Like Aimmee has stated... I think you will be surprised after it has "steeped" for a time. I find that the menthols especially tend to need to do this for sure. I know I've had some fresh juices that tasted WACK at first... then after I came back to it later it was much better. Might try that....

He speaks the truth!! Don't waste your time and money on the gold threaded ones... and you will like either the 2.0 or 1.8 ohm cartos. I've been liking the 2.0 cartos alot lately.

I 3rd the 2.0 CARTOS!!! And, I've had the exact same outcome as you with cartos.... they rock.

And I'm one of the few that can't stand messin' around with attys. So I only use cartos. I would recommend you try some LR cartos from a reputable store and see what you think. And remember... if the draw is really hard you may need to stick a paperclip all the way through the center and sort of line it all up good so it draws right. (I do this with every carto once it starts getting hard to draw on... and I'm good to go again.) I'm just happy that I don't ever have to worry about getting that "burnt atty" taste due to not enough juice! Vape on! By the way... I've gone through a LOT of cartos and I have yet to have one that was DOA or that I couldn't make work by simply lining up the airway. They aren't always perfectly aligned from the factory.

I'm well on my way into a carton of cartos and I've yet to have a DOA... OR one I couldn't fix on my own. Sorry for repeating myself everyone... but they really aren't that hard to make work properly, so I feel it needs repeated as this always helps me. If the hole going through the center isn't in the middle of the carto to where you can see light when looking through it... the draw will be non-existant, or super tight, and you will end up burning the filler and toasting that carto. Thus, you just use something to stick all the way through the middle, wiggling it around until it DOES end up centered, and clear the obstruction, etc.(a large paper clip straightened out works great)! Hold up to the light and see if you can see through it nicely...if so, you're good to go. If not... repeat until you have it centered properly. You can do this AFTER you have filled the carto with juice and at anytime the draw becomes clogged and/or tight as you use it! It actually often works better if it does have some juice in it as it will tend to stay in place better than if its just a dry/new carto. Give this a try on those stubborn cartos before you give up on them. You would be amazed at the improvement in airflow when you do this after using a carto for a couple of days.

Has to be a connection issue.... is it firing when you push the button at all?? I'll have to say... I've never had to do anything with a screwdriver to the threaded end... so I don't know what that does/did.

I will certainly give the looks nod to the Joker... but I beg to differ that it's any better built. Who knows... all I have to go from is that I've yet to have any issues. And I HAVE seen multiple Joker users on here that had to send theirs back for one reason or another. I'm damn sure not going to get into which is better than the other... all I know is that VARIABLE VOLTAGE is a good thing to have!

You do! Any juice will do... honestly. Like she said... it doesn't make it "menthol juice"... just adds a perfect little kick. Trust the QUEEN. EDIT: I thought you meant you didn't have a juice to add any to. My bad.

One suggestion is to stick a paperclip all of the way through, wiggle around, and make sure the hole is nice a free for air. Sometimes people think they are junk when really they just need to be "adjusted" for max airflow.... or the juice/filler will burn right away.
