I'm not sure what kind of threading that e-cig has but why not just get a 5 pack of pre-filled Clove carto's for $11.95 from that same site? That's a good price and I'm sure you can refill them too. There is a YouTube video with a good review of that particular e-cig and he said the clove is great. http://www.primevapo...r-packs-6.html And save the 510 threaded stuff for when you graduate to an eGo.

If you want to dilute 24mg to 18mg just add 1/3 of vg. example: 30ml. of 24mg + 10ml of vg =40ml of 18mg You need to realize that you're also diluting the flavor by doing this and if the juice is too thick in the end it won't work well in certain cartos, etc. but if you start out with a thin pg juice with extra flavor shot this will work well.

This story might show my age, whatever, I'm getting old. Back in 1982 I had only 1 uncle, my dad's brother was Uncle Bob. He was a big strong muscular guy 10 years older than my dad but only in his early 50's. He served in the military when he was younger and I remember him having an eagle tattoo on his chest and always a smile on his face. He had a really nice Harley Davidson motorcycle and suffered a nasty compound fracture when he was cut off by a careless driver. He didn't have anything bad to say about the ******* that totaled his bike and broke his leg and his attitude was always positive and he always found a way to joke and laugh. After many weeks with a full cast and weeks thereafter of physical therapy he made a full recovery. I thought nothing could get the better of him. He might have been 50 something but he was in the best physical condition, more like a 30 year old. Soon after his leg was completely healed he had a routine check up. Tests reveled that a cancer may be present. He wasn't a smoker or a drinker and I don't know why this happens but it does. He went under the knife and doctors took a look inside him(this is how I was told). There was cancer everywhere. The doctors gave him a few weeks to live. He actually lived for about 6 months or so, just long enough for him to loose a lot of weight and his body in the end was just skin and bones and cancer. It was heartbreaking for everyone to see him leave this world so skinny and week when for his whole life he had been so healthy and strong. Cancer sucks.

There are more than one kind of vape wizzard. The one I have is from FlavourArt and it is used to enhance a eliquid in a way that is subtle. Some say it takes out the "rough edges", some say it mellow's out the finished product, some say it brings the other flavors and ingredients to a new level and many mixologists swear by this stuff. It is used in a lot of DIY tobacco flavors but also in other non-tobacco flavors. I've been advised to use it a 1%-2% or about 1 drop to every 4-5ml. I don't have any real opinions on it but if so many people say it makes a difference there must be some truth to it. I haven't noticed anything spectacular with this stuff but it hasn't hurt any of my juice either.

After looking at more than just the picture it seems that the TECC e-cigar uses cartomizers and also it has a built in battery. Kinda opposite from what I had(built in atty, batteries not buit in). Here is a link to what I was talking about so you might be able to see the difference. In this one the the cartridge only keeps the atty inside the cigar wet. A cartomizer as in TECC cigar is a atty and cartridge in one. This is a Dse701 e-cigar like I had. They look very much the same but work a little differently. I couldn't say which is better. http://www.store.e-cigarette-usa.com/Electric-Cigar-Dse701-e-Cigar-Electronic-Cigar-Starter-Kit-Dse-701.htm

I used something very similar. It was my first experience with vaping. I actually liked it alot. The main body has an atomizer within it, the LED unscrews and a battery goes in that way. The battery is the size and shape of a AAA but it is a 3.6v lithium(I think it's a 14500 900mAh). The cartridge is a polly-filled whistle tip mouthpiece and holds a couple of cc's of juice. I was realy impressed with it and my anolog smoking was greatly reduced. Replacing the atty means replacing the cigar body. I never did this but the original one lasted more than a couple months and I had moved on to a Joye 510. You can top off the cartridge with juice any time or dip a drop or two right down into it. This particular model might not be the exact one I had but I'll bet it is about identical in how it works. I miss my e-cigar.

Some Questions About The Ego-C
Mike replied to kiahnlliya's topic in Troubleshooting & Technical Issues
The main difference that I've noticed is that the vapor is warm when I use the DCT The reason may be that the carto that you are using with it is a lower resistance than what you were using. Most attys and cartos come in different resistances and the lower ones produce a warmer vaper, use more e-liquid and produce more vapor. This is similar to having a high volt mod. eGo C attys come in at least 2 different ohmes, standard and low resistance(SR or LR). I prefer LR with a standard battery or with the twist c at a low volt setting. The vapor is not noticeably warmer but it does produce much more vapor. Some other lr attys and cartos do produce a noticeably warmer vapor. -
I remember you from way back. It's good to hear from you again. Let us know what you like the best these days. For me it's the twist c battery but I am constantly changing up the juice delivery method. I still drip sometimes, use clearomisers, eGo C tank, carto tank, emdcc etc. I'm not sure if one or all of these is what I will stick with or something else that is newer or hasn't come out yet.

