I've found that cartomizers get a little dry and scratchy on my throat near then end. Do you refill the cartomizers? I'm not familiar with that model, but I think it's the KR808 cartomizer, which can be refilled a couple of times.

You can get the Spade here at the VT Store. Vaprlife has the VP1, VP2 and the new Vypr. VP1 & VP2 are currently on sale for a really good price. The BB and Silver Bullet are from Altsmoke. You may also want to consider the eGo from Janty. I have two Spades, a VP2 and a Black Silver Bullet and they are all fabulous units. You'll need to look at them, and others and decide what's best for you. Don't hesitate to ask questions - I'm sure you'll have some. I will say that the Silver Bullet is pretty big and heavy, so you'll probably be more happy with the eGo, Spade or VP2. There are other units available and I'm sure you'll get some other suggestions.

I would suggest checking the ohms (resistance) on the atty. The Joye 510 should give you a reading of around 2.2 ohms. If it's much higher than that (say 2.8) then it's probably not a Joye 510, or it's defective. The SLB atty's (with the washer) are about 2.8 I think, as well as the newer "expert" atty. The lower ohm atty gives more watts which heats the juice faster. To check the resistance with a meter, set it to the lowest setting for OHM (200 on my meter). Touch the black lead to the atty threads and the red one to the atty connector (bottom of the atty). Definately contact the vendor and see what they say. Also, as pointed out above, make sure you give it some time to break in.

They do have the PT now, but not the extender cup. They are suppose to have them "soon".

I still have 1/2 a pack in the console in my truck... be glad to send you one! ha ha I find it very cool that I can be around cigarettes and smokers and not be tempted. Vaping is so much better.

Nice find. Added to my bookmarks.

You've only used the prefilled carts that came with your ecig? OMG - you are in for a real treat when that VT jucie arrives! The VT Tobacco is my everyday all day vape. Sweet Dawn is awesome also. Now I'm not much on sweet flavors, but there's something about sweet dawn that just keeps me coming back. I like the Chocojava and cappucino also, but more so at 5 volts. I'm also a big fan of Mr. Bean from liquidxpress.

Both of my Magnum's measured 1.5 exactly. I had read elsewhere about mixed results with TW atty's. Some people were saying it was hit and miss. I've never said anything about it because I know FTJoe has always had good results with them.

Guess I haven't watched enough vids of it to know what you're talking about. Around the holes, mine has very little light. And the other part (the plastic tube thingy), my hand always covers it when I use it, so don't really pay attention to it. I got mine in early Jan.

Good to know about the TW atty ohms. I would think at those ohms, they's work pretty well on the PT, but certainly not at 3.7v. I think the purple may just be a softer color. I have the blue and it's never been very bright either... especially around the holes. Just FYI - the cartos are pretty darn sweet on the PT! The one I thought was bad ended up working beautifully on the PT. I've also noticed that one that I refilled didn't work very well at 3.7, but does work great on the PT. I'm using a regular 510 cart on the carto's (ripped the lid out to refill). It get's pretty hot on the PT, so be careful if you use it without putting a tip on it. Brandon - I have no doubt you'll leave me in the dust in no time... I've just been looking longer. You blow me away with your posts.

That's good news! Amazing how after only a short time we realize how bad those analogs taste.

They are now OOS. And sorry for the bad info. It's litecigusa.net (not cigliteusa). litecigusa

LOL! Yep, final answer. (for now).

MLB.HIG is the flavor and strength. MLB means Marlboro flavor (although it's not really) and HIG is High strength nicotine. High on these is usually 24mg. I would say the sore throat is just a noobie things and will go away with regular use. However, you know your boby better than anyone, so you'll have to make that call. I got a little sore throat when I first started vaping, but it went away after a few days. I use PG 99% of the time, but if I switch to VG I get a sore throat. Again, if I use the VG for a few days, the sore throat goes away.

Awesome Chris! And awesome Fritchard!

The link below is what you need. More likey to get a faster response from that. I've heard Parked say before that he get hundreds of emails. The ticket system takes priority over emails. Dietsmokes
-
Did you use the ticket system at dietsmokes? Just FYI - Parked generally does not respond on weekends, which I think is just fine. Everyone needs some downtime and time with family. He has a baby on the way too. I'm sure he'll get you squared away.

Yea - cigliteusa has them, and liquidxpress is planning to have them soon. What flavors did you get?

Tempting Fate - Law Enforcement?
Brian replied to Brandon's topic in The Vape Lounge - Off Topic Chat
No experience with Law and PV's, but I have been ticked once and pulled over twice for expired inspection sticker and/or expired tags. I got the ticket once because I was 11 months expired. I don't know why I hate doing that so much, but I'm never on time. My truck inspection sticker expires this month. Wonder how long I can go this time. Oh - wait - I've also been pulled over twice for expired tags, but had the sticker in my truck - just hadn't fooled with putting it on. I guess that just makes me LAZY!!! -
Nice review Brandon! I've only done some quick sampling of the VG juices I got from Jeffrey, but definatley like "Jeff's Mix". I need to spend some more time tasting some of the other juices I've gotten lately.
-
That's great that you like the juices! I've ordered adapters from there, and have them bookmarked. Also keep an eye out to see what they got in stock.

I've been using the drip tips for over a week now on a regular 510 atty and haven't had any problems with the condensation build up. I think it's only an issue on the magnum atty or at high voltages. I've become quite fond of the drip tips now.

Glad you're enjoying your 510!!! Feel free to ask questions - we love to help!

@Jeffb - where did you get your carto's? Mine are liquidxpress, but I'd like to find some blanks (haven't really looked for any yet). I was going to post this somewhere today... Figure this is a good place for it: I put on a fresh carto for my drive this moring and then knocked my Spade off the desk. The carto took a direct blow on the hard tile floor. It didn't work very well. I figured this would be a good one to take apart. Just got done playing with it. First, it's black, but that's only because it has a black sticker on it. I took the sticker off and it's almost the same color as the bottom half of the VP2. I cleaned it up a little to get the sticky off and it looks pretty nice like that. Second, I used a small allen key to pry out the cap. What I found is that the caps have been glued in with some type of epoxy, so I had to scrap out glue from the inside of the atty, but it came right out. Definately don't want to put the cap back on as it's got gummy glue on it and it pretty much got mangled taking it out. The GREAT news is that a regular cart fits perfectly if you trim it off below the air vents! With that, I took the used up carto from yesterday and ripped the cap off, put in about 30 drops of VT TT (could probably hold more), put on one of my flat tip carts, and I'm happily vaping VT TT in a carto on my SB. :> Life is good. I'm still getting some taste of the Honey Flue Cured, but the TT is starting to come through. The two flavors are actually a pretty good mix.

I get this occasionally, but I had it before vaping. Cardiologist told me I drank way to much coffee. Since I've cut back on caffine a little, I haven't had it happen in a while.
