  1. At least.... and only because I use cartos exclusively, and with a drip tip for comfort.
  2. Wish I had read this when I threw out the last 100.
  3. I've got a Smokie Black Metallic Vari-Volt Saber Touch coming.... check em out. My link
  4. Well, you have to drip those 3 drops every 5-6 puffs. I don't have a clue which way actually uses more juice... I think it really comes down to a personal preference of what works best for you. I prefer cartos so I don't have to drip every 5-6 puffs... but that's just me.
  5. I would recommend you check out this thread for a lot of great information. My link I realize that you are wanting one that mimics a real analog... but please, do some research before you decide to go that route. There are a lot of great units out there... and all of them have different pros and cons. Please read all the reviews you can on the eGo ... it has exceptional battery life for it's size and is very well built. It works great with 2.0 ohm cartomizers, which is how I prefer to use it, or atomizers if you so choose. There are a lot of reviews here and on YouTube to get plenty of good information. There must be something great about it if you have to search high and low to find something negative about it. The only thing I would say is if you went with an eGo... just go the safe route and buy a genuine Joye eGo and not a knockoff. Totally Wicked sells the Tornado, which is the same thing as the eGo, only re-branded for them. There are plenty of knockoffs out there, and some of them are ok, but we know for sure that the genuine eGo is good.
  6. How have the Vapor King cartos been lately for you? Is the filler in them ok? I hate it when some cartos have super tight filler... they don't perform nearly as well when it's tight like that. I'm hoping the latest ones you got have not been like that.
  7. Wow... an EXCELLENT first video Frank!! Very informative and understandable for us that don't "get" electronics. Definite +1 !!
  8. Wow... I have to admit, that's pretty steep in my opinion. I suppose I wouldn't think that if I just loved the looks of the unit though... I don't know. That ranks right up there with the most expensive devices I've seen. Hope everything works out for them!
  9. So tell me because I gotta know, do you like the way ANY of the different versions vape? I mean, do you think they "nailed it" with this latest version? Hell, I couldn't even get 100% PG to wick up to the coil! It never failed... like clockwork... by the 2nd or 3rd drag it tasted like complete crap. It didn't matter what setup I tried them at either... I used all the different resistance ratings with various voltages. I got pretty much the exact same result every time!
  10. I agree! This was one of the reasons I switched to cartos exclusively... not worth the trouble to do anything to attys in my opinion! For me... cartos have more flavor, more vapor, reliable performance, solid lifespan, little/no maintenance, AND I don't have to worry about counting drops anymore! (I always did hate trying to remember if I still had any juice left in my atty before I dripped more and took a chance on flooding it) And in my opinion... cartos aren't even worth trying to salvage or prolong the life of. I typically make one last me a week or more...and if that happens then I am more than happy with that. I really don't even keep track of how old it is because I can tell by looking at one if it's about time to toss. The method I use for deciding when to trash a carto is simple. Once the juice starts to take on a 'brownish' tint, even after adding fresh/clear juice to it, then I know it's time to move on to a new one! I couldn't ask for anything more to be honest.
  11. Good ol Joker junk... wait... I meant to say junk Joker. (By the way... I'm just kidding guys. It's that "computer sarcasm" thing I'm working to better myself on, remember?)
  12. Of course I HAD to take that dang quiz you linked..... which all makes sense considering I now have a Smokie Black Metallic/Vari-Volt Saber Touch coming now. (What was I supposed to do...I simply couldn't resist the 30% discount Sir Lawrence was offering up the other night!) It's a terrible addiction I tell you!! What E-Cigarette is Right for You? Your Result: Mods You need a serious e-cig that means serious business. Big battery life, big versatility, big power, but of course, also a bigger size. Not all mods are giants - some are quite small. But if you need a bit more from your e-cig, this is where you want to look. There are many models, that offer everything from days of battery life to juice-feeding to variable voltage, or maybe just a piece of mechanical art. Find your e-cig soul mate. Result Breakdown: 89% Mods 56% eGo 29% Joye 510 9% Kr808D-1
  13. That is basically why most of us that have been vaping for good length of time hang out around here. We totally enjoy helping out n00bs because we were all in the same position when we started. So I guess we're kinda doing the mentor thing now if you want to think of it that way. There is always going to be someone close by on Vapor Talk that will be willing and able to help you out.
  14. As someone said.... Mentha and Grape together is AWESOME! I will take a larger empty bottle and put all 10ml of the Grape in it. Then I take the Mentha and add about 3-4 ml to the Grape. And like majic... you now have one of my personal favorites and a very refreshing vape... "ARCTIC GRAPES"! Note: If you prefer less of a menthol experience... cut back on how much you add to the Grape initially. It's really a pretty good mix like this though... you should give it a try. By the way... I was never a menthol smoker in my past life, but I'm really enjoying menthol alot now that I'm vaping.
  15. Nice job Schlitzy! I have always found myself disappointed with most drip tips also! NOBODY knows how to drill the damn hole large enough... I just don't get it! I have ended up settling in with the long/black Delrin tip as well... large enough hole, don't get nearly as hot, are as cheap as they come, and they just flat work! Great review my friend!
  16. PA is far from perfume-ish... that I know for sure. At least NONE of the ones I have are I guess. I just find that hard to believe though from what I've seen. PA is far superior to Loranns... that much I feel is certain. I much prefer my concentrates to be clear or nearly clear, and PA flavors are just that. The only one out of 25 or so that had a little color to it was caramel I believe... and it just had a hint of color at that. I'm sure there are others that are as well... but so far I have been pleasantly surprised with them. I will say this though... PA flavors aren't as strong to me. So I end up using a higher % when mixing. No big deal to me really.
  17. SWEET MOD !! You would think with all the crazy bells and whistles they got crammed in that thing that it would at least call to you when it's time to re-drip! Or better yet, drip for you!
  18. I'm just happy that I never "needed" that analog feel in my first e-cig! Nice / informative review for newbies !
  19. That was some funny right there!!! LMAO @ the ZEUSS6!
  20. SEXY LITTLE BEAST SHE IS!! Is that the finished version or just another option?
  21. I've actually enjoyed all of the juices I've tried from them to date. For the money... I think their juice is very good! I have never had any of their nic ... so I can't help you out there. I will say this though... agreeing with Brian... VG pretty much spoils the vaping party for me in ANY amount! I truely dislike it and all that it does to my juice! No VG for me if I can help it.
  22. Uh yeah Snubbs... that would be like illegal or something for you to dump one with even a drop of the VT elixir!!
  23. How sweet could this possibly be!?! This could really change the way we vape... and the carts/attys/etc that are needed to work with vapor-gel would obviously be designed different than they are now. Wow, amazing advancements in the whole e-cig world huh?
