Welcome to Vapor Talk! The Tank attys come in two types.. A and B. Type A is a little cone shaped and type B is cylindrical. Depending on which one you get, you'll need the matching tanks (carts) for that atty. Type B has a little bigger tank and will hold more eliquid (2ml in the type B vs about 1ml in the type A). Type A Tank - Cone Shaped Type B - Cylindrical

I don't usually worry about the PG, VG and Nic, so I start with those first. Using one pipette, I add my nic, then any pg/vg I want, then my flavor. I'll use another pipette if I'm using more than one flavor. I usually just use hot water to clean mine. Just suck up some hot tap water several times and let them dry.

Yep - last weekend I asked my wife to pick me up one when she was going to Wolly World, just told her to get the cheap one. I hadn't really looked at them other than glancing at them once. It was $6, but it is a Hi-Temp one. I'll look for a low-temp one next time I'm at Walmart.

If you find something you really like and want a bigger bottle of it, this is a very good place since they sell 30ml bottles at a really good price. Their "Signature Series" is TPA, just rebranded. freedomsmokeUSA - All FlavorArt, but a huge selection. DIY Flavorshack - Loranns, and some special "expert" flavors. TPA - order directly from TPA. Loranns - order directly from Loranns. Eliquidstore - FlavorWest, some TPA and Loranns. They are growing stock. Ordered from them last week and quite happy with the service. Yes - you want water soluable flavors. If I recall correctly, TPA uses 1st class mail, so shipping is pretty cheap.

When using a HOT glue gun, don't overlook the obvious. The glue is HOT!!! Ouch!

From what I've heard, you really have to look for the blemish on the blemished models he sells. However, I'd hate for you to be disappointed. Keep in mind that with the Buzz I think you'll have to get the volt meter attachment so you'll know what it's set at.

Yep, just need some juice. I would also suggest trying some cartomizers. If you're out and about and on the move a lot, these will work good for you. They are cartomizers and you can fill them with about 30 drops of juice and they will last a while (depends on how much you vape). Wouldn't hurt to pick up a drip tip also (not necessary, but nice if you're going to direct drip). I believe Madvapes and Myfreedomsmokes are both in NC. They should be able to get something to you fast. Not sure how close you are, but Madvapes is just north of Charlotte and they allow pickups. I've ordered from quite a few places and usually have my stuff in 3 days from all over the country.

When you fill your own, after filling it, hold a paper towel or tissues over the end and blow through it until it stops gurgling. That will blow out all the lose liquid and should prevent any leaking. Wipe the battery end off real good before putting it on the battery. As for zero nic, you will always be able to buy PG and/or VG and flavorings, so you can make your own if you have to.

Your eGo kit should have come with cartridges. The cartridge is used with the 510 atomizer. When you drip, are you using a drip tip, or the cartridge that came on it? 510 attys usually come with a cartridge on it, but it doesn't have any filler. You can buy blank carts pretty cheap and they'll come with filler. You can also use Fluval Water Polishing Pads or blue foam (from petsmart) for filler. Generally, carts don't work that great. They tend to not release the juice so you end up having to top it off pretty regularly. I could never get the to work.

It helps if you remove the two plastic pieces on the mouth piece end. Just stick a paper clip (or something like that) in the hole an pop it out. There will be another one right underneath the first. Remove it also.

I've heard of V4L. They sell the KR808-D1 model which is a two piece... battery and cartomizer. They work pretty good.

With the batteries in, use your multi-meter to check the voltage on the center pin without an atty on (it's hard to find enough hands to do this, but it can be done LOL!).

That's doesn't sound the way I meant for it to sound. I had a Joye Stick and didn't care much for it. I like the 302 atty, but only at higher voltages. Not enough umph at lower volts. Just never felt right holding it, battery life wasn't very good, the buttons would stick. Of course, way back when it was a $65 mod and when you open the box you instantly think "what a waste". It looked and felt cheap. I think they're on V3 now, and it's much cheaper, so maybe it's worth it.

I agree. From my understanding, many mods will not take the batteries without the nipple on them (especially tube mods). I believe the spacer is a magnet and will attach to the top of the batteries so that it will make contact with the mod connector.

Absolutely not a stop up from the eGo. LOL! You're way better off with the eGo. Yes, you can use cartos, but you'd have to get a special adapter for the stick. The batteries in the Stick are only 320mah (vs. 650 mah eGo).
