How did you clean it? I would make sure the connection points are good and clean (on the atty and battery). Make sure it's got enough juice in it (sometimes after cleaning it takes a little more). On the other hand, make sure it's not flooded also (do you hear a gurgling sound when you draw on it?). Try the working atty on both batteries to make sure it's not the battery. After that, I would contact the supplier (Jason).

It shouldn't be leaking that much... what model are you using? Leaking will happen, but as you gain experience it will become less of an occurrence. I have to agree with FTJoe - not sure anyone is qualified to answer. I've had 24mg all over my hands before and haven't had any problem except for when I forget and rub my eyes and then the only issue is that it burns. I do try to rinse my hands when I get any on me, but sometimes I don't.

Under the regular Joye 510... it's one of the dropdown options. Click on the dropdown and it's the 1st atty listed. My link

LOL! I've used that same reasoning, but I'm way in the red at the moment. However, I've got enough stuff that if I didn't buy anything else I could probably go 2-3 years with what I have.

Interesting idea. Using glue on the switch to keep it in place?

I've had the instructions saved for a long time and thought about giving it a go some day. If I recall correclty, you'll have to spend about $60 or $70 for parts. The instruction are very detailed... Nuck did a nice job on them. I really do like it, but I'm with Bigjim... just could't bring myself to pay $200 for it. Looks like you got yours just in time... I was looking at the website and he's sold out.

Glad you like it GDub! I've been having a bad atty streak too. My first 510 atty at 6V lasted a month and I was thinking that was great. Then pop, pop, pop. I went through several in a few weeks.

Can you explain how the RCA adapter works as far as a connection? I'm a little confused. Guess I need to get into my junk box and pull some out and investigate. I've got a flashlight just like that pulled apart, but never got around to doing anything with it. This may move the process along... Thanks!

Welcome to VT! I would have to agree, you'd get more bang for your buck with a 510 model (510, eGo/Tornado). However, as Kitsune said, that doesn't mean the Blu won't work for you. Since you said you were a light smoker I thought the Blu may be okay for you, but when you specifically mentioned throat hit... not so sure. The 510 has an awesome thoat hit.

FYI - Nic is measured in mg per ml. So your 18mg juice has 18mg of nic per one ml of juice. Higher nic is availalbe and is used for DIY. I use 48mg nic to make 24mg juice. Until someone proves to me that vaping is worse than smoking, I'll be vaping. I don't think you'll find anyone who won't agree that nic juice can be dangerous and should be handled with care, kept away from children, pets, etc.

Wordup has both.

If you've got the hard caps (glued in) then the condom method is the way to go for sure. I never managed to get the cap off of one of those without destroying it. I've got soft caps now and prefer just dripping in to fill it.

You hook it to your Buzz and attach your volt meter to it when setting the volts. Voltage Adapter

Yep Mike - Dave and Nana covered it pretty good. I have a SB. I also have the SB/PT and use it with an enercell adapter that you can switch between 3, 5, 6, 6.5, 7 and 7.5V. I also have an Omega and a Joker. I am looking forward to the Joker2 upgrade for veri-volt. 510 attys have been hit and miss at 6V so I'm hoping if I drop voltage a little it'll be a little more consistent. As everyone know, it's all a matter of personal preference and finding what works for you. Some poeple love LR attys, some don't. Some people love HV, some don't. For me, trying so many different things has been half the fun of vaping.

Better than Christmas!!!

I assume you're talking about the enercell? RadioShack. I got mine at the local store and it was cheaper than online. The N adaper fits directly into the SB/PT, or you can get the USB adapter and continue to use the cord that came with it. Radioshack - Enercell N plug

I have to agree with what GDub said. I'm not aware of very many... the Indulgence... I think Puresmoker has one.

What Kind Of Atomizers Are Used For High Voltage?
Brian replied to Popsicle's topic in Troubleshooting & Technical Issues
I just started using a BE112 about a week ago and really like it. Now, this "poof" you speak of, I've had that happen on 510s and on this BE112. I call it back firing. The atty continue to work fine though... just scares the heck out of me when it does it. -
I'm with Dave on this one. I use 510s at 6V and recently started using a BE112 (801) and it's working out well also. When I'm driving, I use a carto, but also at 6V. I can't see going back to 3.7V. I did try two LR attys when they first came out, but didn't care for them.

My DBSB and PT are shiny. You proud of me Dave?

Thanks Bigjim! I use the SB/PT with an enercell adapter so you can switch volts... 3, 5, 6, 6.5, 7 and 7.5. I had a video posted about it, but it got biffed. I'll posted it below. GDub - pretty much the same size as the SB. It is just a hiar shorter (can barely notice) and a little smaller in diameter. Do you get your BE112s from BE? Looks like they ship directly from China. I got mine from indyvapor, but was looking around for other sources. Bigjim - here's that vid:

That's great!

When I got my SB a while back I read that altsmoke says not to use a Joye 302 on a 510 to 801 adapter. Apparently the connection on the 302 is slightly different. Pffft. Of coure, I tried it, but could never get the 302 to work on any of the adapters I have. Anyhow, this weekend I wanted to compare the 302 at 6V with the BE112. I've been using the BE112 for a little over a week and really like it at 6V, but I've got several 302s I'd like to be able to use. I had the BE112 on the SB and was going to try the 302 on the Omega. Couldn't get it to work. I tinkered around with it, thought the unit was getting a little warm, but didn't think much of it. So then it finally started working. I got about two toots and noticed that the unit was now VERY warm. I opened it up and removed the batteries and they were VERY HOT! Not hot enough to burn my skin or anything, but hotter than I've ever seen one get. Little scary. I won't be doing that again. The batteries took about 20 minutes to cool all the way down. I left them alone for about an hour and they've been working fine. I guess the 302s will be for the VP/PT. Just thought I'd share this. I know there are people out there using the 302 on an adapter, just be careful.

Thanks for the positive feedback yall!

Recently switched to using a BE112 (801) on my SB (now Omega) at 6V but didn't have any 801 drip tips. This worked very well.
