What a great idea! I find that I've been direct dripping for the most part. To me.. it tastes better and I don't have to jack with the carts. Although, I do have some PTB carts for my 510 that work great. But you still have to drip into the cart every 10-15 good drags. To each their own I guess...
-
Yeah, it's just a cheap 801 passthru... but I thought they all had a battery. Either it was in line or in the compartment.... I guess not. Thanks for the clarification!
-
Good ideas. I am always grabbing my can of air and putting it up to the little hole on the mouthpiece and blowing all the condensation out. Wow, you really do end up with quite a little bit o juice in that thing!!
-
For some reason I thought I had read somewhere that the passthru was actually just a battery inside that "kept charged" by the usb port. (or something like that) Anyway, lastnight I was bored and tore into my 801 passthru and discovered just the opposite. It is a "pass-thru".... there's nothing inside but wires and the little chips/button. Why had I thought that it also had a battery in it?? I know, stupid question, especially since I only use my VPPT strictly anyway.

Just a thought to remember... Don't they say it could take a few times for the batteries to reach full potential? I don't have one... nor do I think Im going to now, but I wouldn't put up with that. You paid good money for your Spade, you deserve for it to work as stated. I'm gonna bet it's all about the battery though. Too many people having issues alike for it not to be the batts.

HMMMM! Mega cart and atty for what? The 510 Im guessing?
-
Oh... and they ARE awesome.... money well spent!
-
I second the 510 idea... I LOVE mine. I also have the VPPT and dig it at home. They don't have the kit... but I would recommend Arno at awesomevapor.com for that. Plus he has extra batts, atty's, and great juices.
-
I use mine from time to time as well....when I'm sick of pullin the tip off to drip.

"high Voltage" Attys And A Quick Recap Of My Vaping...
DAYVAPE replied to Alucard's topic in General Vaping Discussion
I will be curious to see what others tell you here. I do know this though... the 801LB atty's hold up better, and work better, on the VPPT than the 510's for me. I think this might be the case for others as well. We'll see. -
Well put! I'm sure you're like me... I never knew a place like this existed! Not with people that are actually kind hearted and eager to help you out with any questions. That's a nice thing to know. Good luck and ask us anything you are curious about.

I'm fondling her as we speak ! Man it was a long wait though...

Wow! That was really cool of that forum member to step up and send you some of his juice. That's what this place is all about.... helping others. Good folks up in here I tell ya !
-
You just never know how long the cheap ones will last.... in this case, you definately get what you pay for. Good luck with Arno's anyway. He's hooked me up with a new one EVERY time mine has broke. (4 times now)

My kind of scam!! LOL
-
No problem! You will love them on the VPPT.
-
Isn't that crazy?? I would not have guessed it would have worked like that. But I'm happy about it because I've got 20 801 atty's anyway. I would rather use them up then sacrifice my 510's !
-
You're my kind of friend! Nice to know someone so generous with their supplies!!
-
Yup! I haven't felt like anything performs better on the VPPT then an 801 atty. It's crazy cuz those things don't work worth a hoot for me regularly. Boy they sure like the higher voltage though.
