Okay here is the problem I got a 510 and today I took a piece of tolet paper and tried to clean the atty and this black like charcoal stuff came out fo I picked it all out. now I get this bad taste in my mouth every time I vape I can also see the metal wick inside the atty Should it be metal. IT not the same. But like everyone here I useto smoke 2 to 3 packs of cigs a day. A very heavy smoker. And I was scared to death to quite just the thought of quiting in the past would give me a panic attack. In fact I would try the patch, the gum, medications you name it. And I would smoke more on those then without them. But with the help of the e-cig quitting was alot easier. It took a month to completely quite. And if you have a cig. in between so what. Have one or two or three. who cares. But before you reach for the analog cigs. Take a few hits off your e-cig and what 1 minute or 2 then if you need a analog cig have it. Ths is the method I used and I found my self reaching less for the analog cig. Well good luck and this forum is alot of help in quitting..

Yeah It is addictive but I also look at the up side of the argument. 1) i Can walk out to my car in the middle of winter without losing my lungs. 2) I am not spending 300 a month for cigs.instead I am only spending 60 3) I don't keep my wife up all nite hacking up a lung 4) I can smell 5) I can afford satelite T.V This is only a few things I can think oF

See everything you guys are suggesting sounds great. But the problem is this. I can't watch videos on my computer because I only have dial up for me to watch a six minute video takes 12 hours to download. They don't offer high speed or cable where I live.

I think it is just mind over matter they beleive it will help and it does. Then later down the line there bodies do repaire it self. Lets use me for a example. My doctor told me to Quit or die that if I didn't quit I would be dead by the time I am fifty. Thats why I am doing it. Also I tell people that it is my breathing treatment, with nicotine.

Has anyone ever put regular cotton balls. In there cartridges to help soak up the liquid to make it go longer.

Well it have been 28 hrs since my last analog cig. And I am doing okay for now. My family haven't moved out yet. But I think probly around day 5 I should be able to kick the habbit. "]My link

This might sound stupid. But is there anyway for me to clean my cartridges so I can use them longer. Basically I am trying to get the more bang for my buck.

I got my 510 today tried it for the first time. when I got it in the door took me about 5 minutes to realize that the cartridge on the atomizer (I think thats what you call it) did'nt have anything in it. But I popped in a cartridge and away I went. After I got done I wanted to try a regular cig. And to tell you the truth I think my e-cig is stronger because I got a buzz off the e-cig that never happened to me with a regular cig. I have two cigs left in the pack which I am going to use then I am off the reguler cig. I will keep everyone posted on my progress. Thank You again Jason,

Well I bit the bullet and bought a joyce 510 from Jason at electro-nic-stix. I figured after bothering him with question and discount codes he deserved my business. The only thing left to do is sit here smoke like a fiend. And wait. And dream of the day were I can walk out to my mail box and not be out of breath...