Some Questions About The Ego-C
Mike replied to kiahnlliya's topic in Troubleshooting & Technical Issues
Don't give up on eGo C if you still have new attys. Try again and you might have one that works great, tank after tank, for weeks with no problems. Most of the time I get a month of use out of a single atty without having to do anything but refill the tank cart. They do seem to give a lot of aggravation to a lot of vapers including myself at times and I wouldn't recommend them but I've had good luck with them for the most part. The DCT's do work good and I like that setup sometimes. Also clearomisers such as stardust, vision and whatever else they are called are a must try also. -

Some Questions About The Ego-C
Mike replied to kiahnlliya's topic in Troubleshooting & Technical Issues
Here's what's going on. There is a little bit of material below the wick that surrounds the element within the atty. This needs to always be wet. Dry burning will carbonize this and leave a nasty taste and will also make it so that it doesn't wick very well. DON'T DRY BURN THESE ATTYS!!! They don't even need to be cleaned unless excess liquid is coming up the cartridge where the vapor should be. WET IS GOOD!!! The most common problem I have is when I can tell that the atty is not wet enough and I start to get a toot that is not all there, like it's running out of juice even though it's full. As soon as this happens try taking a hard dry hit. Draw hard for a couple of seconds WITHOUT pressing the button. This helps get the juice flowing again to keep everything wet. -
3 30ml bottles will last me 2 months. There is a thread on how long a 30ml bottle will last, you can look at that to get some ideas, everybody is different but the average is about or more than 2 weeks.

Benefits Of 5V Vaping Over 3.7V Lr Vaping?
Mike replied to Rixter's topic in General Vaping Discussion
I prefer lower voltages with LR stuff but having variable voltage is great. -- Even if I'm only using between 3.2 to 4.2 volts. -

A couple of other notes, 100mg/ml nicotine base liquid is dangerously strong and working with it should be done with extreme caution and always keep that stuff in a safe place. It only takes 24% of this liquid in the final mix to make a high nic e-liquid (34mg or 36mg is very high and you should never try to vape any higher than that.) It's best to cut down to 24 or less imo. What I like to do is cut my strong base liquids to a flavorless base that is twice the nic that I would vape, in my case 36mg. Then figure how much flavoring, vg an pg, what size bottle and always use half of my 36mg base to half of the other NO nic ingredients and I get 18mg/ml every time. -

Here are a few ways to mix up what you have to make 10ml at a time: 7 ml Tobacco e-liquid@ 24mg 1.5 ml cherry flavoring (15% of 10ml) 1.5 ml 100mg flavorless base (This will bring the total mg/ml up to about 32mg) If the cherry flavor is overpowering the tobacco flavor try just 1ml(10%) of cherry and 7.5ml of tobacco. This will only slightly change the overall nic to about 33mg. This is a good way to make 34mg with what you have: 2.5 ml of 100mg 2.5 ml of 36mg 5 ml of a combination of non-nicotine ingredients including flavoring, pg and/or vg This makes 10ml @ 34mg There are many other things you can do and I used a combining calculator to help figure this out because combining more than one base liquid with nic gets pretty complicated. Try again in the DIY forum and let us know what is happening. -
Ego C And Low Resistance
Mike replied to ecigaddict187's topic in Troubleshooting & Technical Issues
I twist my eGo c Battery up just a bit or not at all when using lr stuff. I have attys that are 1.5 ohms, 1.9 ohms, 2.2 ohmes, and all are considered lr but they can have a different sweet spot. The lr visions seem to work well at 4 volts but most of my other lr stuff I keep at 3.6 or even 3.2 volts which is the lowest setting. This is the case when these attys are on my ProVari also. 4.8 volts is way to high imo. The flavor is ruined and the vape is harsh at that level but 4.8 volts is perfect for a lot of standard res stuff. lr cartos can take on a burnt taste that won't come out if you have the twist c at max voltage for too long and lr510 and lr306 attys will work at any setting with no apparent harm but the quality of the vape is much better at the low end. -
How Would I Get A Real Cig Nicotine Kick?
Mike replied to willmon22's topic in The Vape Lounge - Off Topic Chat
It's definitely those extra "calories" in smoke that makes it the way it is not the nicotine content. E-cgs do deliver as much or much more nic than you could want but anything more than 36mg/ml is too much imo and can lead to headaches. -
How Would I Get A Real Cig Nicotine Kick?
Mike replied to willmon22's topic in The Vape Lounge - Off Topic Chat
E-cigs can deliver less than, as much as or more nicotine than smoking. 18mg/ml eliquid feels to me like a "light" cig and 24mg/ml feels like a stronger analog as far as the amount of nicotine that I'm getting. As far as getting a big kick and th, some juice recipes are better than others for achieving this and another sure fire way is to go up with the voltage or down with the resistance on you vaporizer. I don't know what juice to recommend but I would suggest an eGo twist battery so you can twist the volt output higher or lower to suit your needs. -
I don't see how such a thing could help people quit smoking. The most addictive part, I think, is the motion of hand to mouth and another very addictive part of smoking is the nasty chemicals in tobacco. E-cigs don't have the really bad chemicals that anologs do and the body knows it's missing something. It's not so hard to change over to vaping because you still get the motion and the nicotine but you have to get over not getting the "junk" that the body actually craves.

At least 2 weeks, maybe 3 or more. It's hard to say 'cuz I'm squeezing from multiple bottles but probably 10-15ml/week.
