Dual Coil 1.5 Ohm 3.5 Ml Cartomizers
DAYVAPE replied to willmon22's topic in General Vaping Discussion
The nature of the cartomizer... you'll never get every single drop out of them, not possible. Too much of the juice simply gets hung up in the filler material to be able to vape every drop. The ONLY way to turn the filler white again is to actually take the carto apart and wash it under water. (PBusardo did a video on something very similar) But then you have to pray you can put it all back together properly and it works! I think the way to get the most juice out of cartos is to blow from the threaded end several times. I know when I use Boge cartos I use a homemade Taryn Spinner... and THAT will get all the juice out and damn near leave you with white filler material again... for real. But, with many of these new cartos, the filler material is not packed nearly as tight.... and you can mess it up trying to 'spin' it out. Trust me on that one! I don't know ... if you don't change juice a lot I wouldn't worry about trying to get it all out anyway... just get as much as possible and re-fill it again? -
I'm not sure what has taken you guys/gals so long to invest in these inexpensive parts once I told you about them over and over? That confirms what I already figured: Shows just how little people actually read what I post around here... geez! Oh, by the way, 'drip shields' work great ! You all should try one! And you may or may not need an adapter... like I stated back in the day during my praising of these items!

The good ol' Screwdriver... and I mean OLD Screwdriver... she's what I would call a 'classic' !! LOL. It may have been around a long time... but I guess that's because it simply works . I do find this statement kinda comical however: "It is widely considered the Ferrari of the E.Smoking world. Why is this? The answer is simple. A battery that is up to the job." REALLY?? Aren't we just talking about a 900 mAh battery here people?? I guess that wasn't too bad in the early 'mod' days, etc. Anyhow... I hope your brother has much success with kickin' the habit! Make sure he knows he's welcome around here anytime!

That's a tough one really... but, I suppose I would have to say it's when I wake up in the middle of the night from a good dream or something.

Ego Mega Dual Coil Cartomizers Revisited
DAYVAPE replied to twelveday's topic in e Cigarette Reviews
I'm glad to hear that ! I do know, however, that the EMDCC's certainly do like to be well saturated with juice! -
That particular statement alone tells me that you are super stressed right now, perhaps? With everything that is going on in your family life currently... I am not the least bit surprised either! Stress does really funny/strange things to us... and even when don't really realize it or are aware it's happening! I would say, don't worry too much about the vaping thing right now, especially until everything sort of blows over for you and your ex. Once you have worked through those issues... you can then turn your focus back to vaping! And always remember, there are plenty of people around here (just like me), that have known you basically from the inception of VT ! We/I have no problem lending an ear at any time... day or night! Seriously.

Hey there my friend! I'm sorry to hear about this... that really sux man, but it may be better for everyone in the long run. I know you are a strong fella... so I know you'll get over this and moved on to better and happier things. I hate to say this... but i think jeffb nailed it on the head. (man I hate agreeing with him!) LOL. It really is more of a mental battle you are now up against. Hang in there brotha... you know I'm always around if you need to talk.

PICS! I want pics !

It just all depends on how much you vape... like I said, I go through 2 batts a day.
-
Are yours the 2000 mAh ones? I know some people say they don't fit... mine fit fine.

Dayvape Wins The Award For Best Person Ever

What is the resistance of that carto? Maybe you could try something that is a bit lower so you don't have to crank it all the way up? -
Please, tell us how you really feel...

My First Real Dripping Experience.....
DAYVAPE replied to blucavvy's topic in General Vaping Discussion
It's certainly been working for me !! I'm sitting here as I type with that setup... and I love it! I want to remind you... don't be afraid to put some juice in that baby... nothing worse than a dry hit! With 'The Universal' tip and a drip tip... you do not have to worry about any juice spitting back at you. -
I go through 2 batts in a day usually... but that doesn't really bother me. I pretty much chain-vape during my day too though. I don't get any drop-off until the end either... and even then it's not much.
-
Also, what is the deal with people not being able to use the 2000 mAh 18650's in the LT? Some say they are too long and the bottom cap doesn't screw on all the way. Mine fit and work perfectly... they came from RTDVapor.com. These 2000mAh ones are only about 1/8" longer... which doesn't keep my bottom cap from screwing on all the way with no problems.
-
Hell no... nor would I ever want a mini! I can certainly see how the button would suck on that one!
-
I have a regular size LT and have no problem at all with the button placement.
-
Drip shield completely solves that.... yes. That's what I keep trying to tell people, lol. You should also be using some sort of PG/VG mix... and not just PG. Hell, with a 50/50 blend and a drip shield, I am dripping 6-8 drops at a time in the 'dripping atty'. They certainly work great for me anyway.

I nearly bought one myself but couldn't manage to hit the 'buy now' button for $60! -
Should be getting my 'Submarine Tank'... from momandpop!

Correct! -
I love that 1.8 ohm atty! It's one of my 'go to' atomizers as a matter of fact. All I can say is that it works for me... along with the adapter, a drip shield and the universal tip of course. With those items added to my setup... I literally drop 6-8 drops each time and can vape for a while before needing to repeat. Sorry your results have not been as great as they could have been. Also, when I first get a new atty, I attach it to my device with the drip shield, etc. I then add 10 drops and let that soak in good for a minute or so. Then I will check to see if there is any juice still inside the atty. If there is not, then I will add 6 and vape like normal... if there is juice then I will vape on it a few times before adding juice. They even note that on the website somewhere... that you must keep the atomizer nice and wet, especially since it's a LR atty. I don't know if any of this matters at this point because it sounds like you are about done with dripping anyway. LOL.
