Fda To Regulate E-Cigs As Tobacco Products
Brian replied to Christopher's topic in General Vape News
So, if they intend to regulate them like tobacco, that could possibly be the end of internet/mail-order sales? -
Revolution E-Cig (Is There More Than One With That Name?)
Brian replied to emilyriley's topic in New Vapers Forum
Yep - the filler you see inside is what holds the juice. You can just drip juice onto it and give it some time to soak in. Whenever I use cartomizers, I usually add about 10 drops every hours or so just to keep it good and moist. You can use either method. The ingredients in the juice is all safe and most is used in everyday life... Propylene Glycol (PG), Vegetable Glycerin (VG) and flavoring (and nic). PG and VG are used in many products you use every day. And you are very welcome. Feel free to ask any questions... there's just about always someone around to help out. This is a great community. -

There really is not definite answer as to whether they are safe. In theory, they are safe, but there has not been enough studies, especially of any long term affects. I tried many things to quit smoking and this is the only thing that worked. I've haven't smoked a cigarette in well over a year now. It is hard to say what model you have, but keep in mind that many of the smoke shops and the high priced internet brands you'll run across do not perform that great. There are some much better alternatives if what you have is not working for you. And if it is working for you, that's great! -

I'm going to guess that's an RN4081 with cartomizers, but it's hard to say for sure. If you can pop the cap off the of the cartomizer, you should be able to see the filling inside (some cartos will have another o-ring underneath that will also have to come out). You can also try this: -

Eliquid = juice. Just a different term. Juice is listed as mg per ml (milligrams per milliliter). If you get a bottle of juice that 24mg, that 24mg per ml. A 10ml bottle of 24mg juice has 240mg of nic in it. I smoked 1 1/2 packs a day for 20 years and I vape 24mg nic juice. For a pack a day smoker, you'd probably want to try something in the 16mg to 24 mg. -

Welcome to Vapor Talk! The Revolution in the Vapor Talk Store is a standard KR808-D1. If you can post a pic of what you have, it may be helpful in identifying it. If it is a two piece ecigs (battery and cartomizer), then you can probably refill it the same way. If it's a three piece (battery, atomizer, cartridge), then you'll need to refill the cartridge and that is a little different. Vapor Talk juice does have nicotine, but a zero nic option is offered on some of the flavors. Unfortunately, the store is out of stock on most eliquid at the moment. -
Ready To Move On To A Better Device, But Which One?
Brian replied to vwstuart's topic in New Vapers Forum
Awsomevapor is just north of Atlanta. I bet if you contact Arno he'll be glad to show you some ecigs. http://www.awesomevapor.com/ -
At Liberty Flights, if you click on the 20% discount on the top left of the page, you can get a Riva kit for $35. You may also want to pick up some Boge 2.0ohm cartomizers, maybe a drip tip and some eliquid. http://www.liberty-flights.com/product.asp?id=55 http://www.liberty-flights.com/product.asp?id=72

Sometimes attys will just stop working (no warning), and sometimes they will stop performing well (before they die). For me, most of the time they just stop, but I've had a few that went down hill and I just stopped using them because there were performing poorly. I use a mod, so not sure about the life of the eGo battery. I suspect you'd get 4-6 months on average.

Looking For E-Juice/liquid In Winston Salem Nc Or High Point
Brian replied to dhamby's topic in New Vapers Forum
Looks like madvapes is about 1.5 hours from you, just north of Charlotte. If I run across anything else, I'll post back. http://www.madvapes.com/About-Us_ep_7.html -
PA Bavarian cream with just a few drops of PA Caramel Cappuccino is yummy also. I've tried several of the coffee flavorings, and didn't find anything that I really liked a lot. However, this mix I found really good.

Anyone Know Where I Can Buy E-Juice In Nc?
Brian replied to sandygayle77's topic in General Vaping Discussion
Not to close, but Madvapes is just north of Charlotte I think (Cornelius). -
I've got some juice that came in a bottle similar to this: http://www.diyflavorshack.com/ProductDetails.asp?ProductCode=1oz+Flip+Top+Plastic+Bottles It's very soft and the hole is fairly large so the juice comes out pretty easily. Maybe be worth trying.

Not sure if this will be any better, but I remove the dropper from the bottle and use a small pipette to fill my tanks. Continuously removing the cap off the tanks will cause them to wear faster and could make them leak.
-
Wasn't GP, but I now I saw them somewhere. LOL!
-
I know Cignot has them (in regular and LR). I've seen there somewhere else, but don't remember where. May have been GP.
-
My guess is that they are the same batteries, but labeled differently. For example, there are a lot of 10440 batteries that are labeled 600mah, but they are really only 360mah. I could be wrong, but a 15270 is a 15270 and they should all be pretty close to the same size. You may want to send an email to vaprlife and see if they can answer that.

Question About Mod Batteries And Chargers
Brian replied to Nanna's topic in General Vaping Discussion
There are two schools on the high drain batteries... those who love them and say they can totally tell a difference, and those who have used them and could not tell any difference. LOL! There's a chart around here somewhere (I think Burn posted it) showing that there's really not much difference in the drop-off rate. I'll be so jealous if you get a Pila charger! I've been eying one myself just because it looks so cool. LOL! Super-T has then now and I'm seriously considering one. I've never head that you can only charge Pila batteries. -
It does sound like you popped the atty. Do you know which Nhaler 510 you have? Looks like they offer several brands. Also, are you sure it's not a LR 510? This does happen sometimes at high voltage. I popped a few when I was vaping 6V, but haven't had any problems at 5V. You also want to make sure you keep the atty quite wet at 5V. The 14500 batts will probably give you 8-10 hours +/- depending on how much you use it. Just looked at nhaler - can't tell what type of 510 they have. Not long ago they had a variety of brands.

Yep - like Dayvape said. I think the pin just gets mashed down, so by giving it a good wiggle it should lift up some.
-
Not 100% sure, but I thought I read somewhere that VaporRenu purchased Flavorwest.

Or you can make your own using a regular cart. I was never able to use a regular drip tip without getting juiced, but with the one I made myself, I never get juiced. http://www.vaportalk.com/forum/forum/forum/topic/3819-510-tail-pipe-cart-mod/page__p__32621__hl__%2Btail+%2Bpipe__fromsearch__1#entry32621

Not sure this will help, but you can try lifting the center pin. With a small screwdriver (or anything that will fit between the center pin and the edge of the atty connector), gently pry the center pin. Work your way around it, but just do it gently. I had to do this with my Joker and my SB from time to time.

I've seen that around at a few places. The version 2 is out now. I believe the batteries cannot be replaced, so once they die, it's over. I think it's not compatible with anything as far as attys/cartos go. http://www.litecigusa.net/Revolution_Electronic_Cigarette_Starter_Kit_p/revolution.htm
