  1. If you are a 'dripper' by chance... I would HIGHLY recommend these to try: I've yet to come across a bad one yet... and they work great! http://www.smartvapes.com/catalog/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=22_19&products_id=3
  2. Have you tried the ones that use the real thick rope-like material and bigger coil? From GotVapes?
  3. I think that some people actually use that stuff in juice... I think I've heard of it anyway. I'll check in to that.... and see how thick it is.
  4. BUT, you then ordered 'based on JeffB's advice... as you quoted above. So, who's anger is where now, I'm confuseled?? LOL,
  5. I have always de-wicked/de-bridged my atty's before even using them. Seems to work just fine for me... and they last a good long time! TIP: They will last even longer if you use a 'drip shield', and 510-510 adapter if need be, because you can really keep them juiced up! I mean to the point that flooding them keeps them covered in juice and you don't have to get to that point where you 'dry burn' one accidentally. This only shortens the life of an atty in my opinion... not to mention it burns the wicking within the coil, which will then taste like ***.
  6. Yeah, never have been a VG fan at all! It sucks that there aren't different thicknesses of PG we could use. Heck, that's the only reason I really use VG anyway, to thicken my PG based juices !
  7. I corrected that for you Brian, lol.
  8. What exactly are you using anyway??
  9. I've also read where you should really never dry burn an atty.... unless it's on it's last leg maybe, and you're about to toss it anyway.
  10. Um, yeah, don't waste your time with the cartos... they will more than likely be worse after you get done or not work at all. Atomizers? Eh, some clean em, some don't... I'm in the 'use it up till it's nasty and toss it' crowd personally. I've never found them to ever be that much better after cleaning them... to hell with it! Blowing them out is exactly what I do... and that's it!
  11. That's great news! And, trust me, I've had plenty of different juices that tasted 100 times better after steeping for a few days !
  12. I agree... but I'd go for the 'Grand' if I had a choice !
  13. I would imagine that it's a pretty nice vape at 6v with a 4.0-4.5 ohm atty! I'm just a simple guy... I'm happy at 3.7 with an LR... or a vari-volt and a 2.8-3.0 ohm atty. Don't forget people... right parts makes it all work! Plug in the volts and resistance and 'calculate'. At 6v and a 4.0ohm resistance... you end up with 9 watts of power....4.5 ohm at 6v is 8 watts... etc. etc. However, right now I'm rockin' my Empire, with a LR 1.8 ohm atty at 3.7 volts, and am very pleased at 7.6 watts. That must be my happy place about... because on my LT I have a 3.0 ohm atty and rock it around 4.8v.... that's 7.68 ! LOL http://thelocust.net/ohm/
  14. It's not too much if you have the proper rated atty/carto! If it's a '6v mod' then I would certainly get yourself some higher ohm attys/cartos to go with it. Madvapes sells all sorts of different ones... rated for HV vaping... such as 4.0 and 4.5 ohms. It's all about putting the right stuff together to end up with the perfect match. http://www.madvapes.com/High-Voltage-510-Atomizer-4-ohms_p_3104.html
  15. Don't do it ! You might like them !!
  16. Here is one option... and I love them! They currently have the 1.8's and 3.0's.... with a sealed center post as well. Work wonderfully with a 'shorty adapter' (also sold there) and a drip shield. Great price for a great atty I might add! http://www.smartvape...9&products_id=3
  17. SHHHHHH! Don't tell anyone!! Honestly though... I am seriously LOVING atty's and dripping again! But, as I've said, if it weren't for the 'drip shield' however... there would be no way in hell! There's nothing better than being able to seriously FLOOD an atty with liquid, and get a great vape out of it, and for quite a long while I might say! Yep, I'm back on the bridgeless 901 and 510's for the time being... but I'm sure it will all change again sometime in the near future... and when it does, I'm already prepared with a plethora of different cartos! I might add... these little beauties (plus a drip tip) are also a great invention to the vape market as well! There is now NO hot juice or anything from an atty spitting up and through the drip tip! I dig em ! I give you... (the 'out of stock') 'Universal': http://shop.cherryva...versal-0047.htm
  18. I 'hit it' at night whenever I wake up !! And then of course... I fall right back to sleep... wike a wittle baby !
  19. Not an actual user... but it's very difficult to 'flood' the atomizer, simply because if you do, the 'extra' is sucked back into the bottle. That's the great thing about bottom feeders, and this device in general. I've heard it's a rock solid unit as well. I would like one myself... but can never seem to get them when they are available in the color combo I want.
  20. Freakin' sweet, yo ! That engine is prolly worth more than the car??
  21. Just make sure to have extra's on hand... I easily can power through 2 a day if I'm only using the LT.... and rockin' it at 4.5 volts or higher. I pretty much switch up what I use though... so it's not a big deal.
  22. I have no idea on the other brands... I only use the AW's. There are now the 2000 mah AW High Drains out there as well.
  23. I say: Just go with what you got coming and see how you even like vaping. Then, decide from there, if you want to continue this journey called 'vaping'. You can always move up to a mod later (Lava Tube) if you decide to do so. Also, another good place for 'cheap/good juice' is Vapor Renu. I actually have a few staples I get from them on a regular basis that I really like!
  24. PBUSARDO has done a great review/comparison of it as well... no something I will be purchasing after watching the vids. I am, however, glad that you are happy with it and it is working out for you!!
  25. As you have seen... there is certainly plenty of other great juice vendors out there !!
