I don't think anyone had a definative "best way". You're going to hear lots of options though... here are some... don't clean it - just use a new one ever 30 days, denture tabs, boiling water, Everclear, water pick. I haven't tried any of the cleaning methods yet... I just put a rolled up piece of paper towel in the end and let it sit a while. You'll just have to figure out what works best for you.

Thanks Jason - it's great to see this kind of honesty.

Thanks - guess I can hit the "checkout" button with confidence now.

Tired Of Research...someone Tell Me What To Order!
Brian replied to leah's topic in New Vapers Forum
Hello Leah and welcome to VT. I have to agree - go with the 510. I was lucky enough to find this forum before I made my 1st purchase, so I started with a 510 and that's still what I'm using. It's been an amazing experience for me. -
This link is for a topic that started out with a question about another ecig and turned into a discussion on the KR808. May give you some info. KR808

I did get better vapor from the cart I filled myself, but in both cases it's still hit and miss. Some times I get a good hit, and some times, not so much.

Trail cam. Has motions sensors. Attach it to a tree and leave it alone. Anything walks by and it takes a pic.

Doesn't the charger have a green light/red light? I was looking for info on this I thought I saw something that said it takes about 5 hours to charge that battery. May just want to try letting it charge for a while and see if that works. The LED light on the battery uses very little power, so it could be working even though the battery is not fully charged.

Has it worked at all? Did you charge the battery for the recomended time?

Never seen one like that before.

I this is a 3 piece unit, then you should have the battery, the attomizer (atty) and the cart. You would want to drip directly into the atty. If it's a 2 piece, then you have a battery, but the atty and cart are one piece. You can't direct drip if this is the case. Don't be to hard on yourself. You're definately on the right path. At least you like vaping and once you get a good unit no doubt you'll be happy.

Helo Luck and welcome to VT. I'm not familiar with anything like you're describing, but I'm sure someone will be along that can help you. However, I will say $30 for 10ml!!! That's crazy expensive for juice. I would guess that if the cart has foil over it then it's a pre-filled cart (already has juice in it). When the cart starts getting low (you lose flavor or start getting a burnt taste) then you can use the bottle to refill the cart. Many of us here direct drip. We use a blank cart with no filling, and drop a couple of drops of juice directly on the atty. That's usually good for several good puffs. Hence the term "Drip. Vape. Repeat". Hang in there - I'm sure you'll get lots of help here. This is a great forum with lots of helful, supportive and knowledgable members.

I think the 510 to 901 adapter for the VP2 and VP/PT will fit the cartomizer. Not 100% sure of that, but it looks like that's what this says. I've got one in my cart at the VT store. VT Adapters

Those are some scary prices.

I've had pretty good luck just rolling up a little piece of paper towel and putting it in the atty. Don't shove it in, just slide it in, put a little pressure on it for a few seconds, and then let it sit for a while. You'll be surprised at how much it absorbs. Anhow, for me, that's worked well for removing other flavors. You'll have to use a little more juice on that first vape though... 4-5 drops instead of the usual 3 drops.
-
I've found that generally you'll lose flavor, get a burnt like taste, and get increased vapor. Not sure why the vapor increases, but I usually see all 3 at about the same time. BTW - welcome to the forum! Actually, may be different on the PT, but this is what I get on my Spade and VP2.

Yall are starting to scare me. I think I'll go order some more juice now... down to about 210 ml.

ROFLMAO! Thanks - needed a good laugh today. Come home from work a little sick... some type of stomach virus, I think.

Thanks Jeff. I don't see me adding this to my arsenal then.

Good to know. I prefer the flat tips so I may give this a try.
