Pretty much, yep. I one that doesn't really bother with all the different cleaning methods.. when it's done, it's done. If I can, obviously, I will blow them out from time to time by putting my finger over the little hole on the side and then giving it a good blow! (insert jokes here)

I must just vape too damn fast... because every time I try anything with much VG, I start getting that nasty burnt filler taste within minutes! About the most VG I can use in cartos (except for the EMDCC's) is around 10% it seems. Of course, now that I have the Lava Tube and drip shields... I'm back to attys. I think they have really done some improving since I used them 2 years ago! I'm diggin' 901's and 510's again now. It's so much better now that I can literally add 6-8 (and even more) drops and not worry about leaking!

I don't know about an '87... but my '84 Corvette that I recently sold might be considered a 'classic'. LMAO !

I was never a menthol smoker... but man, I am really lovin' menthol flavored juices! I add menthol to nearly EVERYTHING these days! You can buy concentrated 'menthol drops' and add it to a bottle of fruit flavored juice and it's a winning combination. Hell, I like vaping a straight menthol flavor too... but that little extra added fruit flavor just makes it! Honestly, I bet you would do fine with a nic level of 18mg even... then you can decide if you need to go up or down from there. Just my .02

I really doubt that you'll need that much... how many packs a day did you smoke, and what brand? Some people will tell you to start out high... but I found that I didn't need near that much nic at first... and I started out at 24mg.

But, like I said above, the flavor is also cut in half... not good unless you add your own Graham Cracker flavoring back.

Yeah, wow, 30mg is really potent stuff !! I couldn't handle that at all ! You could always add some PG/VG to it and hope the flavor is still strong enough. (VG tends to mask the flavor more than PG does... so I'd use PG if you do it at all) Or, if you're in to DIY at all, you could buy some graham cracker flavoring to boost it back up after diluting it with the PG/VG.

It can also affect the taste in a negative way... I went to 12mg and found that not to be the case anymore.

I'm completely satisfied and lovin' my Lava Tube! It couldn't be any easier to use!

I'd sure like to have my baby back... I had a lot of fun in this through high school. (this isn't mine... but very close to what mine looked like after my dad and I re-finished it) And then some A-HOLE keyed it from front to back sometime during the last 3 days of my senior year. I mean come on, I know I might have slept with a few dudes girlfriends... but what was I to do... they were hot!

I know one thing that REALLY helps with changing the strength of the flavors.... using a variable voltage device and adjusting it to where the flavor is at it's peak. I have really noticed a big difference since getting my Lava Tube and using 901 attys. It's crazy how much the flavor changes with the push of a button !

Or a pill dispenser at the bottom?

If you are using it on your ego battery then you don't need the adapter...since it had the raised 510 connection the drip shield slides right down over it perfectly. Then all you need to add is a drip tip! The trick with using them with 510 attys is to have some sort of adapter so that the juice leaks out where the adapter and atty connect... it then is collected in the drip shield . Hope that makes sense. It would be much easier if I could just show you, lol.

Here ya go... much better explanation: Atomizer Drip Shield Standard anodized aluminum Drip shield works with 901, 510, and 306 atomizers. 510 atomizers would require a 510 to 510 adapter, and 306 atomizers would require a 510 to 510 adapter and an XL drip tip. Drip Shield works on any 901 native connector, 901 can be used on 510 native connector with the use of a 510 to 901 Stealth adapter. These drip shields have 4 air intake holes and do not restrict the draw.

All the drip shields are the same... they need an adapter if you want to use it on a 510 though. I use a 'sealed 510-510 adapter' that way the drip shield covers where the adapter and atty connect and that's where the juice leaks out of and into the drip shield. That may not be exact, lol. But I indeed added 6, let soak in for a few seconds, added 6 more and let soak in for few more seconds. You can vape at this point, just add 3-4 drops and have at it. But I honestly like to have more than enough juice than just barely enough... ESPECIALLY if you are rockin' an LR atty. Brand new 901's will surprise you as to how much juice you can put in them... especially when you dont' have to watch for it to leak out of the little hole on the side! That no longer matters with the drip shields.
