True statements he speaks about the eGo! I had the same luck with my VP2 also... button failure for me. Maybe it's the first production run of each?? Kinda like cars... usually by the second and third years they have most of the bugs figured out with them. Sucks for us for droppin' the cash in the beginning... but it's our choice to do that! Man I can't wait for my BUZZ. LOL.

I agree Stirfry. My only real reason for using the longer ones is that if I ever spring a leak I can catch it when it's still on my adapter... before it's all over the device. The length doesn't really bother me I guess... I have had problems with making connections with other little adapters though. I don't know... to each his own I suppose. All I really know is that I CAN'T WAIT FOR MY BUZZARD!!

I just ordered a Buzz. It said I could get it with a 801 connection.... then I will just use one of these longer adapters to go to 510.

Kinda what I was thinking... wait until version 2 comes out with any bugs fixed. What am I saying... I don't need the Joker AND the Buzz!! I gotta get the Buzz before anything.

How long have you been using these two batteries? The other peeps above have some good input as well. I will re-emphasize... If you are a heavy vaper, you should go with either a Tornado w/ 1000mah battery, or some other mod with it's own batteries. That's just my opinion... I can't imagine using a 510 battery as my "go to" device. The battery life just isn't there! What I did was go to Totally Wicked and purchase just one Tornado battery and charger to see if I liked it. Well, I did, and I'm pretty confident you would too. Then I ended up buying a couple of the 1000 mah batts for it and cones and was good to go. The eGo/Tornado is pretty sweet when combined with a Low Res 510 atty. Just my .02

Or you could even try an eGo/Tornado. I got the 1000mah Tornado from Totally Wicked. That with a Low Res. atty is nearly like vaping at 5 volts. Too many options.... too many options... Migrains are a strange beast! All I know is that there is typically something else 'GOING ON' in the body that is the problem. Find that, fix it, and I bet you would live a much better life... migraine free. I hope you are able to pinpoint the problem here and fix it. Living like that is not fun... I live with low back pain on a daily basis too, so I know what you mean. I just refuse to let them FUSE my vertabrae together for fear I will have more problems. I guess we have to decide for ourselves just how much we can live with before doing something drastic. I'm just not a gamblin' man though. I think you are wise to see if a simple lifestyle change will help you. Good luck.

Honestly, I don't think you can go wrong with an eGo. Totally Wicked has the exact same thing... only they sell it as the Tornado. I have it and I love it. You might just check who has the best deal. Do yourself a favor and grab up a few Low Res atomizers while your at it... they are a wonderfull combo to the eGo/Tornado.

Strange. Did these come in a brand new "kit" from somewhere? If it's happening to both batts, I would lean towards the charger, simply because its not common for BOTH batts to be bad. Not saying it's not possible, just not likely. What does the charger do when you put a battery on it a plug it in? Any lights on it? I'm sure someone with more knowledge will be here soon.

We need more info... what unit do you have, do you have a Joye 510, 801 Penstyle, etc. etc. Manual battery or auto? Do you direct drip or use carts? The more help we have the better.

So I threw a LR 801 atty (measuring 2.3 ohms resistance) on the VPPT at 5v. That puts the watts in the 10.8 range... give or take. PERFECT. I wonder how long a LR 801 will last like that... hmmm. I'm gonna find out!!

I use it with my Tornado... I mean, it works, just not like it should. By the way... I just found out that the resistance on the Vapr4Life Premium attys is between 2 and 3. So those wouldn't be the best way either according to Ohm's Law! Can't wait to try the LR attys... just hope they don't get too hot. We shall see.

Yeah, that's what I do... and I don't think that's good enough for what they are "supposed" to do. I never am able to do more than 8 or 10 drags w/o dripping.... so what's the point really? They do taste better in the beginning... but I want to be able to use one for hours like they were meant to be used.

I guess we better not be ordering any juice online then as it will be getting hot in the mail?

Where are you getting your LR attys? The ones I get from Totally Wicked last me as long as my regular ones have so far.... just curious.

I'm pretty sure I'll still be too lazy to clean mine... just nice to know what others use.
