What an interesting topic. While I totally agree with all the posts here, I keep thinking what if a son or daughter comes to you and says "Dad/Mom, I want to take up smoking". I know, none of us did it that way, but chances are we all got caught shortly after we started. Wouldn't we want to at least encourage the vaping alternative to analogs? I would much rather my kids vape than smoke (which none of the do thank God!)

Arno (Awesome Vapor) sells the Screwdriver with adapters for all 3 atty's included. Although I see he's out of stock right now.

Now that is funny! Just my 2 cents TeriJo...Wordup has an Ego package with 2 batts and 2 atty's, and various carts for $85.00. I did a lot of research myself, and settled on the Screwdriver, until I found a good price on the Ego. I highly recommend it! I plan on having a Screwdriver sometime soon, but I'm real satisfied with the Ego.

I am no expert on the fine points of the fair tax, but imagine this....if you make $2000.00 a month on your job, you take home $2000.00 a month. No income tax, no social security tax. You get it all. No tax taken out. What you do pay is a 23% consumption (sales) tax. So it is your choice when deciding to make a purchase whether you do or do not make the purchase and pay tax. That said, with the amount of embedded taxes already in anything we now buy, those would also disappear. So the cost of what we buy would go down. Also, if you buy new, you pay the tax, but if you buy used, no tax (no double taxation) There are special rules for big ticket items (cars, homes, etc) and food. Someone said they were against taxes in this thread. Me too! But we do need National Defense, some entitlement programs, and limited government. Someone has to pay for it, and that's us. Again, I'm no expert, but I know enough to know that this is what this country needs to keep our status in the world.

I got an Ego late last week, and vaped it over the weekend. I was really a little disappointed in the flavor and vapor production.......until about an hour ago! I was using the carts that came with the unit, with the fiber fillers. I decided I had to try something to beef it up a little, and did a PTB mod. It took a little more of the bag than the 1/2 bag that a Joye 510 requires, but what a difference!!! I'm using the same battery that I started at 8:00AM this morning, and it's great. I am actually vaping juice that I had previously thought was very bad (Dr Pepper), and it's good. Plus the vapor production is great.

I've been trying the soda flavors, and the Pepsi and Root Beer have been great. Mtn Dew, not so good. But I just got some Dr Pepper from Wordup which is darker than most. It's not good either. Kind of has a mouth burn to it. only other juice I have which is a little darker is 555. But it's fine.

I may be repeating myself JTJoe, but Juicyvapor has good stuff. VG, PG, or a 50/50 mix. If you like the Root Beer, I recommend theirs. Although I see on their site they are temporarily not taking orders. Any suggestions on a tobacco flavor with a little fruit flavoring? Like a cherry tobacco?

Thanks Brian. I had completely forgot about a video I saw some time ago by the "guy with the fedora" about blowing into an atty to get excess juice out, then cleaning with a tissue. I blew into it at least 8 times before stuff stopped coming out! cleaned it out and it's the nice easy draw again! Problem solved! Thanks again.

Just a quick update. Despite my earlier decision to go with the Screwdriver, I followed jmhester's link to Wordup to look at the Ego again. Since my money spent vaping vs money saved not buying analogs was almost at $0, I bought the Ego. Got it yesterday, took it to work today, and loved it! At about 10 hours, I decided to switch batteries, even though the first one was still going. But I still plan on getting the Screwdriver from Arno, just a little later.

Rotating RY4 which is very good.....and Mt Dew which I don't recommend to anyone. But I'm not going to waste it, so I'll use it up thinking about the great flavors I have in reserve.
