  1. Hey - it's for your b-day! YOU DESERVE IT!!! I got your back, man.
  2. What kit did you order from DIY? If it's a 510 kit, then the atty's will work on the Tornado.
  3. Tornado/eGo batts are 650 mAh. Nhaler is sold out, but they should have them back in this week.
  4. I emailed ecigsupply and the reply I got says the extender cup does NOT come with any batteries. And yes, the price was $58.99, then went up to $69.99 and is now $59.99.
  5. Cool! I'll write that one down - I only know of the 5% one.
  6. You've already got my address, so I think that's about all.
  7. I think you'd be happy with the Tornado/eGo. When you have money, get spare batteries & atties. And don't forget the juice.
  8. Yep - I just ordered the 6 pack of Tenergy RCR123A's (LiFePO4) with charger.
  9. I just ordered some Tenergy batts from batteryjunction for my BSB to try 6v. Ecigsupply has some 3.5ohm HV atty's which, at 6v should put your right at 10 watts (the alleged sweet spot). I think I may order a couple to try.
  10. Yep, it works. I had a completely dead atty - ohms measured something like 168. Dry burn on 3.7v didn't work, just got a very slight glow. I put it on the VP/PT and it only took about 10 seconds for it fire right up. I had boiled it distilled water first, but that didn't do anything, but at least it was clean.
  11. I think the 3000 mah is 68mm vs. the 2400 mah at 65mm. You may want to shoot them an email to verify that either one will work. I think the stock battery with the extender cup is the 2400 mah. Madvapes has the 18350 and the 18650 in stock. Maybe just get your batteries elsewhere.
  12. Sweet! Let us know how you like.
  13. I have asked if the LiFPO4's will work in it, but haven't gotten an answer yet. I'll let you know when I do. It was my suggestion to get the extender cup with the 18650 and then get the LiFePO4's for 6V. Not sure it really matters, but I know the Tenergy batts have a good reputation for 6v. They don't have the Tenergy's in stock, but it looks like battery junction is back up. Here's what I'm about to order. Tenergy RCR123A
  14. Good find - there ya go FTJoe - your gold band low resistance atty!!! Try to leave some for the rest of us.
  15. I think Jeffb said you've only got 60 minutes to edit a post.
  16. Hmmm. Sure would like to see a vid of that Woodimus.
  17. No clue here either, but lots of well wishes. I'll be keeping an eye here because my wife does get full blown migraines. She still doesn't vape much at all, but I've been wondering if this would have any impact on her. Actually, she gets them regularly, so I was hopeing quitting smoking may actually help.
  18. @fusion - you may want to check out THIS POST. I've found that all dark colors are quite disgusting. If you figure something out, let me know as I've got several bottles that will most likely go down the drain (everything mentioned in that thread plus some).
  19. IDK - they were from vapor4life. I had prefilled and blanks that I filled myself. Self filled work a little better, but not much. For me, I got juiced often, not very good vapor production, and I seemed to only get a few good drags and would have to let it set for a while. I know there are a lot of people who use them and love them, but they didn't work out for me. The 510 cato's worked great for me though. They work very well at 3.7v and 5v. FTJoe - thanks for posting the links.
  20. Is it the BE that won't work on the V3?
  21. Hmmm. I've looked at that site before and got bad "vibes" from it. Glad I never ordered anything.
  22. Well, since no one else has asked, I'd like details of your conclusion. What convinced you that it's nic poisoning? With the fast 1/2 life of nic, I figured if you got sick from to much nic (and I have done that a few times in my life), you'd just feel like crap for a little while (1/2 hour or so). I'm really interested in you conclusion. I've smoked myself sick (due to stress) and also have vaped myself sick (due to trying to figure out atty problem). I always just feel like crap, get cold sweat, jitters, maybe some heart flutters... puke and I'm good to go.
  23. People are using the Tenergy RCR123A batteries (Lifpo4's) and I haven't heard of any issues. However, to avoid liability, they do not recommend it. As always - it's at your own risk. I have a BSB, but haven't tried 6V yet. While the batteries are protected, and are suppose to be safe, the unit itself does not have any safety features regarding the batteries. It is vented through the button, but if a battery were to go off, it could still be messy. Don't know that it would "blow up", but it would be very hot and spewing fire out any space it could find. There's probably nobody that can honestly say that it's perfectly safe as it seem to me there's always a chance that a battery can malfunction. However, the Lifpo4's are not suppose to do that. I'd really like to hear what Brandon has to say on this as I really don't know that much about batteries. Hey Brandon - where are ya man???
  24. Have you tried the atty on another unit, and have you tried another atty on the PT? Make sure the battery connection is clean on both the atty and the PT. You may also try a dry burn... hold the button down for 20+ seconds and see if it gets hot at all. If it does start to get hot, try doing that a few times. Just some suggestons, but since you tasted metal for so long - it's probably a goner. Sorry - don't know how to take one apart without ripping it to pieces.
  25. I've been using them for when I'm driving and they work very well. I'm quite pleased... the first one I used lasted about 10 hours. They work very good at 5v also. I've used the KR808 cartomizers before and IMO, the 510 carto's work much better. For me, this is the answer to when I can't drip. No more cart filler for me - EVER! There are a few other thread on the 510 cartomizer - you'll find lots of info and opinions in them.
