  1. I did a google on it. Could it be from the game Crysis 2? http://www.godlikepr...sage1756887/pg1 IDK - sure would be interesting to hear it for myself.
  2. Welcome and congrats! I vape in my office, but I try to be discrete. It only takes one jerk to complain and it will ruin it for everyone.
  3. Welcome to Vapor Talk! Everyone is different. Some make the switch without any problem, but it's not that easy for everyone. Hang in there and feel free to ask any questions.
  4. Sounds like you're set! Glad you're enjoying it.
  5. The RN4081 is an older model. It's often rebranded and sold at a crazy high price.
  6. Going with higher voltage is going to get you bigger throat hit. What % VG do you use? VG will give you massive vapor. A few months after I started vaping I couldn't get enough throat hit which is what led me to the BSB at 6V. It did the job, but I was going though attys about once every other week or more. After getting a VV device I started trying to lower my voltage. Down at 4.9V my attys are lasting over a month, usually more. I've only recently started using cartos on a regular basis as for a long time I didn't feel like I was getting what I needed from them. If you like 5V, you can always set a VV device to 5V. No biggie. Many say they set it once and rarely ever change it. I tend to change mine regularly as I've been switching between cartos and attys. The 306 uses 510 threads - it was just something I wanted to try and liked it, but not really much different than a 510 as far as performance goes.
  7. I saw your other post about the Provari. Definitely check out the iPro and the BuzzPro from Notcigs. You'll like the price better and there's usually a 10% discount code floating around. Having said that, I've been using my Provari for a year now and love it. The nice thing about VV is that you can adjust it to suite your needs. With a regular 510 atty I like 4.9V. With regular cartos 5.1V (sometimes more, sometimes less). With Boge LR 4.1-4.2V. I have a 306 that seems best around 4.4v. I've tried hard over the past year to use lower voltages (I use to be a 6V vaper).
  8. Some flavors are just that way. You may let you mix sit for a few days (called Steeping) and see if that helps. I have a Black Cherry from TPA that smells soooo good, but when mixed it tastes very perfumy/soapy. I did mix it a little strong, so one of these days I may try a smaller %.
  9. Yep - no worries. I've had both my orders from them within 7 days.
  10. Nice review! I have an Omega. It's really nice, but not long after I got it went to a VV device so it never got used much.
  11. I'm feeling like a bit of a dope right now. I had started using dual coil cartos when this problem started. I went back to my regular atty and some regular cartos at higher voltage and my batteries are fine. Those DCCS really drain them fast!
  12. I have 3 AW IMR 18650 batteries that I've been using in my Provari for about a year now and I think they're all just about shot. They just won't hold a charge very long any more (often less than an hour or two). I thought the life of them was suppose to be around 500 cycles, but there's no way I've charged these batteries that many times in a year. I've cleaned all my contact points on the battery, my charger and the Provari and have also tried using a different charger, but get the same results. Pretty sure they're on their last leg. Just curious what others are experiencing.
  13. Polycase.com, but I'm not sure exactly which one he was using (Looks like one of the VM series). http://www.polycase.com/
  14. I voted for the White House, but my vote was not influenced by ecigs alone. LOL!
  15. Yes, you can mix it with some VG so soften the TH and increase the vapor, but it will also reduce the flavor. Kitsune says the Humco Glycerin at Walmart is good. http://www.walmart.com/ip/Humco-Skin-Protectant-Glycerin-Usp-6-oz/10417582
  16. This is not really a review, but more of a follow up as to how durable the Provari is. I've been using it for about a year now, but have been pretty fortunate in not having really given it a beating. Well, we've had some nice weather over Christmas and the kids got some outside stuff so we've been spending some time outside while the weather is nice. My Provari has now taken several falls from my shirt pocket to the concrete driveway so I can say with confidence that this thing is rock solid. It's scraped up pretty good now, especially around the battery cup. The last fall actually cracked my drip tip, but the Provari keeps working perfectly.
  17. I've never met him, but he always seemed like a good guy to me.
  18. I've never had Halo or Vermillion River, so can't help there. I have heard both good and bad things about Halo - seems you either love it or you don't. Perhaps Mike could let you try some sample at the store before you purchase? Also, I'll like some info about DIY below, but I'm sure Mike can hook you up with everything you need.
  19. Another US supplier with the LavaTube, but called "The Knight Rider". http://www.ecigcharleston.com/The-Knight-Rider-s/98.htm
  20. Looks like Volcano was unknowingly selling fake AW batteries for the Lava Tube. Sounds like they're dealing with it appropriately. http://forum.volcanoecigs.com/battery-issue-t7830.html
  21. Last week I had a carto that was turning my juice brown. Looked a little gross... each time I refilled it and would blow it out, the juice was very dark drown and the condensation in my drip tip was the same color. The carto had a tight draw, but worked okay mostly. I used it for 3-4 days. It was still working when I pitched it. New carto, same juice, no discoloration.
  22. Oh my. Don't use tap water in your Neti Pot. I've never used a Neti Pot, but with all my sinus problems, I've been thinking about trying it. http://www.foxnews.com/health/2011/12/19/brain-eating-amoeba-fatalities-linked-to-common-cold-remedy/
  23. Sweet order! Boba's is 100% VG - not sure how well that will work with cartos and the tank. Hopefully someone else can advise. You may need to make the punches bigger. Something to look into I reckon.
  24. There are some vids on youtube that will give you a pretty good indicator of the size. The Joyetech vid is here: http://www.joyetech.com/video/uccmovie_view.php?no=12
