Congratulations!!!

Yep - Madvapes is where I learned it.

The Joye 510 LR atty runs 1.5ohm. The Joye standard atty is 2.2ohm. For most other brands, the LR atty runs 1.8 to 2.0ohm, and the standard atty is around 2.8-3.0 ish.

According to this it's up. I can't get to it, but as easilyamused said, some can. http://www.downforev.../vaporrenew.com Actually, this probably doesn't mean anything.

I can't answer that - never heard of it. Sorry.

Cotton Candy and Marsh Mallow make good sweeteners.

The difference between the 510 and the 901 is the threads on the battery. A 510 attomizer will run a little hotter, which will give you more vapor and better throat hit. The 901 attomizer will give you better flavor, but less vapor and throat hit. I'd say if you're a long time heavy smoker, you're going to need the 510. Be very cautious about what you can buy at your local smoke shops. They tend to be over priced and not the best performers. As for tobacco eliquid, you're not likely to find anything that tastes like a real cigarette. What you will find is something better. If you quit smoking for a week or two and then light one up, you'll see how bad a cigarette really tastes and you'll be glad that your eliquid doesn't taste that way. I smoked 1 1/2 packs a day for 20 years and now I vape 15-20ml of 24mg eliquid per week.

1. December 2009. 2. Nope. It's been over a year now. 3. Smoked 1 1/2 packs a day (+/-) for 20 years (started in 89, quit in 09). 4. No. Nothing new since I started vaping. 5. No.

Never had any problems.

Glad you're enjoying the T.

At first I thought maybe I was vaping less, but I'm still putting away 15-20ml per week @ 4.9V.

Madvapes has them too. I've always heard you need 2amps for the PT to work. http://www.madvapes.com/2-amp-AC-to-USB-Adapter-ideal-for-Passthroughs_p_2357.html

I haven't used anything else since I got my Provari either. FYI - I'm using the 18650s also and only have to change my battery once a day.
-
I haven't used them either. Whenever I fill a regular cartomizer, I always blow though it gently to get out any excess juice that will leak out. Just hold a napkin over the battery end and gently blow through it until it stops gurgling. Wipe the end off and good to go.

LOL! Glad you're enjoying the journey.

The main difference between batteries is the threads (what type of attomizer you can use on them) and the mah rating (how long they last between charges). All rechargeable batteries have a limited life cycle, meaning there are only so many times they can be charged. The standard ecig battery that comes with many of the starter kits usually run 180mah or 280mah. A 180mah battery will not last very long between charges (I only got about 1 to 1.5 hours on them), so you're having to charge them several times a day. If the life span is 200 charges and you're charging it several times a day, it's not going to last long. On the other hand, there are some bigger batteries (like the Joye eGo) that are 650mah. These batteries last 8+ hours for most (and 10-12 hours for many). In this case, with a 200 charge life span (don't know if that's what it is) and you're only charging them once or twice a day, they're going to last longer. From what I've heard, the eGo batteries last about 6 months or so. Automatic batteries do not have a button. They are activated by the air flow when you take a drag. Manual batteries have a button on them and you have to push the button when you take a drag to activate the battery. Generally, automatic batteries are not sealed, so if you have a leak eliquid can get into the battery and ruin it. Manual batteries are sealed so no eliquid can get in. Automatic batteries also usually have an automatic cut-off - usually about 5 seconds, so you can only take a 5 second drag before it cuts off. Manual batteries will fire for as long as you hold the button down.

Did you contact the supplier? If you got that from the Vapor Talk Store, I would fill out a support ticket for the store: Support Ticket

The pics the OP posted show the male threads on the cartomizer. Can't be a KR808D, can it?
-
Looks like an RN4081, but really hard to say. Goodprophets - RN4081 cartomizers (look at the pics) Goodprophets - RN4081 battery (see pic) VaporKings - RN4081 cartos/batts, etc.

I'm not aware of anything in WV at all. Altsmoke is opening a store in New Philadelphia, OH. That's about 2 - 2.5 hours north of Huntington.

Thank You!

I don't know much about this vendor, but hey have been around for a while. According to their site: "Local To DFW? If your local and don't want to wait at the mail box my staff is available for local pick, delivery, and meets. If your ecig is dead ,lost, or you left your juice at the bar we tend to have a 15min+drive time response. In some cases till 2AM." You may want to contact them if you're in that much of a rush. DFW Vapor What you probably keep hearing is Totall Wicked. They sell the Tornado, which is the same thing as the Joye eGo. There's supporting supplier section at the bottom of this forum with great suppliers that provide excellent customer service. Honestly, I would slow down a little, read some of the forum, ask questions and do a little research. Don't run in and get something you may not be happy with. On the other hand, most will recommend you get a Joye eGo, and most of our supporting suppliers have those in stock.

You start with the nic juice you have... say you have 10ml of 24mg juice. 10ml X 24mg = 240mg of nic in the bottle. If you add 2ml of no nic flavoring, you still have 240mg of nice, but in 12ml instead of 10ml. So, divide the 240mg by 12ml and you have 20mg per ml.
