  1. Very good post Wompa1! Thanks for sharing.
  2. I had always been using a 510 on my 3.7v. When I ordered my VP/PT I got some Joye 302's bacause I heard so much about uging them on the 5v. Oddly, I've been using my PT for over a week with the 302 and like it so much that I haven't tried the 510 on it yet. I suspect the throat hit will be awsome with the 510... we'll see.
  3. So you got your VP/PT finally!
  4. Electronixstix also has a 10% discount code - vtalk10
  5. I had a thread about his somewhere... there's dimple in the VP units (VP2, VP/PT) that can push the connector on the atty in a little. Once that's done, it won't make contact with a regular battery, or on a Spade. I had this happen too. Anyhow, apparently you can use a paperclip to wiggle the connection back down so that it'll work on your other units. I haven't tried that yet. Just keeep one atty for my Spade seperate. Ahhh - should have kept reading before posting. BirdDog go the link.
  6. As you saw from my post for archangle, ENS is considerably cheaper than a lot of places, especially with the discount code and free shipping over $60. Jason impressed me by vouching for another supplier (ecigsupply) and then with my first order. I'll definatly be doing more business with him.
  7. Yea, well, didn't Apple fry some peoples nuts with bad batteries? I know, this doesn't help the cause, but it's new technology and was bound to happen.
  8. Forgot to say that I generally got 3-6 hours per charge. However, I noticed that it seemed like my bettery lasted long when I was vaping heavily. Don't know how that could be, but at work when I wasn't using it much, the batteries seem not to last very long. However, at home when vaping heavily is when I usually saw the 5-6 hour life.
  9. Thanks for the update. With such a sloppy job on the paint, makes me wonder about the overall quality of the unit. Haven't heard anything bad about them though. Keep us posted as to how it performs.
  10. I believe the Titan is a 510 atty. Don't you have some 510's coming? Thought you said you've never used a 510, so I think you'll be in for a treat on the TH. BTW - I'm using a Joy 302 on my PT and getting pretty good TH with it. Haven't used a 510 on it yet, but will soon.
  11. Are you sure the batteries are dead? The charger that came with the Spade can be a little tricky. I usually put the battery in the charger, plug it in, then turn the battery until the light turns red. A lot of people have had problems with this.
  12. Forgot to mention that there is a "break-in" period for a new atty. Taste and vapor wise it takes 1-2 hours for an atty to really get going good. After that break-in period, you should get better flavor and vapor.
  13. This is the only one I've seen, but can't tell you anything about it. I think they sell the same one on ecigsupply.com for a little more $. My link
  14. Congrats Nana! That one heck of a milestone! I'm proud for ya!
  15. If you look into the cart you want it to look kinda like a slushy. Yes, those prefilled carts are pretty nasty. You can take the filler out of the cart and rinse it off with water and dry it with a paper towel. If you're hearing a bubbling when you take a drag then you've flooded your atty. You can roll up a little piece of paper towel or tissue and insert it into the atty and let it sit for a few minutes to absorb out the excess juice. There is a learning curve so don't get frustrated. There are a lot of great members and we love to help. Don't hesitate to ask any questions. Oh - yes they do tend to get a little hot. You need to let it cool down a little. Also, be sure to take long slow drags. You can't hit it like a regular cigarette. You want to take about a 5 second drag, but gently (slow).
  16. Looks like everyone had taken good care of you here. Just wanted to say Welcome!
  17. At work I still sometimes go to the "smoke shack" to vape when I need a good heavy vape (otherwise I just stealth vape in my office). Being in the smoke shack there are generally several people around so I have an audience whenever someone asks about it. I've noticed that some are genuinely interested and some not-so-much. Like McQuinn says, I've never tried to push anyone to trying it, but I do explain what it is, how it works and my experience with it. Someone told me last week that they had seen someone out in the plant vaping on the line. Don't know if it was someone I had talked to, but you never know.
  18. I got that kit for my wife, but I've been using one of them for my drive to work (about a 45 minute drive). Works pretty good - I like it. Then I got a 901 adapter for my VP2 and now I just use the cartomizer on my VP2 while driving.
  19. I've been dripping with a 302 from Electro-Nic-Stix all weekend. No leaks at all. May be defective.
  20. Thanks bro! I tell ya, you and Nana have been good for my self confidence. One thing I should have added to my mistakes list - ordering without a discount code. I'm trying to keep a list of all the ones I've found.
  21. Every order I've placed has made it to WV in 3 days!
  22. Ok - I just had a similar experience with this. When I tried TT in my VP/PT earlier this week it wasn't good. Didn't know what it was. Tried it in my VP2 and Spade, and it had a little flavor, but wasn't like at first. Anyhow, I started using other flavors in the PT as I had heard that it brings out flavor more at 5v. Plus I'm using a 302 atty, whihc is suppose to give you better flavor also. So all day Saturday and today I've been using other flavors and really enjoying them. Finally, tonight, I tried the TT again an OH MY - Heaven! Sooo good. Guess once in a while we must give it a break.
  23. Scorched underwear? Seriously? Dude, don't try to blame that on the ash tray. Really happy for ya! Loving my VP/PT! Oh, yea - I placed an order once at 7:59pm and received shipping confirmation at 8:13pm. Amazing.
  24. Ok - there were a few in there that I felt bad for... but most - not so much. Stupies.
