Atomizers typically last 2-6 weeks. Some less, some much more. An atomizer is two pieces. You have the atomizer and the cartridge. The cartridge (mouth piece) has some filler in it and it holds the eliquid. The cartridge is inserted into the attomizer and feeds the eliquid to the atomizer. You can also use a drip tip instead of the cartridge. A drip tip is a mouth piece with a wide hole through it. You drip you eliquid through the hold directly into the atomizer. Usually 2-3 drops will get you 5-10 good hits. This is called direct dripping. A cartomizer is one piece. It has a coil inside that is surrounded by a filler material. You can put 25-30 drops in it and it will last you a while before you need to add more eliquid. For higher voltage you would need a different ecig (called a mod) that is capable of high voltage. If you're interested in high voltage, then I would suggest going with the Joye eGo instead of the standard 510. The eGo has bigger batteries so you can use a low resistance (LR) atomizer on it. The LR atty will burn hotter/faster and create more vapor, which will give you a bigger throat hit. The LR atty simulated high voltage vaping, but without having to buy a high voltage unit.

You'll be much better off using the LR atty with the drip tip. The LR will use up eliquid faster, so using a cart probably won't give it enough juice fast enough.

Interesting. I hope they are better than the "smart carts" I've been seeing. The reviews on those have not been great.

I would be cautious about getting something that you haven't used before in bulk. Can you specify to them what you're looking for, as in you want Boge cartos, etc?

I don't think it will specifically knock out the tobacco taste, but it will dilute the flavor and the nic content. I had some 555 that I thought was a little strong - added some cotton candy flavoring to it and that made a big difference.

The Tornado and the Joye eGo are the same thing - both made by Joyetech. They are one in the same. You will see a significant difference in the battery life between a standard 510 kit and the eGo. If you're a 1-2 pack a day smoker, you'll probably get 1-2 hours on the standard 510 battery vs. 8-12 hours on the eGo.

I don't judge either, but always point out that I like to support the US suppliers. It's the US suppliers that have helped build this community. It's US suppliers that have kept these forums going and are helping get the word out. Chris, for example, does not take donations to keep this forum up. It's paid for by the supporting suppliers and the store sales. I just think some of the more reputable suppliers have played a big role in shaping this community.

I believe the Tank is about the same size as the regular Tornado/eGo unless you get the newer kit with the 1000 mah batteries. That price seems reasonable, but check out the supporting suppliers on this forum - you find find a better price on the eGo.

I've heard that if you email healthcabin with some specifics about what you want and how many (ie 200 cartomizers), they will give you a bulk pricing deal. May be worth your effort.

Eastmall and Healthcabin both seem to have pretty good reputations, based on what I've read on ECF (I've never ordered from them). Personally, I'm going to continue to support the US suppliers.

The burning taste is usually a sign that the atty is dry. I'm not that familiar with the Leo attomizer/cart, but in general, carts don't work very well... meaning they tend to hold the liquid int he cart instead of releasing it slowly into the atomizer. You're right about the HV attys. I had one that I had to use on my BSB/PT at 7.5V to get any satisfaction from. LOL!

Glad the supplier is taking care of you. However, I agree with mcquinn - the prices are pretty high. Since it looks like your kit only came with one battery and one atty, you will need to be looking for an upgrade soon. You always want to make sure you have extra batteries and atomizers on hand. When I was using the BSB with RCR123As, I was getting about 2 weeks per attys. Also, from time to time I'd have a brand new atty pop on the first hit. When I started using variable voltage I dropped down to 4.9V and now attys are lasting me 4-6 weeks. With the BSB I tried several different kids of attys (higher resistance), but the results were about the same. Only advice I can give is to make sure you keep the attys wet.
