  1. Aahhh... I knew that.
  2. Hey - Welcome to VT! Below are a couple of vids that may help you out. The 1st is a review of the Joye 510. It'll give you a pretty good intro into the parts of the ecig. The second vid is on direct dripping. May be helpful. Joye510 Direct Dripping
  3. I'M AN ACCOUNTANT MAN!!! Saving money is my business. My only problem is that I like spending it more than saving it.
  4. What's the BFD mod?
  5. I haven't heard anyone say anything about messing up an atty using canned air, but I have heard some talk of what is in canned air and the potential danger of using it on an atty and then vaping it. Don't recall the details other than it could be a problem. That's when I stopped using canned air on mine. Been a while.
  6. I've not heard any complaints about cignot... have actually only heard good things. I would suggest contacting them and explain that you can't get the atty to wick using a cart. You may just try direct dripping with it for a while. There is a break-in period where attys can act very tempermental.
  7. I may have missed it somewhere, but what ecig are you using?
  8. Here's a post that has links to Fluval and PTB's so you'll know what you're looking for a the store. Post #2 in the thread. As for cleaning, all I've been doing is using a little piece of paper towel rolled up and inserted into the end of the atty. Leave it for a few hours and you'll be amazed at how much old juice gets absorbed out. Sometimes I'll replace the paper towel a few times until it stops absorbing anything. I usually have 3-4 attys in rotation... a couple in use and a couple set aside with a paper towel in them. Has worked well for me. Just be sure to add a couple of extra drops to prime the atty when you start to use it again.
  9. I would notify the supplier and see what they say. Most suppliers are good about replacing duds. Where did you get them? If you've tried different charges and the atty works on someone elses batt, then it sounds like bad batteries (or two bad chargers).
  10. How about just a block of wood - like a 2x4. Drill various size holes in it and you could put different size PV's and even juice. Like a desk caddy for your PV stuff. Oh, wait, not sure how you'd put your PT on it though. Hmmm. Sound like a project.
  11. I ran out of VT TT once... was sad. Hey - just FYI - you may want to keep a seperate atty for Sweet Dawn. That's one of them flavors that's hard to get out of an atty - it'll linger for days. I've really taken to Sweet Dawn also, not as an all day vape, but really like it when I want something sweet.
  12. Delayed due to safety concerns, working to make it safer... works for me. Keep in mind that if anything like the exploding BB happened to a vaprlife unit, these guys have to live with it. If they have safety concerns which caused the day - KUDOS to them! Thanks for looking out for us!
  13. Ok - that what I wanted to know about malwarebytes. Superantispyware is running and I'm also using AVG. Any preference for AVG or Avast? I've been using onecare for a few years, but MS is dropping it so I need to find something else soon. If these freebies work good, then I think that's what I'm going to go with on my computer also. Thanks for you help!!! Saved me from having to reinstall XP on my wife's computer.
  14. I've been using ccleaner for a long time... back when it was called crapcleaner. I need to spend some more time with malwarebytes. That's the one that actually ended up getting the bad one off. Do you pay for this? Also, is this just something your run once in a while? Doesn't look like it's running in real-time. I will look at it some more over the weekend.
  15. Awsomevapor or Electronixstix are both great suppliers. You can get a 10% discount at awsomevapor with ECF10 and at electronixstix with VTALK10.
  16. Whoa - dejavu.
  17. Welcome to VT! Looks like all your questions have been answered. I know there were a few members here who started with the Blu, and the only good thing I've heard it that it worked well enough to be a good introduction to vaping, but wasn't satisfying enough. I've never heard from anyone who actually still uses the blu, only from those who started with it and moved on to the 510 or something else fairly quicly. Fortunately for me, I found VT before I made my first purchase and I went with the 510. As you can see from my meter below, it went quite well.
  18. I agree with ya there.
  19. I put the black velvet bag that came with my Spade under mine. Keeps it from slinging. I used a rubber coaster before that.
  20. Don't know if it really makes a difference, but are they Joye atty's, or SLB?
  21. Mr. Bean on VP/PT. I'm in heaven now. Love this stuff!!!
  22. Well, if you know what you like, it's usually cheaper to buy larger quantities. I would only do this for the juice you know you like. For example, in the VT store, one 10ml bottle is $8.99, but if you buy 30ml of the same flavor it's $21.49 (then you have a 5% discount on top of that with vaporsplace). At liquidxpress, 10 ml is $7.50, 15ml is $8.75 and 30ml is $17.00 (just got my 30ml bottle of Mr. Coffee - yummmm). Anyhow - you know what I'm saying.
  23. I had this problem also. I got a new adapter and it's worked fine ever since.
  24. Check out this thread. There's a link to a vid a few posts down. My link
  25. FTJoe - you couldn't have posted this at a better time. My wife's computer went crazy over the past few days. This fixed me right up! Thanks a million!
