  1. Yep - agree. I've ordered from VT Store, ENS, Awsomevapor, Avejuice, Wordup, Liquidxpress, Goodprophets, Madvapes and Dietsmokes and have nothing to complain about.
  2. Actually, I just got the plugs, not the whole cart. They didn't have the carts in stock when I ordered. I just have to cut a straw and will be good to go. I'll try one out tomorrow I reckon.
  3. Wordup has a variety pack where you get 5 bottles of 5ml juice for $21. I just got some and it's good. All of his flavors are available in PG or VG. I've also found VG at avejuice and electronixstix. Wordup Sampler
  4. I would not use unprotected batteries in the Spade. The Spade has not protective circuits to keep the battery from discharging to fast. See Chris' response below. See THIS post.
  5. In reference to the link Dave posted - I made one of those and it worked great. You can actually buy them now from Stealthvapor. I ordered some and got them today. Haven't tried them out yet, but if they work as well or better than the one I made, I'll be really happy with it and that's what I'll use when driving.
  6. 302 is gold, 304 is silver. My link
  7. Seems like I recall Chris talking about this once... I think it was just the color of the band. One's gold, one silver. I could be totally wrong though.
  8. Madvapes is in the process of changing servers and upgrading the store. Should be back up soon. If you goto madvapes.com he has a "how to" section with some good mods.
  9. Ah - thanks Chris. Thinking of getting one for my wife - want to make sure it's safe. Can you use the protected 10440's in it, or are they to big?
  10. Adding to my confusion - the Janty site says this: "2 x SPECIAL E-cig rechargeable batteries 320 Mah Protected (not AAA battery!!!)" But then says this: "The batteries used for the stick are CHEAP rechargeable 360 MaH E-cigar batteries. You can find these batteries in our shop as accessories. AAA batteries can NOT be used for the JANTY STICK. A special e-cig battery wallcharger is also available in our shop."
  11. Didn't want to get off-topic so I'm starting a new thread. Ok - so why do they use unprotected batteries? I thought from looking at the pics and that they say 320mah that they were unprotected... same battery that's in the USB PT battery box. I was thinking of getting the new Janty Stick, but now I'm not so sure. Why do they use unprotected batteries, and is the unit safe?
  12. FTJoe's got a point too. Usually after you do a blow out (or use the paper towel) it will take a little more juice to get it going. Usually 3 drops to start and you'll only get a few hits. Then 1-2 drops should get you back to normal.
  13. I know you blew it out and used a paper towel, but if it leaks that fast it really sounds like a flooded atty. I would try rolling up a little piece of paper towel and inserting it into the atty and letting it set for a while. Remove and repeat a few times. If that doesn't help, then I hate to say that it may be that he atty's are going bad. I've also noticed that sometime I'll get a leak if I chain vape and the atty gets to hot. Is this a new starter kit? Where did you get it?
  14. Probably, but I do have a 510-801 adapter that I use on my spade. I know of at least 3 of us who are doing it. If my wife likes the 901 I'll probably get a 510-901 adapter. Although Chris did chime in on the adapter topic in another thread and didn't mention anything about a warranty issue. Here's the thread - last post - #14. Spade Adapter Question
  15. Joye does not make a 901? Only see DSE901's. Is this right, or is there another # for the Joye version? I'm about to order a 3 pack from ENS, but wanted to be sure.
  16. FTJoe gets them from TW so I'll let him reply to that. However, you can also get the gold band no warranty from Janty for $7.95 each, or $36.95 for 5. Looks like they don't have the 5 pack though. If the VT store doesn't get the gold bands in again, I'll either go with TW or Janty.
  17. Looks like ENS has them, and indyvaporshop and wordup. Where have you looked? I've only used the 510 and 302, but I reckon if there was no 510 my first ecig would have been whatever the folks here at VT would have recommended instead.
  18. Hmmm - now that I'm thinking about it, the 901 may be good for my wife. She's working with the 302 using VG only, but I think it's still a little harsh on her throat. Maybe a 901 would be better? I've got a 801-901 adapter for my VP2 so maybe I'll get a 901 for her to try.
  19. I heard that there's no throat hit with the 901, which is why I've stayed away from it. I have 510's for 3.7v and use my 302 at 5v. The 302/801 at 3.7v provides very little throat hit, but is good at 5v. I don't think I could get by just using an 801/302 only at 3.7v - it wouldn't satisfy me. So if the 901 has even less TH, I don't think I'd like it.
  20. Well this is definatly perplexing. All the flavor you listed are PG based. However, I have some liquidxpress Mr. Bean and Mocha and they vape like they have some VG in them. I'd say they're a mix, but can't be sure. VT juice is PG. Sorry, not much help here. Have you tried using the VT juice in a new atty?
  21. Thanks for sharing this with us! Glad it wasn't worse - hope that leg heals up fast.
  22. I have two. It's a great unit - love it. It uses a protected 10440 battery @ 360mah. It usually lasts me from 4-7 hours depending on how much I vape. Generally 4-5 hours if vaping heavily and longer on slower days. It uses the 510 atty, but you can buy adapters is you like other attys. I've got an adapter for the 801 which I use from time to time. Really a nice unit IMO.
  23. Cool. Hope he starts making them for the 801 also. Would be great for my wife.
