  1. If your Aspire is leaking, make sure the coil head isn't loose. If it's now snugged down, it can leak and prevent connection to the battery.
  2. Before trying the Vision, I had tried 3 or 4 different non-Vision Nova style tanks and they were all terrible. It was a surprise when I got the vision and it worked well.
  3. "*******" LOL! I haven't heard anyone say that in years! LOL! Can't say that word I guess.
  4. Dual Coil Carto Tank (DCT). When they work, they work really well, but when they decide to start leaking, there's no stopping it. Just my experience. I gave them another try about a year ago and was pretty impressed for a while (using a 2 hole dual coil carto). However, about a week into it, it started to leak and made quite a mess. Did I mention that I was on my way to work then this happened? Gave up on them after that. I've used the iClear30 (came with the MVP2) and iClear30S (came with the VTR) and thought both of them pretty much sucked. Both leaked bad, and the 30s was mostly just burning taste the whole time I used it. I never had a problem with the Vision Vivi Novas Tameiki. I used them for quite some time and didn't have much trouble with leaking at all other than a dot of juice on the battery connector from time to time. Still, as you said Tam, vaping is all about personal preference. Just because everyone else loves something, doesn't mean you will. LOL!
  5. Quite a few listed around the Nashville area. http://vaporsearchusa.com/tn.htm
  6. You'd think there's be one there in Clarksville somewhere. Surprised a decent one hasn't popped up.
  7. Similar view here. I'm pretty hard core fiscal conservative, but socially, meh, to each their own. More concerned about the state of our country and protecting our rights.
  8. I had a sleep study done at a pulmonary clinic this week. Had to spend the night at the clinic. To my surprise, they didn't bat an eye when I asked if I could use my ecig and said "you absolutely can, no problem at all". I was blown away. I had a miserable nights sleep with wires all over my head, face and sides and legs, but I sure vaped like a mad man! LOL! When you're allowed to vape in a pulmonary clinic that, they must not think it's a hazard.

  10. Accountant. I'm in manufacturing accounting. This is month end/quarter end week, so it's a very busy week for me.
  11. Bean counter. I vape in my office all day.
  12. It's been a long time since I searched for coffee. Early on I tried coffee from a lot of different vendors and to me, all the plain coffee flavors tasted more like burned coffee grounds. LOL! I do like the Dekang coffee, but most people don't like it. The two best ones I found were from LiquidXpress. Now, I have to caveat that it's been a very LONG time since I've used these, but I really liked them. Mr. Bean Caramel Macciato Mr. Bean tasted like chewing on a fresh coffee bean. The Macciato is a little sweet, but yummy. I would often mix the Mr. Bean and Macciato to cut the sweetness. They were really good.
  13. I started with a Joye 510 kit. If I recall, the eGo wasn't out yet. I used the 510 for about 2 weeks or so before moving on to mods. LOL!
  14. Wait until November to stock up... there will probably be a lot of "going out of business" sales.
  15. Are you using a rapid charger (4.2V and 420mah)? Seems like a very long time to charge. May also try cleaning your connections on the battery and charger.
  16. And this thread is a perfect example of what Tameiki said. I'm trying desperately to like the Protank, but it just doesn't do it for me. LOL! I think it works okay, but I still prefer the EVOD or the T2 or the Vivi Nova. I don't like the metal mouth piece and even with the EVOD coil in it, I still find it a little airy. It works okay, but it's not for me... not for every day use. One disadvantage I found with bottom coils is that you can't crank up the voltage, but I've adjusted and find that 4.1v on any 1.8ohm coils works good for me. However, with the Vivi Nova I have the options to crank it up to 10 watts and vape away! Can't do that with the bottom coils.
  17. I think I've posted this before somewhere, but it makes me laugh every time! There was a farmer, sitting on the front porch of his house one summer day, when this kid comes walking down the road carrying a big bundle of wire. Farmer: Hey kid! Where ya goin' with that wire? Kid: This is chicken wire and I'm goin' to catch me some chickens! Farmer: You fool, can't catch chickens with chicken wire! A few hours later the kid comes back by with a whole mess of chickens caught in his chicken wire. The next day the kid comes walking down the road carrying a big roll of tape. Farmer: Hey kid! Where ya goin' with that tape? Kid: This here's duck tape and I'm fixin' to catch me some ducks! Farmer: You can't catch ducks with duck tape! At the end of the day the kid comes back and the farmer can't believe his eyes. The kid has a whole bunch of ducks all wrapped up tightly in his tape. The next day the farmer's sitting on his porch again, and the kid comes walking down the road carrying a stick. Farmer: Hey kid! Where ya goin' with that stick? Kid: Well, this here ain't just any old stick, this here's p u s s y - w i l l o w. Farmer: Hang on, I'll get my hat.
  18. Thanks so much for all the kind words - I really appreciate it. Yes - life has been very busy. I still pop in and read threads, but don't post nearly as much as I use to. I feel like a spammer when I post even though I'm not spamming. LOL! My day job has been brutal lately and the store is growing fast (especially over the past 2-3 months). I'll try to be on here a little more. Love2VapeDaily - you may have me confused with another site. I'm a very small vendor. My proceeds are very small too and every penny goes back into the store. There is another site that used about 90%+ of my name. I wish I could donate some proceeds to vets, but at this point I'm just trying to grow the business... maybe someday.
  19. I mixed up my words... the air hole on the KPT coil is bigger. The air hold on the EVOD coils is smaller (which makes the tighter draw). LOL! I'm with you Jeff, I've got so many different coils it's silly.
  20. Interesting thread... had to see for myself. In the pics below, the EVOD coil is on the left and the KPT is on the right. The base is the same, but the top part is a little different. On the KPT, the stem is longer and the air hole is smaller. One thing I didn't like about the KPT is the airy draw. I'm now using the EVOD coil in the KPT and the draw is MUCH MUCH better! I had heard the EVOD coil would work in the KPT, but I hadn't actually tried it until now. Thanks for the great info! Sorry for the crappy photography! LOL!
  21. Congratulations!!!
  22. As Ron said, I've seen some coils that are off from what the manufacturer stated them to be. I'd give it some time to break in and then try raising the voltage a little. Also, I've had a few coils where the resistance measured correctly, but they just burned hot. I don't know how that's possible, but I know it's happened to me a few times.
  23. Sounds like the same thing that happened to me. I was good for the first month or two, but then the cravings got pretty bad. They weren't constant, but when they hit, it was hard. I just kept vaping heavily and got through it. 24mg and high voltage got me through. It's been a very long time now since I've had any cravings... probably close to 2 years. After about 8-10 month I was home free.
  24. My shipment of coils went through Charleston, WV yesterday, so I should have them today or tomorrow.
