  1. Thanks Jeff. I haven't done any mixing yet, but am seriously considering it. I'll check this out some more.
  2. Have you tried a Joye 302 (801) on the VP/PT? That's all I use on my VP/PT and haven't lost one yet, but I don't use it full time, only in the evening and weekends. I use a 510 on everything else, but the 302 is just right on the PT.
  3. I think it's a little shorter than the VP2, but uses the same battery. I had a pic that shows the VP2 and Spade. My link
  4. Fellow Vaportalker and good friend ddave sent me this. It's certainly helped make my work week better. Wanted to share it with everyone. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a0iwYIgVx3I
  5. Looks like the Vypr510 has the same fitting as the Spade... I would think the draw would be the same. Does the Vypr with the 510 fitting have adjustable air flow?
  6. I know I saw a post yesterday about the VP/PT, and I could tell it was going to be an issue. Pretty sure it's what this post relates to. As always, good to see vendors take the high road whenever you can, but absolutely don't give in to these tactics. I just don't get all the threats and rudeness. Personally, if I feel wronged I just take my business elsewhere. Welcome back Buford! Great post!
  7. Oh, man. I really like that. May have to pick one up. I'll keep waiting to see what else you find.
  8. Well, nothing left to add here - you've got all the great advise already. Welcome to VT!
  9. The VP of HR for my company has vitited out plant many times. She's a light smoker and had no interest in quitting, but thought it was really cool that I had quit using it. On the other hand, her husband was a heavy smoker so she got him an ecig. Don't know how it's working out for him yet, but will ask the next time she's at the plant. Anyhow, after seeing me outside vaping she told me I could vape in my office. I still do it kinda discretely though because I know it only takes one person complaining and it's all over.
  10. As a follow up to what I said earlier, a few weeks ago I loaned my original starter kit to a guy at work who had been asking me questions. I knew he was really intestered, but a little afraid to spend the money to try it. So a week after using it he decided he wanted one. And he said someone else wanted to try it also so my original kit went to the next guy. I ordered 3 starter kits. I sold one kit the the 1st guy and my starter kit got passed on. A few days later the 2nd guy told me he wanted one, and there was another guy who also wanted one. So kits 2 and 3 got sold. And he asked if he could buy the kit he was already using because he wanted to give that one to his son. So, that's four converts in about two weeks. Just so you know, I didn't make any money here, just making the purchase and reselling them at cost.
  11. How old are the batteries? I've got a few that just don't seem to hold a charge very long any more. They're about 4 months old now and have been used pretty heavily. On the other hand, you could have a short.
  12. I'm confused... where does the atty go? That's a heck of a flash light!
  13. Happy Birthday! May be a good time to just stock up on supplies.
  14. That Janty should have a 6 month warranty - contact the supplier. I'm not sure all suppliers honor the Janty warranty, but I would think if it's dead in only 3 days they would replace it.
  15. Congrats Tony! Thanks for the follow up - always good to hear success stories.
  16. I wonder why VT Store and Dietsmokes say 750 mah (surely the Tenergy LiFePO4s) but the Vaprlife site says "batteries and charger will be of different brand" (I assume different brand than the Tenergy batts shown in the pic) and they are listed as 400 mah. But the link ROOR posted are the correct batteries.
  17. LOL! I've never seen clear carts (don't really look at carts since I don't use them), but that would be cool. I'll keep an eye out.
  18. Hi Patty - I remember you. You joined about a week after I started vaping. What a great success story - congratulations and thanks for sharing!
  19. My unfilled cartos from ENS are 2.9, and the one that's been in use for a few days is 3.2.
  20. This is the thread where I learned that the LiFePO4s only produced 5.18 under load. WillBlack posted a pic of two LiFePO4s under load. My link
  21. The 510 cartomizer is actually just a little shorter than a 510 atty with the cart attached. 510 atty with cart attached = 2" (including the threads) 510 carto - 1 5/8" (including the threads) Have a look at the thread below to see the inside of a carto. My link
  22. We did miss you Dr. J! Welcome back! Wow - sounds like a cool job.
