
DIY Flavor Shack - tastes like burnt coffee, no caramel flavor at all.
Any other Caramel Macchiato lovers out there? Where can I find a good one?
Thanks in advance!
