  1. Gosh, I miss that. Congrats again to both of you - enjoy life!
  2. It's been a long wait, but it's been interesting to follow the production of it.
  3. Some suppliers would like you to believe that you should only use thier juice, but it's just not true. For me, the juice from the VT store is my favorite. The VT Tobacco is my all day vape, and Sweet Dawn if my second favorite. You'll find many here are big Dulcis fans. I like it too, but it's a little to sweet for me to vape often. Wordup also has good juice and he offers a really good deal on a 5ml sample pack. You can pick 5 flavors for $21 and they come in 5ml bottles. He has a lot of flavors to choose from and you can pick the strength. You can also pick any juice in PG, VG, or a mix. This is a good way to get an idea of what you like without spending a lot and wasting a lot of juice. As for suppliers to avoid... well, taste is subjective, so I'll stay away from that. BTW - welcome to Vapor Talk!
  4. I dont' think you overfilled it... if you over fill it you will hear some gurgling. I normally drip onto the side while rotating the carto every few drop until it starts to pool a little at the top. Cartos are a little airy and may take some getting use to. And some may take 10 minutes for so to break in. I've had some that work great right off the bat, and others that take several minutes before they really kick in.
  5. Glad you're liking them. I've been getting about 30 drops in mine, but occasionally I get one that seem to have more filler in it and will hold 40.
  6. Wow! You really came through on this one - Thanks!!! Great news.
  7. Joker 2 already... Well, I'm feeling a little screwed. I had just about gotten over my buyers remorse, but this just takes the cake. I feel like I got the unfinished version. So this version is adjustable voltage from 3.7 - 6v using the same batteries as the first joker. Doesn't this mean that the first joker is really a 6v unit? Seems like I asked that before and got some confusing answer from Jesso. Anyhow, I think I'll go order a Buzz. Sorry to vent.
  8. Here's a good vid. Direct Dripping This is a good one too. How do you get so much vapor
  9. If you haven't tried dripping, I would try it before removing the wick. That alone may be enough to help.
  10. Some pics of the inside in the thread below. My link
  11. If your other battery died, then this one may be weak. I had some 10440 batts that did that to me. Took me a while to figure out my spade was fine, just old batteries. It wasn't doing the same thing you're seeing, but just wan't hitting good. Anyhow, I used a q-tip and alchohol on my VP2 a few times, and I know someone else set it soak in alchohol in a small glass (just make sure you don't go past the vent holes).
  12. You got a fresh battery in it? I know there have been problems with the adapter puting up the atty connector, and also problems with the center pole in the VP2 getting pushed down, but if the atty is getting hot... never heard of anything like this. New to me. I'm thinking it's just not getting a good connection, or the battery is getting old.
  13. Both attys are doing the same thing? Neither of them work on the VP2 but both work on the PT?
  14. Is the juice you're using dark in color? I've had some juices that were really dark and they did this. I could never get them to vape good... may one or two good hits and then total burning crap taste. I've got about four bottles of juice sitting on my shelf that will never be used. Also, after using one of those juices, the taste stayed in the atty for a long time... took some heavy vaping to get it all out.
  15. You would need an 801 to 901/KR808 adapter. Adapter
  16. And has free shipping, I think.
  17. I looked around and what I hear is that cigeasy doens't use coupon codes.
  18. Check this out. My link But I don't see one for cigeasy.
  19. Clouds of Vapor has the best price I've seen, and you get 10% off with the code "bigbuyer". COV I don't know that there's much variations among the cartos... they all run around 3.0 ohm (but there are some lower resistance ones popping up). This site is clearing out the 510 cartos and has them on sale for $4.95 until they're gone. He sells primarily KR808 stuff, got in the 510 cartos and ended up just confusing his customers, so he's decided not to carry them any more. Cigeasy
  20. Well, there are a lot of Joye eGo knock-offs made by other manufactures and with different names. Now there are knock-offs that are actually being marketed as an eGo. Just beware... if you see an eGo that's not specifically a Joye/Janty eGo (or a TW Tornado), then it's not made my Joye.
  21. Now there are eGo clones that are even being called eGo. Joye
  22. Cool to have a supplier so close by, let alone two of them!!! I love madvapes... have baught a lot of modding parts from Mark. I don't think the nic level would affect the flavor, but I don't really know. Juices from different suppliers will taste different, unless they are comming from the same source. Keep in mind that your taste buds may take a while to recover from quitting smoking. You may have some juices that you can't taste now, but try them again in a few weeks.
  23. Attys can be hit and miss. Don't be surprised if one lasts a couple of months or more, but at the same time don't be surprised if on only lasts a few days. I use cartomizers while driving or any other on-the-go type activity (fishing). Most of the time I'm using a regular 510 atty and direct dripping, but the cartos are handy when you can't drip. It's certainly something that would be good to try and to have around. Oh - I'm pretty sure all of my orders from wordup have made it to WV in 2-3 days.
  24. The new mega batts for the eGo are 1000 mAh vs the current 650 mAh. Wordup has them for $27. I haven't looked around for them, but I'm sure other suppliers are selling them also (Pretty sure TW has them). My link
  25. Mega batts use the same charger as your regular 510 batteries. Not sure what you mean about pass through???
