gnerd got a reaction from tzymroz2013 in What Type Of Music Do You Listen To Mostly
I actually like a lot of different kinds of music. Rock is my staple, but I like blues, bluegrass, some (but very little) country, rockabilly and gospel. Rap/hip-hop are out. My taste in rock is guitar-driven - David Gilmour/Pink Floyd, Aerosmith, Foo Fighters, older ZZ Top, etc. Recent discoveries that rate high are Broken Records, Built to Spill, Delta Spirit, Andrew Bird (although that guy can't really be categorized) and The Big Pink. For blues the standards are Keb' Mo', Los Lonely Boys, SRV, Henry Thomas and Joe Bonamassa. I like some Christian rock, notably The Call and Third Day. Warren Zevon is way up near the top of my list, and also Wishbone Ash for a good nostalgia rush.
Now you've done it - I'm going through my collection again...

gnerd got a reaction from nana in Maximum Nic Strength 36Mg
My brother and I were raised to be independent thinkers, to be self-sufficient, and to accept responsibility for our own actions. We resent government intrusion in our lives, and deeply resent the current litigious state of American culture. We think people should educate themselves before engaging in any potentially hazardous activity, and barring that, stand up as adults and take their lumps for their own stupid behavior. We don't feel responsible in the slightest for people who fail to conduct themselves with a modicum of common sense, and don't expect to be held accountable for them. Just my two cents.

They're not health promoters, they're control freaks on an anti-addiction crusade. They don't want safe alternatives, they want people with the temerity to become substance addicted to suffer. It's a Puritan thing - "Poison not thy fleshly temple pilgrim, or suffer thy God's eternal wrath!" They've mistaken themselves for deities.

I'm a former Kool full flavor smoker (as well as Newports on occasion), and had difficulty finding a satisfying juice. Since you're a heavy smoker, you'll probably want a super-high nicotine fluid. The best I've found to satisfy my nicotine/menthol/throat hit need is Tasty Vapor's Tobacco Menthol in 48mg strength. It's absolutely superb. He only sells in 1 fluid ounce sizes, so if you don't like it you'll throw away a lot of juice, but it's cheap at $15 per oz. I really can't see any heavy menthol smoker not finding it satisfactory.
