  1. It's under the "House of Flavors (Expert DIY Flavors)" navigation option. You can also find it in the DIY flavors, but not in any order. DIY Flavorshack
  2. Just checked... "Pure ethyl maltol crystals. These can be dissolved in alcohol or Propylene Glycol @ 10%. (use a little heat)"
  3. I think DIY has it in liquid form. I've only seen it in the crystal form everywhere else.
  4. The 510 atty is probably going to give you the best throat hit you're going to get without going to a high voltage model. I need TH also, and vaping at 5 to 6 volts has been great for me. Vapor4Life sells KR808 models which use cartomizers. The threads are not compatible with the 510 you have. Since you have a 510, you may just want to pick up a pack of 510 cartomizers to try.
  5. Have you tried a carto at 6V? Just got back from vacation... 9 hour drive each way and cartos were great. Not saying I'll use them all the time, but they certainly have a purpose for me.
  6. I don't miss the over flowing ash tray. I don't miss having ashes all over my desk. I don't miss having ashes blow into my eyes while driving.
  7. At 3.7v I was only using 2-3 drops. At 6V I use 3, sometimes 4. I find that you're more prone to leaks if you're vaping heavily and not letting the atty cool down a little. Like Joe said, I also blow out my atty at least once a day, sometimes more and also stuff a piece of tissue or paper towel in it and let it set for several minutes. I still get a leak from time to time, but not nearly as much as when I first started vaping.
  8. The ones that came with my eGos from PureSmoker are 1.5ohm, but I can't find an LR on it any where. It may be there, but I can't see it and can't find a magnifying glass. It's a stainless steel one like Stirfry said.
  9. Well, after looking again, the warning that comes with the eGo says not to use the eGo charger with regular 510 batteries. So I would say you're okay using the eGo batteries on a regular charger. The warning says: "This kind of USB charger can't be used to charge JOYE 510 batteries or it will destroy the batteries"
  10. That's interesting. However, only my KaMel and Americanno were full. Two bottles of 555, the RY5 and M/Borough were all about 3/4 full. Good to know I'm not the only one who can't taste it though.
  11. Yep, the stuff my grandpa used. That's what the taste reminds me of.
  12. The eGo uses a 510 atty, so the parts will be interchangable. Yes, I only got about 1 - 1.5 hours from a regular 510 battery. They are quite small and don't last long between charges. I only used my kit for about a week before upgrading. A couple of things to note... the 510 atty does have a break in period, but that's usually only 30 minutes or so. For better vapor production, you may want to check out direct dripping (link below). Some are able to use carts sucessfully, but most of us turn to direct dripping. Carts don't always work very well. What is direct dripping. Oh- the supplier where you got your eGo should honor the Janty warranty. Where did you get it?
  13. The Janty eGo, Joye eGo and the Totally Wicked Tornado are all made by Joye. They are the same.
  14. I got my 5 pack of TW tobacco flavors just before leaving for vacation, but I did get to try them out. The KaMel and M/Borough had that same "old spice" taste to me that I don't care for. Very similar to some of the FA tobacco flavors I've tried. Not thrilled about these two. Ruyan5 - the best way I can describe this is that all I got from it was a slight sweet taste on my tongue. Other than that, it's flavorless to me. 555 - Dave did a good job describing this in his post. I like it and it is vapable alone, but I'm looking forward to mixing it with other flavors. I'm happy that it doesn't have the old spice taste. Tobacco Americanno - I'm really enjoying this one. To me, it's like many of the sweet RY4s. I've vaped this by itself and it's good. I've also used it in my mix of peanut buttern and chocolate and it's very good. Thumbs up on the 555 and Americanno. I'm sure I'll enjoy using these.
  15. Since I only use the cartomizer for about 1.5 hours a day (while driving), I probably go about two weeks. I think since it's not sued that often, the juice gets a little stale. Like Jeff though, I hate to toss them (that's so... final) so my ashtray is starting to fill up with them. Some day I'll run some hot water through them and see how they work.
  16. I think you need an adapter to use a regular 510 charger, but the eGo instruction do say not to use a regular charger. There are lots of discount codes for 7.5% off TW. Check out the forum supporting suppliers and the certified supplier list. Be sure before purchasing to look for a discount code. Below is a link to a coupon code master list at vaperzone. Once you decide, feel free to ask in the forum about the vedor if you want. My link
  17. I didn't see Tenergy LiFePO4s on that list you linked. The Tenergy LiFePO4s I was referring to are labeled 750mah. The ones that come with the Joker are not Tenergy and are only 400 mAh. Having said that, I do plan to get some of the 3.7V 16340s also.
  18. They have them now. $129 for the kit (holster, batteries/charger), $109 for just the unit. Personally, I'd just buy the unit and order batteries from batteryjunction. You can get 6 LiFePO4s w/charger for $26.
  19. The original Joker does not have regulated voltage. They say it's 5 volt, but that's under load. You actually have 6.5V going to the atty. I blew a couple of 510's on it, but I have the same problem with my Silver Bullet. I've been getting 1-2 weeks with 510 atty at HV. I had one last a month. I had a BE112 (same as 801/302) last about 3 weeks. I've got some 302s but haven't been able to get one to work with an adapter. The 801/302 style attys have a higher resistance (3-3.5 ohm) vs. the regular Joye 510 at 2.2 ohm so they don't get as hot.
  20. Wouldn't impurities cause more build up on the coil? To Dave's point (I think), the better quality the juice, the more of it actually vaporizes and there's not as much left behind to create build up.
  21. I've used all the sources above, but here are a few more: FreedomsmokeUSA The Perfumer's Apprentic (I think the "signature series" carried by ecigexpress is The Perfume's Apprentice, but I could be wrong) Loranns For nic, I've purchased from Myfreedomsmokes (linked by Burn) and xtremevaping (link below). Xtremevaping
  22. I've got three different kinds of drip tips and the cone fits them all. I haven't heard of any complaints about a cone not fitting a drip tip. It may be a tight squeeze, but should fit. FYI - Since you have a Tornado, TW does sell drip tips pretty cheap.
