Welcome to Vapor Talk! As Chris said, you can't go wrong with an eGo. I would go with the manual button though - it's not as cumbersome as you may think... you get use to it quick. I haven't tried the eGo auto batteries, but my early experience with some regular 510 auto batteries wasn't good. They started out great, but it didn't take long before I had issues with them not activating and eventually they stopped working completely (I only used them occasionally, so they weren't heavily used). Since they are activated by the draw of air through it, they are not sealed and juice can leak inside the battery unit. I believe this is what happened to me - juice got inside and clogged up the sensor.

What Is Your Current Set Up Or Device?

Provari at 4.2v with an SSR (CE2 tank mod). However, I got my first 306 atty the other day and have been using it on an eGo battery direct dripping for a couple of days. I gotta say that 306 cooks! I was pleasantly surprised at how well it works. Odd thing is that it's not LR, but it crackles and vapes like it is. I checked the ohms and it's 2.7ohm, but it puts out some crazy vapor. So, looks like I'm going through another change. LOL! -
Congrats Nana! You've been an inspiration since the day I got here.

Don't try to force it on them, let them see it work and they will eventually take an interest. When I first started vaping, people would ask me about it, but didn't really take it serious. After a couple of months when they saw that I was still smoke free, they started to make serious inquiries. I've converted several people and as far a juice goes, they're all different. For me, I like Vapor Talk Tobacco. I didn't care for any other flavors much. However, a guy I work with was a hard core 2 pack of Pal-Mal a day smoker. He didn't like the tobacco at all but took right to the sweet flavors such as Grape Soda and Blueberry. Given that, it's always a good idea to get a few different flavor.

That's all going to be opinionated. My favorite juice has always been VaporTalk juice.

Just noticed you're in TN. I'm originally from Dover (kind of). Lived in Clarksville for a few years while working in Nashville. I miss TN.

The 510 is the most popular connection being used, so whatever route you go, I would go with a 510 connection. As Viper Ron said, there's just a ton of options with the 510 threads.

Sometimes those cravings can really sneak up on you. Vaping heavily always worked for me.

Welcome to VT and congrats on making the switch! I think a lot of us were skeptical going in. Why wouldn't we be, we'd tried and failed with every so may times before, but then came the ecig.

I checked around and couldn't find anything conclusive, but it sure looks like a KR808-D1 - even the packaging. http://szkanger.en.a...China_e_cig.jpg

Nic free would be good if it works for you. If you like the flavors you have, you can buy some zero nic in the same flavor and mix them together in equal parts to get 12mg.

Yes - lowering the nic level will reduce TH. If you find you need the higher nic, but not the TH, you may try some regular resistance cartomizers instead of the dual coils.

Welcome to Vapor Talk! I looked at their website and that looks like it may be a KR808-D1 model (can't say for sure though). It uses cartomziers (one piece that screws on to the battery)? If you're using cartomizers, I would recommend that you top them off regularly (don't let them run dry). You should just be able to pop the top off and drop 8-10 drops into it every now and then (drip onto the filling, not down the center). Other advice, take longer slower drags - it's not like smoking a cigarette. Drawing to fast and hard keeps the coil from heating up enough to vaporize the juice and it can also cause you to get juice in your mouth.
